Neben der Definition von Word-of-Mouth und Word-of-Mouth-Marketing wurde der Status Quo von digitalem Word-of-Mouth-Marketing recherchiert und unter Literaturbezug Faktoren für die Anwendung für kleine Unternehmen herausgear-beitett. Dabei lag der Fokus auf der Handwerksbranche.

Get PDFAm 24. Juni 2022 fand die 15. Jahrestagung des Förderkreises Rückversicherung statt. Bedingt durch Covid-19 wurde die Veranstaltung in diesem Jahr erneut im Online-Format durchgeführt. Etwa 110 Repräsentanten der in dem Förderkreis mitwirkenden (Rück-) Versicherungsunternehmen und Gäste nahmen daran teil. Im Rahmen der Jahrestagung wurde zum achten Mal der Researchers‘ Corner durchgeführt, in dessen Verlauf die sieben wissenschaftlichen Forscher*innen der Kölner Forschungsstelle Rückversicherung je einen Vortrag zu dem jeweils bearbeiteten Forschungsprojekt 2022 hielten.
In drei Sessions wurden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen der Kölner Forschungsstelle Rückversicherung präsentiert und diskutiert. Die Heterogenität der vorgetragenen Themen spiegelt die Verzahnung der Kölner Forschungsstelle mit der Rückversicherungspraxis wider.

The Role of Renewable Energies, Storage and Sector-Coupling Technologies in the German Energy Sector under Different CO2 Emission Restrictions
Get PDFThis study aimed to simulate the sector-coupled energy system of Germany in 2030 with the restriction on CO2 emission levels and to observe how the system evolves with decreasing emissions. Moreover, the study presented an analysis of the interconnection between electricity, heat and hydrogen and how technologies providing flexibility will react when restricting CO2 emissions levels. This investigation has not yet been carried out with the technologies under consideration in this study. It shows how the energy system behaves under different set boundaries of CO2 emissions and how the costs and technologies change with different emission levels. The study results show that the installed capacities of renewable technologies constantly increase with higher limitations on emissions. However, their usage rates decreases with low CO2 emission levels in response to higher curtailed energy. The sector-coupled technologies behave differently in this regard. Heat pumps show similar behaviour, while the electrolysers usage rate increases with more renewable energy penetration. The system flexibility is not primarily driven by the hydrogen sector, but in low CO2 emission level scenarios, the flexibility shifts towards the heating sector and electrical batteries

Dr. Koślacz-Virol is a qualified actress who did her doctorate on theatrical experiences of Gabriela Zapolska and undertook the task of translating works by Zapolska into French (plays, journalistic texts). Dr. Koślacz-Virol observes: “Zapolska’s description of her efforts aimed to master French exactly corresponds to my experience as an actress who wished to act in French theatres. Zapolska had performed for ten years on various stages in partitioned Poland before she left for Paris. She was not an aspiring actress who pursued a dream of achieving fame on stage comparable to that enjoyed by Helena Modjeska. Neben theoreti-schen Betrachtungen und der Einordnung von YouTube in den Mediamix betrachtet die Bachelorarbeit strukturiert die Einsatzmöglichkeiten und mögliche Zielsetzungen von Video Content Marketing. Anhand einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse von Agenturempfehlungen konnten übergreifende Handlungsempfehlungen identifiziert werden.
Dieses Paper dient als Einstieg in das Grundverständnis von Video Content Marketing. Es zeigt die erste Schritte in YouTube für Unternehmen auf und leitet einige relevante Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen ab
Effects on the combustion properties of wheat straw after different thermobiological pretreatments
Get PDFWheat straw could be used for pellet production and therefore as solid fuel. However, it presents challenges due to its inferior combustion properties such as high ash content, low gross calorific value (GCV), and low ash melting temperature.
To evaluate its combustion properties and based on recent work that improved methane production, wheat straw was subjected to thermobiological pretreatments. Nine pretreated samples based on wheat straw and nine pretreated samples based on compost-wheat straw mixture were produced. In addition, due to the ability to remove minerals and decrease the ash content, a washing process with water as a solvent was used. Ash content, net calorific value (NCV) and ash melting temperatures were evaluated.
For the pretreated wheat straw (SW) samples, a 5,8% reduction in ash content was obtained due to the pretreatments when compared to untreated wheat straw. A 55% decrease in ash content was obtained when comparing the same materials before and after the washing process. No statistically significant changes in GCV were found. As for the ash melting temperatures, due to the incubation pretreatment, an average increase in the shrinkage starting temperature (SST) of 4,4% was obtained for anaerobic conditions and a decrease of 2,5% for aerobic conditions, compared to the same material without heat treatment. In addition, an increase in all ash melting temperatures was observed because of the washing process. It was possible to obtain a pellet complying with standard ISO 17225-6 that can be used in medium or large burners and significantly reduces the effort during combustion.
For samples pretreated with a homogeneous compost-wheat straw (SKW) mixture, an average ash content decrease of 27% was obtained after using autoclave pretreatment at 140°C, compared to the same material without thermal pretreatment. The biggest decrease was due to the washing process, reducing the ash content on average by 43% when comparing the same materials before and after washing. GCV were 13% lower than samples pretreated with wheat straw, due to the low calorific value and high ash content of the compost. During ash melting temperature tests, an average 60% increase in SST was observed compared to pretreated SW ashes due to the high melting temperature of compost. Results are considered satisfactory since pellets based on this mixture would not cause ash sintering or slagging. However, counter effects were observed as the addition of compost increased the ash content and decreased the GCV, not complying with ISO 17225-6 for non-woody pellets. To achieve a pellet based on a compost-wheat straw mixture that complies with the standards, it is recommended for future research to control the percentage of compost added to the mixture
Upgrading Bio-Based Acetone to Diacetone Alcohol by Aldol Reaction Using Amberlyst A26-OH as Catalyst
Get PDFThe aldol reaction of bio acetone in presence of a strongly basic ion exchange resin was carried out with and without the addition of water in a temperature range between − 30 °C and 45 °C. The conversion, selectivity and service time of the ion exchange resins were investigated in a stirred batch reactor and a continuous fixed bed reactor. For the batch experiments, both conversion and selectivity increased with decreasing temperature. Furthermore, the addition of water to the reaction medium has a positive effect on selectivity and catalyst service time of the resins. For the continuous flow experiments carried out in a fixed bed reactor, the selectivity towards diacetone alcohol is higher than in a batch reactor. This high selectivity is favored by a short contact time which inhibits as expected most of the consecutive reactions

