After Sale Service to Imported Goods in Realizing Law Enforcement of Consumer Protection
The prominent issue in globalization era is the emergence of great attention to the issues of the law enforcement of consumer protection and the distribution of the incoming imported goods freely to Indonesia. The impact of open economic embraced by Indonesia causes the swift flow of goods and service into Indonesian territory. The effect of Indonesia in international economy is insignificant, but in contrary, the effect of International economy to Indonesian economy is highly significant. Consequently, the insignificant Indonesian effect on international economy causes Indonesia is having difficulty to compete in international trade. Therefore, Consumer Protection Act becomes public needs for protection and promotion of human interest as the consequence of the selling and purchase transaction of imported goods. The After Sale Service for imported goods is one of aspects covered by consumer protection as sellers have obligations to deliver the goods and is responsible for losses incurred by consumers due to use of the goods. This article would examine how law enforcement of consumer protection can be against after-sales service issues

Air transportation is a global transportation, vehicles, terminals, and airways are main components of the air transportation sub-system. Vehicles, in this matter aircraft as a tool of transportation, have a global characteristic because of the high speed and wide range capability compare to vehicles of any other transportation mode.
An airway is a flight lane in air space. Every aircraft, which pass the airways, has the right of air traffic services. The authority provision of giving the air traffic services internationally is provided in Annex 11 to the Convention on Civil Aviation about Air Traffic Services. The authority mentioned above includes responsibility to provide air traffic services in air space above the territory, which the state has its jurisdiction and responsibility to the aerodrome where the air traffic services are given. A state, through an agreement, may delegate the responsibility of providing air traffic services to the other states or accept responsibility mentioned above from the other states. Air space above the high seas or air space above the area that is not under any sovereignty of certain states which is the air traffic services are needed is determined in a regional air navigation agreement. Usually, Regional Air Navigation Meeting is a forum to accomplish this purpose
Implementasi Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries dalam Perspektif Negara Berkembang
In this paper, the writer tries to elaborate the principles of Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries (CCRF) from developing countries (Indonesia) perspective. CCRF is based on voluntary principle (Article 1.1), however, developing countries, such as Indonesia, still have to adopt it as guidance for fisheries governance in order to implement it. This is how developing countries give their contribution for the global fisheries management. In this context, some of CCRF principles are analyzed and associated with developing countries fisheries issues, especially in Indonesia. This article is intended to facilitate CCRF implementation in developing countries so it can be acceptable and applicable, thus CCRF’s main goal in achieving global sustainable fisheries could be achieved properly
