Leibniz as a Critical Reader of Locke’s Two Treatises of Government
Get PDFapplication/pdf〈ロック─ライプニッツ問題〉といえば、従来はロック『人間知性論』（1690）とライプニッツ『人間知性新論』（1704）を認識論や言語論の観点から対照し、経験論と合理論の対立を確認するのが定番であった。それにひきかえ、両者が十七世紀の自然法論、正義論、政治哲学においてもきわめて重要な対抗関係にあることには殆ど注目されてこなかった。ライプニッツは1698年ロックの『統治二論』を取り寄せ、かつロックからも献本され、その第二篇の所有権論も読み、批判する。ただ、『人間知性論』に対して長編の『人間知性新論』を執筆したのとは異なり、『統治二論』については論文も覚書も遺していない。しかし、『新方法』から『正義の共通概念』にいたるライプニッツの法学著作の根底にあるのは、ホッブズやプーフェンドルフの主意主義に対する彼の主知主義的な主張にとどまらず、実はそれ以上に、ロックの唯名論的で自由主義的な自然法論（とくに私的所有権論）への批判とその克服の試みに他ならない。奴隷制に対する批判にも及ぶ《所有権＝厳格法への批判》は、「衡平」を中心に置くライプニッツ正義論の絶対に譲れぬ核心であった。Regarding the topic of “Locke and Leibniz”, it has been standard practice to compare Locke’s An Essay Concerning Human Understanding（1690）with Leibniz’s Nouveaux essais sur l’entendement humain（1704） in terms of epistemology and linguistic theory, and to confirm the contrast between empiricism and rationalism. However, little attention has been paid to the fact that Leibniz differed from Locke profoundly in his views on natural law, justice and political philosophy. Around 1698, Leibniz received─through his correspondents in England─Locke’s Two Treatises of Government and also received one from Locke himself, not least its second part on “Civil Government”. For An Essay Leibniz wrote a very detailed argument in Nouveaux essais, whereas he left neither paper nor memorandum for Two Treatises. However, what pervades his legal-philosophical writings is, first of all, his criticism of Hobbes’ voluntarism and then his no less profound criticism of Locke’s liberalistic theory, in particular his concept of “property” in Two Treatises. Starting from his “three-stages theory” of natural law Leibniz criticizes Locke’s natural law that allows only “strict law”（“hurt no one!”）. Meanwhile, Leibniz ascribes to the principle of “equity”（“give each his due”）the more important role of supplementing or correcting “strict law”. Additionally, he places “piety”（“live honorably”）at the third highest level, in which everyone not only helps each other, but enters into a universal relationship with all and with God. Get PDFapplication/pdf本論では、折口信夫（釈迢空）の歌集『海やまのあひだ』に収録された二十三首一連「奥熊野」の構成とそのモチーフを明らかにすることを目的としている。本作はこれまで『海やまのあひだ』の原型として考えられ、その改作過程が多く論じられてきた。また、折口の学問の一つの主題となる他界観念と深く結びついているという指摘もある。しかし、歌の表現法や連作の構成などについては、詳細な分析はされてこなかった。加えて、その作品において折口の思想はどのように表現され、どのような効果を果たすのかも明らかにはされていない。そこで本論では、「奥熊野」を連作として読む可能性を提示し、そのモチーフの分析を行う。まず、この連作のモチーフを、「山・陸」と「海」という二つの領域に分ける。そして、陸を起点にした他所としての故郷への憧れという進展、実在する場所と幻想の場所という二つの次元が現れることを確認する。実感的な表現をもとに現れる幻想的な表現が、この連作の二面性を顕にしている。実際にその二面性こそ「写実」と「虚構」あるいは「現在」と「古代」という二項対立を乗り越えたところで、歌の中で混在し、「写生」の新たな可能性を見いだせる。この次元にこそ、折口・迢空の先駆した思想および創作の根源があるのではないかということを提示したい。The Forefront of Japanese Studies in Europedepartmental bulletin pape
How to Perceive the "Problem" in "Clarification Requests" : With a View to Japanese Conversation Education
Get PDFapplication/pdfIn this paper, we argue that "clarification requests" as a communication strategy include not only those that are to solve problems related to listening comprehension and understanding of literal meanings of words and phrases, which previous studies have dealt with, but also those that are to clarify discrepancies between the content of the addresser’s speech and addressee's knowledge. We also argue that we also use "clarification requests" as a strategy for facilitating communication. These requests can be systematized based on the simple concept of "problem presence", which is the source of the problem identified by the party who makes "clarification requests" （the requesting party, the other party, or no problem）. Therefore, the system is considered easy to handle even for Japanese language teachers who would like to take up "clarification requests" in Japanese language education.論説（Articles）departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF学習院大学Gakushuin University博士（経営学）Doctor of Philosophy in Management本研究は、ソーシャルネットワークサービスの普及などから重要性が増している感情的な広告表現の代表である物語広告について、広告の表現特性と消費者の情報処理の視点から効果的な条件を明らかにすることを目的とした。
本研究は、序章と終章を含む全9章から構成される。序章では本研究と目的、構成について論じた。第1章では、本研究の実務的位置づけ、学術的位置づけを明確にした。第2章では、物語広告に関する研究をレビューし、その課題から5つのリサーチクスチョン(RQ)を提示した上で、本研究の枠組みを構築した。レビューは、広告の表現特性に着目した研究と情報処理に着目した研究に分けて実施した。第3章から第7章では、ここまで提示した5つのRQに対応する5つの研究を報告した。このうち第3章~第4章(研究1~2)は広告の表現特性に着目した検討であり、第5章~第7章(研究3~5)までは消費者の情報処理に着目した検討であった。終章では、本研究のまとめと研究課題を指摘した。研究1~5までの具体的な成果は以下の通りである。
研究1では、表現特性を測定する物語性と情報提供性の関係と効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。物語性と情報提供性の尺度を開発した上で、それらが異なる次元の表現特性であることを確認し、それらが広告態度を高めるが、物語性が高い場合には、情報提供性の効果が弱まることを明らかにした。研究2では、物語性に対する消費者特性の効果を明らかにすることを目的した。研究の結果、知識や経験は物語性を高めており、知識や経験がある消費者には物語広告と判定される広告が、ない消費者には非物語広告と判定されることを明らかにした。
研究3では、物語広告の情報処理である移入に含まれる反応状態の関係や効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。研究の結果、その反応状態は、認知的共感、感情的共感、物語的自己準拠の順に生じ、認知的共感と感情的共感が広告態度とブランド態度を高めることを明らかにした。研究4では、物語広告の効果が高まるメカニズムとして指摘されている懐疑的思考の抑制効果に着目し、それが実際に生じているかを具体的に確認し、どのような広告訴求力において生じるのかを明らかにすることを目的とした。研究の結果、小説を材料に指摘された懐疑的思考の抑制効果は、物語広告でも具体的に生じることを確認し、製品機能だけでなく製品デザインの訴求力でもその効果が生じることを明らかにした。研究5では、物語広告における動機づけとしての製品関与とブランドコミットメント(BC)の物語広告の影響に対する調整効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。研究の結果、感情的な基盤の製品関与とBCは物語広告がその情報処理である移入や態度に及ぼす影響を強化するが、認知的製品関与やBCはその影響を弱化させる場合があることを明らかにした。application/pdfdoctoral thesi