Szczególnie ważnym problemem badawczym okazało się określenie kierunków pomocy udzielanej przez kolejarzy, którym, oprócz pracy zawodowej na kolei, przypisywano również aktywne angażowanie się w działalność społeczną. Artykuł ma aspekt poznawczo-historyczny i oparty jest na źródłach drukowanych, w tym na statutach, protokołach i sprawozdaniach, artykułach opublikowanych w okresie międzywojennym nawiązujących do badanego zagadnienia
oraz na opracowaniach współczesnych. Przeprowadzona analiza źródeł pozwoliła na zaprezentowanie przykładów działań na rzecz dzieci i młodzieży podejmowanych przez Stowarzyszenie w okresie międzywojennym. Ujęto je w główne kierunki pomocy: opiekuńczo-wychowawczej, oświatowo-kulturalnej, socjalno-bytowej i zdrowotno-rekreacyjnej. Stanowią one potwierdzenie, iż pracownicy tej grupy zawodowej pełnili ważną rolę wspierając najmłodszych przedstawicieli społeczeństwa.The aim of the article is an attempt to present the issues concerning self-help activities for children and youth in Poland between the wars undertaken by the Railway Family Association. A particularly important research problem turned out to be the determination of the directions of assistance provided by railwaymen, who, apart from their professional work on the railroad, were also credited with actively engaging in social activities. The article has a cognitive and historical aspect and is based on printed sources, including statutes and reports, articles published in the interwar period referring to the issue under study, and on contemporary studies. The analysis of the sources made it possible to show examples of activities undertaken by the association for children and youth in the interwar period, which were included in the main areas of assistance: care and education, educational and cultural, social and living, as well as health and recreation. They confirm that employees of this professional

zostały zebrane przez zaborcę i oddane na przechowanie do nowo utworzonego archiwum. Były one prowadzone od 1566 r., kiedy na Litwie przeprowadzono reformy. Pochodzą także z II poł. XVII w., kiedy sejmik województwa odbywał się we Włodzimierzu. Szlachta kijowska dążyła, aby po wojnach z Kozakami i Moskwą
księgi grodzkie były zabezpieczone przed zniszczeniem, a następnie została przeprowadzona ich rewizja. Sejmy w 1658 i w 1661 r. uchwaliły w tym celu także
konstytucje. Konieczne było również przeprowadzenie zmian, w wyniku których usprawniono sądownictwo, ponieważ Kijów (miejsce sądów) znajdował się w rękach
moskiewskich. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na postanowienia sejmików województwa kijowskiego w instrukcjach i laudach dotyczące rewizji ksiąg. Przeprowadzono
kwerendę w księgach grodzkich żytomierskich, owruckich i kijowskich z czasów wygnania. Przedstawiono stan ich zachowania na podstawie ówczesnych źródeł.
Porównano te zapisy z informacjami ze współczesnego inwentarza i przeprowadzoną przez autora kwerendą (aneks II). Księgi żytomierskie i owruckie częściowo
zachowały się. Księgi kijowskie sprzed 1648 r. zostały zagarnięte przez Moskwę. Po roku 1684 zaczęto prowadzić nowe księgi kijowskie, które do dziś znajdują się
w zasobie archiwum w Kijowie. Przedstawiono źródła do dziejów sejmiku kijowskiego, które znajdują się w tych księgach.The holdings of the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine in Kyiv include the castrum records of the former Kievan palatinate. In the mid-nineteenth century,
they were collected by the Russian government and deposited in the newly created archive. Those records have been maintained since 1566, the date of the major
legal and political reforms in Lithuania. In particular, they include the records of the second half of the seventeenth century, when the palatinate dietine was held in
Włodzimierz. The Kievan nobility prevailed in their desires to preserve the castrum records from destruction, and to have a revision carried out after the wars with
the Cossacks and Muscovy, in accordance with the constitutions of 1658 and 1661. Judicial reforms have also been necessary, since Kyiv (the traditional seat of the
courts) remained in the hands of Muscovy. The article discusses the resolves of the Kievan palatinate dietines regarding the revision of records, and the results of the
query of the Żytomierz, Owrucz, and Kyiv castrum records from the exile period. The state of preservation of those records is presented on the basis of contemporary
sources. These records were compared with the information from the contemporary inventory and an archival query conducted by the author /Annex II/. The records of Żytomierz and Owrucz are preserved partially. The Kyiv records predating 1648 were seized by Muscovy. After 1684, new Kyiv records collections has been established, which is still kept in the archives in Kyiv.
