TELOGOREJO HOSPITAL BED PREDICTION 2021-2022
AbstractBackground. Hospital statistical indicators during the Covid-19 pandemic will be different from normal conditions before covid-19, One of the indicators for inpatient services is BOR which is the percentage of bed usage with Barber Johnson's ideal standard of 75-85%. During a pandemic, BOR information is needed to assist hospitals in terms of speed of service and policies in the use of beds and rooms. The purpose of this research is to predict the bed at Tlogorejo Hospital in 2021-2022. Method. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and uses secondary data, the data used is from March 2020 - June 2021 by way of observation. Result. The study results from the Barber Johnson chart with linear bed predictions are not efficient from July 2021 - May 2022 and efficient from July 2021 - May 2022. June 2021 - Dec 2022 while the results of the barber johnson chart predict beds with a BOR of 75% that all wards from July 2021-Dec 2022 are efficient. Conclusion. Therefore it is recommended to Tlogorejo hospital to add beds according to the predicted results of beds BOR 75 % or predicted results of bed Linier.Keywords: Predictions, beds, barber johnson charts and BOR.
DESCRIPTION OF PATIENT SATISFACTION LEVEL OF HEALTH SERVICES IN PUSKESMAS CIBAREGBEG
Background: Patient satisfaction can be interpreted as the patient's response to the discrepancy between the level of expectations and the actual performance they feel after using the service. Satisfactory and quality service will shape patient loyalty. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of satisfaction and conformity between expectations and reality received by patients with outpatient services in Puskesmas Cibaregbeg based on aspects of service quality dimensions. Methods: The method in this study is quantitative with measurements using a Likert Scale. The sample size in this survey was 380 who received types of services at the Puskesmas Cibaregbeg. Sampling in this survey used cluster random sampling technique. Result: The value of the customer Satisfaction Index is 76.79 % in the interval 76.61–88.30. So that the qualit of service unit performance is "Good". Respondents who have received Puskesmas Cibaregbeg services with a percentage of 70% are female respondents and 30% male respondents. Respondents based on Education who filled out the questionnaire were 68.15% with the last education in elementary school. Based on occupation as many as 59.47% of the Housewives. Conclusion: The value of the assessment element of puskesmas that have deficiencies is tagged U3 (Service time), U9 (Handling of Complaints of Service Users) with the category of poor service, which then becomes a weakness / deficiency of Puskesmas Cibaregbeg in providing health services to the community
KESIAPAN ORANG TUA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI KOTA SEMARANG DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN PERTEMUAN TATAP MUKA DI ERA ADAPTASI KEBIASAAN BARU
Anak sekolah cenderung lebih rentan dengan penularan Covid-19, data WHO 2020,penderita yang terjangkit Covid-19 mengalami penyakit tanpa komplikasi atau ringan (81%), pasien parah dengan bantuan oksigen (14%) dan perlu masuk unit perawatan intensif. (5%). Di Kota Semarang dengan total penderita 25 anak dengan status pasien dalam pemantauan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan orang tua dalam mempersiapkan pertemuan tatap muka di kelas, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan metode cross sectional dimana pengambilan data dilakukan dalam satu waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berupa angket sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan data. Hasil : responden dalam penelitian terdiri dari perempuan yaitu sebesar 86,8%, sedangkan sisanya adalah laki-laki yaitu sebesar 13,2%. Sebanyak 86,3% reponden mendampingi anak belajar di rumah, sebanyak 20% responden yang tidak mengizinkan anaknya untuk mengikuti belajar tatap muka memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang. Uji statisik nilai p-value sebesar 0,839 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan izin untuk mengikuti belajar tatap muka, nilai p-value sebesar 0,371 yang artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku dengan izin untuk mengikuti belajar tatap muka, serta nilai p-value sebesar 0,755yang artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara literasi kesehatan dengan izin untuk mengikuti belajar tatap muka, Perlu dilakukan peneltian lebih lanjut terhadap guru dan sekolah dalam memepersiapakan pertemuan tatap muka di kelas. serta di butuhkan sebuah system yang dapat di gunakan untuk memantau pelaksanaan protocol kesehatan selama berada di sekolah, oleh guru maupun sisw
KAJIAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DAN KECEMASAN TERHADAP PANDEMI COVID-19 PADA MASYARAKAT PESISIR DI KECAMATAN MOYO UTARA KABUPATEN SUMBAWA
