ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN MENYELESAIKAN SOAL GEOMETRI POKOK BAHASAN BANGUN RUANG BERDASARKAN LEVEL VAN HIELE
Abstract. Problem solving skill is very necessary in the field of mathematics, for it is necessary to do the exercises so that the problem solving abilities are increased, one type of problem solving is IDEAL which consists of the stages of identifying, define, explore, act and look. The aim of this research was to determine the ability to solve geometry problems based on van Hiele's level. The test used in this research consisted of two test packages. The first test is to determine the level of van Hiele students and the second test is the geometric subject. The results of the first test show that the van Hiele level of students is at the level of previsualization, 0, 0-1, 1, 1-2, and 2. The second test is given to students at levels 0, 1, and 2. The results of the study show that each student is able to write complete information and can define the objectives by writing down the questions. In writing problem solving strategies and in implementing strategies students experience the tendency to make the wrong solution strategies. At the evaluation stage students have not been able to arrange solutions with different way.

ANALISIS DUA KONEKSI PELANGI PADA GRAF HASIL OPERASI PERKALIAN ARTESIAN GRAF KIPAS F_(1,3) DAN GRAF LINGKARAN C_n SERTA KAITANNYA DENGAN KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR TINGKAT TINGGI
Abstract. The rainbow connection of the graph of G = (V, E) if for each pair of points u and v in G there is a path with points u and v as the end points on each side obtaining different colors, the path is called the rainbow path. The rainbow-connected number graph G is the smallest positive integer such that G has a rainbow connection staining denoted rc(G). While the graph is said to be a rainbow 2-connected staining on G if for each pair of points u and v on the sides there are 2 different paths, with u and v being the end points of each side obtaining different colors and 2 passages can not intersect each other, denoted rc2 (G). Let G be the graph connected with so that , with d is degrees. Let G be a rainbow so that where κ is the number of paths of rainbow connecting every two distinct points in G. The results of this research are new theorem about the rainbow connection and 2-rainbow connected.

ANALISIS KESALAHAN SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN PERMASALAHAN IDENTITAS TRIGONOMETRI BERDASARKAN KRITERIA WATSON DITINJAU DARI GAYA BELAJAR
This reseacrh aim to analyze the students mistakes doing math problems on subject of the Identity of trigonometry using Watson Criteria Analysis viewed from learning styles. This research use a qualitative approach and the type of research is descriptive. Subject in this research are six students in XI MIPA 1 of Senior High School 1 Rambipuji. Data collection was performed by the method of test and interview. In the class, there are 7 students with Visual learning style type, 20 students with Auditorial style type, and 7 students with kinesthetic style learning style, and 1 student not attending school. The result of research showed that based on Watson Criteria in the subject of high mathematic logic intelligence was 7,48% inappropriate data, 8,41% inappropriate procedure, 9,45% ommited data, 17,64% ommited conclusion, 21,50% response level conflict, 7,48% undirected manipulation, 28,04% skills hierarchy problem, 0% above other.

ETNOMATEMATIKA KARYA SENI BATIK KHAS SUKU OSING BANYUWANGI SEBAGAI BAHAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA MATERI GEOMETRI TRANSFORMASI
Ethnomatematics is a mathematical consept contained in everyday life activities that have been entrenched. This research was condusted at Umah Batik Sayu Wiwit which is located at Jl. Sayuwiwit, Temanggungan, Kampung melayu, Banyuwangi. This study aims to describe ethnomatematics in batik artwork the typical Osing tribe of Banyuwangi on the concept of transformation geometry and make it as student’s worksheet theme. this type of research is qualitative research with ethnographic research. the collection method in this study was observed by 3 observers, interviews with 3 batik makers and documentation. The object of this research is Gajah oling motive, Kangkung Setingkes motive, Gedegan motive, Kopi Pecah motive, Sembruk Cacing motive and Paras Gempal motive. The results of data evaluation were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study prove the reflection consepts, translation concepts, rotation concepts and dilation concepts.

ETNOMATEMATIKA PADA AKTIVITAS PETANI JERUK DI KECAMATAN PESANGGARAN BANYUWANGI SEBAGAI BAHAN AJAR SISWA
The purpose of this study was to explore ethnomatematics in citrus farmers’ activities to make teaching materials for students in the form of Students Worksheets (LKPD). The type of this studywas qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Observation, interview, and documentation used as the data collection methods. The subjects of this study were three people in Pesanggaran Subdistrict. Ethnomatematics which was examined covering some activities such as calculate, measure, and design. This study focused on determining the areas, the amount estimation of trees based on planting distance, determining the amount of fertilizer based on trees and fertilizing period, and determining the incurred costs. The mathematical concepts that appeared in this study were operations, quadrilaterals, and proportion.

PROFIL BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA KELAS VII MTs NEGERI JEMBER 1 FILIAL DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOALOPERASI HITUNG BILANGAN PECAHAN BERDASARKAN GENDER
Abstract.This research aimsto describethe students' critical thingking profile according to gender in solving mathematics problem of arithmetic operation sub subject of fraction at seventh grade MTs Negeri Jember 1 Filial. The standart of critical thingking in this research consist of clarity, precision,accuracy, relevance, consistency, logical correctness, completeness, andfairness. The instruments in this research are mathematicstest and interview guidelines. This research subject is all of the seventh grade students at MTs Negeri Jember 1 Filial.Six students of them as the representative good communication consist of 3 female students and 3 male students. Male students not appropriate with all of critical thingking standart. They are understand of the question in the mathematics test but actually they cannot resolve those mathematics test. Famalestudents mostly appropriate with all of clarity and fairness critical thingking standart. They are understand of the problem in the mathematics test but accualy they cannot resolve those mathematics test correctly.

