    Model Perencanaan Agregat untuk Sistem Produksi Two-Stage pada Industri Pangan dengan Bahan Perishable

    Aggregate planning is one of the most important activities of operations management for a competitive supply chain. Aggregate planning balances supply and demand during the planning time horizon. Aggregate planning in a food industry with perishable goods characteristics is a common problem. Mostly, studies on aggregate planning are only concerned with single product and single-phase production processes. This paper proposes a two-stage aggregate planning model that can be applied in the food industry with perishable goods characteristics. The two stages of the production process consist of processing raw materials into intermediate products and processing intermediate products into final products by implementing postponement or intermediate product storage. Processing of raw materials into intermediate materials is expected to solve the problem of material deterioration rate. The aggregate planning model uses a mathematical model approach and is solved by using Goal Programming. Based on the results of model verification using hypothetical data, the aggregate planning model can be applied to the food industry which implements a two-stage production system.     FORMULASI CAIRAN PEMBERSIH AIR CONDITIONER (AC) BERBASIS METIL ESTER SULFONAT (MES)

    Cleaning is one of the air conditioner (AC) treatments that should be done within a certain period to maintain its function. The AC cleaning process cannot separate from the use of cleaning fluid as one of the main ingredients. This study aimed to obtain the most efficient formulation of AC cleaner fluid from Methyl Ester Sulfonate (MES) with Hydrogen Fluoride (HF) in improving performance and seeing the effect of sonication on the effectiveness of detergent in resulting the AC cleaner. The AC cleaner formulation used the two factors Completely Randomized Design method, namely MES deposition (10%, 20%, 30%) and HF concentration (1%, 2%, 3%). The combination stage was based on parameters of density, viscosity, surface testing, wetting, and pH. From these testers, the three best treatments were M10H3 (MES 10% + HF 3%), M20H3 (MES 20% + HF 3%), M30H3 (MES 30% + HF 3%). Three samples were tested for detergency so that the best treatment was M30H3 (MES 30% + HF 3%). Sonication treatment was able to improve the properties of the resulting AC cleaner, with the density value of 1.0193 g/cm3 to 1,0001 g/cm3 , surface tension from 23.676 dyne/cm to 20.765 dyne/cm, contact angle from 32.37oto 20.5 o, pH from 2.44 to 2.9, and particle size from 10.85 μm to 158.27 nm. The post-state sample had a higher detergency power than before sonication that can increase cleaning ability by as much as 70%. However, the resulting formulation did not have a higher detergency level than commercial AC cleaner brand X.Keywords: AC Cleaner, air conditioner, HF, MES, sonicatio

    The purpose of this paper was to analyze the sugarcane agroindustry situational, human resources, and regulations to obtain new research on sugarcane agroindustry. The method carried out was by collecting 50 articles from 2002 - 2020 from indexed journals, theses, books. Articles were divided into three parts, namely sugarcane agroindustry with 14 articles, human resources with 19 articles and 17 regulations. In the VUCA era, we need skills, systems thinking skills, predictive abilities, and the ability to change quickly which is coupled with the Covid-19 pandemic conditions that accelerate the need for digitalization in the VUCA era. The results of the analysis show that the problem of lagging human resources in Eastern Indonesia is caused by a mismatch between labour users\u27 needs and the availability of skills. The non-oil and gas processing industry sector provide the largest contribution to employment, one of which is the sugarcane industry. The sugarcane agroindustry problem was the large gap between supply of 2.17 million tons and demand of 6.6 million tons of which the shortfall of 4.43 million tons is met through imports of raw crystal sugar. The government\u27s efforts to suppress imports by encouraging the private sector to establish new sugar factories outside Java and the expansion of existing sugar factories are accompanied by the preparation of human resources, so that a strategy for developing human resources that is competitive and able to adapt to the environment is needed.Keywords: eastern Indonesia, human resources, situational analysis, sugar cane agro-industry, strateg