Coronavirus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by a new virus, namely the Coronavirus, which spreads easily and causes a high mortality rate. Knowledge is everything that is known based on human experience itself and knowledge will increase according to the process of experience experienced by individuals. Knowledge is very important for all people to avoid risks such as anxiety, panic and stress during the Covid-19 pandemic. Anxiety is an emotional state that arises when individuals are experiencing stress which is characterized by a feeling of tension in the mind that makes individuals feel worried and accompanied by physical responses such as a racing heart, rising blood pressure and others. Coastal communities are people who are left behind economically, socially, especially in terms of education and health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge level and anxiety about the Covid-19 pandemic in coastal communities in Ai-Bari Hamlet, Kukin Village, North Moyo District. This study uses a descriptive correlative study design with a quantitative approach and uses Jaspen's M Correlation Test. The results show that most respondents have a good level of knowledge, 50 respondents (41.7%), while the anxiety level of the majority of respondents is at the level of not anxious 58 people ( 48.3%). The results of the jaspen's M test obtained the value of M = -0.1. The conclusion in this study shows a significant relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels with the result value using the Jaspens's M correlation test where r count > r table (0.38 > 0.21) then the hypothesis H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted
Potensial opini masyarakat dalam konten sosial media menimbulkan hesitency terhadap vaksin COVID 19 : A Literature Review
ABSTRACT Background and objective: Vaccine hesitency is a sign that the public is late in accepting or refusing the COVID 19 vaccine. Misinformation or hoax news on social media can reduce public trust in the COVID 19 vaccine. The study aims to collect, analyze and summarize relevant findings in the literature scientifically, it is possible to be able to provide an assessment of what has been revealed by research so far about how social media (its content or its consumer use) can affect people’s knowledge and beliefs about the COVID-19 vaccine. Methods: Systematic review using Pubmed, ProQuest, Google Scholar and Science Direct. Result: 10 articles related to COVID 19 vaccine doubts on social media. Conclusion: Misinformation on the COVID 19 vaccine can endanger public opinion that is not anti-vaccine. For example, there are hoax news about the side effects of the COVID 19 vaccine that are not based on existing facts. In addition, the comments of people who are anti vaccine can influence public opinion, giving rise to doubts. Responding to the issue of COVID 19 vaccine hesitancy on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and other social media. There has been a lot of misinformation related to the COVID-19 vaccine. DESCRIPTION OF THE MANAGEMENT OF MEDICAL RECORD INPATIENT OF SYEKH YUSUF DISTRICT HOSPITAL GOWA 2019
In the current era of global competition, it requires every hospital as a health service facility to be able to provide quality services in order to foster patient loyalty as service users. The medical record is one of the medical support services which is the basis for assessing the quality of medical services. Completeness of medical record files in RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kab. Gowa in a period of three years has fluctuated, namely 20% in 2017, 66% in 2018, and decreased in 2020 to 17%. This study aims to determine the description of medical record data management at RSUD Syekh Yusuf Kab. Gowa 2019.This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with the selection of informants using a purposive technique, and 6 informants were obtained, including 4 medical record officers, 1 head of the inpatient room, and 1 head of the medical records department.The results of the interview showed that the personnel in the medical records department were deemed insufficient, the flow and SOP were not implemented, the facilities and infrastructure were inadequate. In the implementation of medical records, there are still files that are filled in incompletely which results in delays in making reports.It is hoped that the hospital management will increase the number of personnel so that there is no double burden on officers, provide training for medical record officers, and pay attention to facilities and infrastructure to switch from a conventional system to an electronic-based system
AIR KELAPA HIJAU MENURUNKAN DISMENORE PADA REMAJA PUTRI