IDENTIFIKASI MISKONSEPSI SISWA DALAM MENYELESAIKAN SOAL CERITA MATERI BILANGAN PECAHAN MENGGUNAKAN CERTAINTY OF RESPONSE INDEX (CRI)
Abstract. This research aims to describe: (1) seventh grade junior high school 1 Jelbuk students’ location of the misconception in solving word problem which involving fractions using Certainty of Response Index (CRI), (2) factors that cause seventh grade junior high school 1 Jelbuk students’ misconception in solving word problem which involving fractions. This research is descriptive research with qualitative approach. Data collection methods which were used are test and interview. As data collection tool instrument was used in form of 2 essay questions which acompanied with CRI scale. CRI scale between 0-5, if the low-confidence scale (CRI 0-2), then illustrates that the process of plowing plays a significant role in determining the answer. If the high-confidence scale (CRI 3-5), then describes the students have a high degree of certainty in using the knowledge they have to arrive at the answer. Research’s subject were students of VII B in Junior High School 1 Jelbuk which consists of 36 students. The results showed that on the number 1 problem there are 18 students experiencing misconception and 18 students do not experience misconception, whereas in problem number 2 there are 20 students experiencing misconception and 16 students do not experience misconception. Misconceptions experienced by students are in understanding the symbols, the area of ​​the rectangle, the operation of fractional numbers, the addition operation and the reduction of integers, the operation of the sum of the denominations and the operation of multiplication and division of integers. From the data obtained the most misconception experienced by students is misconception in understanding the symbol on the problem number 1 and misconception on the multiplication operation and the division of integers in question number 2.

PENGEMBANGAN INDIKATOR 4 C’s YANG SELARAS DENGAN KURIKULUM 2013 PADA MATERI PENYAJIAN DATA SMP/MTs KELAS VII SEMESTER 2
Abstrak. The purpose of this research are to (1) develop 4C's indicator which is in line with the curriculum of 2013 in mathematics subject of second semester seventh grade of junior high school/MTS; (2) find out the result of 4C's indicator which is in line with the curriculum of 2013 in mathematics subject of second semester seventh grade of junior high school/MTS’s development. Indicator which is developed is an indicator which is in line with the curriculum of 2013 in mathematics subject of second semester seventh grade of junior high school/MTS. 4C’s Indicator is indicator that consists of 4 abilities namely (1) critical thinking; (2) creative; (3) communication; (4) collaboration. This research’s type is development research using modified Plomp’s model which is consists of 4 stages namely (1) the initial investigation phase; (2) the designing phase; (3) the realization/construction phase; (4) the test, evaluation, and revision phase. The development’s result of the 4C’s Indicator which is line with the curriculum of 2013 in mathematics subject of second semester seventh grade of junior high school/MTS. Based on the results of the development of this 4C’s indicator indicates that it is said to be proper to be used in learning.

ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH POKOK BAHASAN BANGUN DATAR SEGI EMPAT DITINJAU DARI KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SISWA KELAS VIII-D SMP NEGERI 1 SUMBERMALANG
Abstract. Mathematical communication is the ability to reflect the understanding of mathematics in various forms whether it is oral, in the form of pictures, graphs and others. The indicators of mathematical communication ability used in this research are to understand the mathematical idea of ​​the problem given in written and oral form, to change the given problem into visual form, to reveal the strategy in solving the problem, to solve the problem using the strategy, to interpret the mathematical information in the different math representation. This study aims to analyze the ability of mathematical communication in solving the problem of quadrilateral topic in terms of students’ emotional intelligence of VIII-D in SMP Negeri 1 Sumbermalang. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research with the subject of 6 students from VIII-D of SMP Negeri 1 Sumbermalang selected based on students' emotional intelligence. Methods of data collection in this study were questionnaires, written tests and oral tests. The results of analysis of student's mathematical communication ability based on emotional intelligence are found that students with higher emotional intelligence have better communication skill of math.

PENGEMBANGAN SOAL LITERASI MATEMATIKA BERBASIS BUDAYA ETNIK MADURA UNTUK SISWA SMP/MTs
Abstract. This research describes the process and the development result development of math literacy based on Madura ethnic culture for SMP / MTs students. This research is a development research that refers to the steps of Plomp model development. In this research, it was produced 1 package of test item consisting of 5 theme questions amounted to 8 questions. The package of test item developed is related to the use of mathematics in social life, especially in Maduran ethnic culture. Before this package of test item was tested, firstly, an assessment by 2 validators is done. On the assessment result of these experts, it was obtained the coefficient of validity of 2.61 with a high validity interpretation. In addition to the packages of test item validated by the validator, the package of test item is also given to 6 students of 8th grade students of MTs Nurul Islam Jember to conduct legibility test. The next stage was testing the package of test in the field. The result of this try out from field was analyzed. The analysis conducted is the validity test for each test item, reliability test, test item differentiation power assessment, test item difficulty level assessment and the level of students' mathematical literacy ability. The results of validity test item on the package of math literacy test item based on Madura ethnic culture obtained all the questions developed were valid. In the package of math literacy test item based on Madura ethnic culture showed high reliability with a coefficient of 0.76. The result of differentiation power test obtained two test items with a category of good, two questions with a category of enough and four problems with a category of bad. On the assessment of difficulty level, it was obtained five questions with a category of difficult, two problems with a category of medium and one problem with a category of easy. The students' math literacy ability level indicated that students were at level 1, level 2, and level 3. Based on the result of the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the quality of the developed problem package is good.