    The development of the home industry and the challenges during the pandemic have prompted the need for innovation, especially in the aspect of the marketing mix. The development of this aspect will make MSME products able to compete in the modern retail industry. This effort was implemented in Mr. Baihaqi\u27s cassava chips business, which according to preliminary research needs to develop product aspects, especially on packaging and labels. This study aims to determine recommendations for the development of cassava chips using the value engineering method based on customer oriented. This study aimed to determine recommendations for the development of cassava chips using the value engineering method based on customer oriented. The stages carried out in this study were the information stage by filling out an online questionnaire which is known to be prioritized marketing mix to be developed, namely in terms of packaging and adding labels. The creative stage was carried out by analyzing the morphology of packaging and labels. The analysis stage was carried out by filling out a pairwise comparison questionnaire and analyzed using expert choice 11 software. Development stage with a business feasibility analysis based on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Break Even Point (BEP). The last stage was the recommendation stage for product development presentation. The results showed that the priority of product development was standing pouch plastic packaging using top-bottom labels with a value of 0.160 and COGS of Rp. 4,063.97, BEP of production of Rp. 404,232.27 and BEP units of 57.75 packs.     PREDIKSI PASOKAN BAWANG MERAH MENDUKUNG DESAIN PENGEMBANGAN AGROINDUSTRI DI PROVINSI ACEH

    One of the focus of agricultural commodities development is shallot. It was contributed on national and regional inflation. Therefore, is not a national centra prodcution of shallot, Aceh Province has shallot centra productio, namely at Pidie, Aceh Tengah and Aceh Besar district. As we know that the main character agricultural product was seasonal, thus sholud be effectivally managed of its.  The objectives of this research were to obtain prodcution shallot pattern and to design a agroindustrial model which suitable with shallot characteristic production. The technique used Auto Regresive Moving Average (ARIMA), the data is used time-series (monthly) for 6 month, whereas option design model and product used Analitical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The result of study show that a model of ARIMA (p,d,q) was (0,0,1) with mean square 20,682,669. Meanwhile, the prediction of production t+1=6,662 qiuntal. The option of model design was micro-agroindustrial with a weight (0,59), small-agroindustrial (025).     Kompleksitas rantai pasok menyebabkan pula keputusan yang komplek untuk masalah yang harus ditangani walaupun sangatlah sulit akan tetapi sangat membutuhkan respon yang cepat dan akurat. Agroindustri gula tebu melakukan proses bisnis yang dimulai dari pemanenan, pengolahan tebu menjadi gula yang selanjutnya didistribusikan ke konsumen melalui distributor atau ke retailer hingga ke konsumen langsung. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada distribusi aliran informasi data pada rantai pasok agroindustry gula adalah adanya gap jumlah presisi stok gula yang ada di antar departemen pemerintah,begitu pula yang terjadi antara kualitas gula nasional seperti raw sugar, gula kristal putih dan gula rafinasi Walaupun proses dari hulu perkebunan hingga pabrik giling tebu sama akan tetapi jumlah produksi dan konsumsi yang ada di kementerian akan berbeda. Oleh karena itu akan diidentifikasi berdasarkan proses bisnis yang terjadi dari mulai tebu ditebang pengangkutan proses giling penyimpanan penjualan hingga pembeli memdistribusikan kepada konsumen. Pendekatan yang digunakanmenggunakan pendekatan berorientasi temuan pada referensi supply chain management, diagnosis awal untuk melengkapi investigasi literatur sesuai dengan ecosystem yang terjadi pada kondisi real. Identifikasipermasalahan yang terjadi akan dianalisa berdasarkan gambaran kondisi awal rantai pasok, analisa kebutuhan berdasarkan diagram input-output, diagram use case hingga framework ketelusuran rantai pasok agroindustry gula. sistem penelusuran yang terintegrasi diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan kontrol proses dan mendeteksi sebab dan akibat ketika suatu produk gagal memenuhi standar dalam aliran informasi sepanjang rantai pasok mulai dari hulu hingga hilir endkonsumen. framework traceability yang diusulkan pada proses bisnis agroindustry gula diawali dengan distribusi transaksi dokumen perjalanan produk dari hulu kehilir khusus untuk nilai informasi kualitas dan kuantitas sehingga pemain yang terlibat dalam rantai pasok dalam memantau record data.Kata kunci : agroindustry gula, framework ketelusuran, pencatatan data, rantai paso