Menstrual pain or commonly known as dysmenorrhea is muscle cramps felt in the lower abdomen that appear before or during menstruation (menstruation). Menstrual pain is caused by the muscles of the uterine wall contracting, compressing the surrounding blood vessels, as a result, the oxygen supply to the uterus is blocked and triggers pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving green coconut water in reducing dysmenorrhoea pain in adolescent girls in the Stikes Dormitory of Pasapua Ambon. This study uses a pre-design experimental design with static group comparison: randomized control group only. The results showed that there was an effect of giving green coconut water to dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in the Stikes Dormitory of Pasapua Ambon with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving green coconut water on dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in the STIKES Pasapua Ambon dormitor
Literature Review: Physical Activity Pattern and Depression During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Adolescents
The spread of Covid-19 cases throughout the world, including Indonesia, has caused regional governments to issue regional implementation policies. This directly affects people's behavior, especially in physical activity. Lack of physical activity and limited activities outside the home also cause depression in society. This literature review begins with topic selection, selecting keywords to searching for journal references. The basic data used include Google Schoolar, Sinta and Pubmed. The keywords used are physical activity, the covid-19 pandemic, behavior, adolescents and adults, and depression. This study searches a reference study list that includes 3,060 studies retrieved via search engines. A total of 25 articles were included in and 10 articles were included in the discussion. The results of this study are that the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of people's activities and the combination of physical activity and social activity causes symptoms of depression in the community.Keywords: Covid-19, Physical Activity, Depressio
ANALISIS PENELUSURAN MASKER SEBAGAI PROTOKOL KESEHATAN SAAT PANDEMI COVID-19 DI INDONESIA: STUDI GOOGLE TRENDS
AbstrakMedical masks are also used by people at risk who are indicated to need them. The supply of medical masks is limited, the general public is encouraged to use non-medical masks or cloth masks. This article will discuss the comparison of search results for sensi masks, cloth masks and N-95 masks using google trend analysis. This research method is a qualitative and quantitative study using time series data with quantitative analysis, time-lag correlation is used to assess whether an increase in GT data is correlated with an increase in COVID-19 cases. Data from google trends regarding keywords related to one of the preventive measures for COVID-19, namely masks such as "sensi masks", "cloth masks" and "N-95 masks". Each search interest usually reaches a peak depending on the situation and conditions that occur at that time. The keyword search for "N-95 masks" experienced a peak when 2 Indonesians were confirmed positive for COVID-19, namely on March 2, 2020 and the day after that the keyword "sensi mask" also experienced the highest peak of searches. The keyword search for "cloth masks" peaked on March 6, 2020, when the price of sensi masks began to rise. The results of the keyword correlation test for “sensi mask”, “cloth mask” and “N-95 mask” show that the keyword search results on Google trended a decline in line with the increase in COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. Public interest in tracing increased at the beginning of COVID-19 entering Indonesia. However, the interest in this search continues to decline and is inversely proportional to the increase in the incidence of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. Analysis of Health Protocol Application to Compliance Level In Informal Workers During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Objective and Background: The high number of Covid-19 cases until the end of 2020 is acomplicated problem in all countries including Indonesia. The dilemma between health choices or thecontinuity of life to keep working and making ends meet has become a struggle during the Covid-19pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of health protocols to the level ofadherence to informal workers during the Covid-19 pandemic.Method: This research method using cross-sectional, data collection was done by interviewmethod. The population of this research is in the informal work unit in the district Tanjung MasSemarang, and we obtained a sample of 52 respondents. Data processing SPSS program andbivariate test using Fisher Exact Test.Result: The results of this study are there is a relationship between the application of healthprotocols with the level of compliance in the workplace with a p-value of 0.000. The low availability ofsanitation facilities in implementing health protocols by workplace leaders and the lack of monitoringby leaders are one of the reasons for the high number of Covid-19 cases.Keywords: Covid-19, health protocol, level of compliance, workplace
