Analysis of Face Recognition Algorithm: Dlib and OpenCV
In face recognition there are two commonly used open-source libraries namely Dlib and OpenCV. Analysis of facial recognition algorithms is needed as reference for software developers who want to implement facial recognition features into an application program. From Dlib algorithm to be analyzed is CNN and HoG, from OpenCV algorithm is DNN and HAAR Cascades. These four algorithms are analyzed in terms of speed and accuracy. The same image dataset will be used to test, along with some actual images to get a more general analysis of how algorithm will appear in real life scenarios. The programming language used for face recognition algorithms is Python. The image dataset will come from LFW (Labeled Faces in the Wild), and AT&T, both of which are available and ready to be downloaded from the internet. Pictures of people around the UIB (Batam International University) is used for actual images dataset. HoG algorithm is fastest in speed test (0.011 seconds / image), but the accuracy rate is lower (FRR = 27.27%, FAR = 0%). DNN algorithm is the highest in level of accuracy (FRR = 11.69%, FAR = 2.6%) but the lowest speed (0.119 seconds / picture). There is no best algorithm, each algorithm has advantages and disadvantages. Keywords: Python, Face Recognition, Analysis, Speed, Accuracy
Face Recognition System to RPA Software Design and Implementation
The purpose of this research is to build a face recognition system, and implement it into an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software to expand automation capabilities. The system is built using the Python programming language. The face recognition algorithm that is used is an open-source library that has been pre-trained and developed beforehand along with a library called OpenCV. The client side of the system is desktop based, and requires a stable internet connection. Users of the system are able to register faces into the system, and then later detect and extract information from them using only images of faces with an average speed of 500 ms for every frame, with an accuracy of ~98% with tolerance set at the default value of 0.6. The system is also capable of automatically registering any new faces that it encounters
Model Classification Of Nominal Value And The Original Of IDR Money By Applying Evolutionary Neural Network
Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) banknotes have unique characteristics that distinguish them from one another, both in the form of numbers, zeros and background images. This pattern of each type of banknote will be modeled in order to test the nominal value and authenticity of IDR, so as to be able to distinguish not only IDR banknotes but also other denominations. Evolutionary Neural Network is the development of the concept of evolution to get a neural network (NN) using genetic algorithms (GA). In this paper the application of evolutionary neural networks with less input is able to have a better success rate in object recognition, because the parameters for producing neural networks are far bette

Analysis of the classification of terrorist attacks in Indonesia
Terrorist attacks are now being global issue both in developing and developed countries. There are more than 180,000 terrorist attacks in 1970-2017. Indonesia is one of the countries attacked by terorist. Bombings and firearms cause fatalities. Classification of terorist attacks can be performed based on either the attack succed or not. Succed attack is defined as an unavoided action that caused fatalities. There are seven attributes studied in this paper: year, month, attack type, terorist name, target attack, city, and weapon type uses to attack. Evaluations shows that k-NN classiefier exerts the highest accuracy of 90.79%, followed by naïve bayes 80.45%, and C4.5 of 88.825%.Keywords: Indonesia Terrorist, Classification Algorithm, Terorist Algorithm Classification

Design of Smart Garden Sprinklers Based on Fuzzy Logic
Human needs for the existence of an automatic equipment that controls every activity becomes a necessity at this time, one of which is on watering plants that are still done manually. Treatment of plants is not optimal. Sometimes plants forget to be watered, so the plants wither quickly because of lack of water. And often watering plants over and over again, ignoring that too much water content in the soil, which causes plants to rot easily. With this controller can be applied to various fields such as home, plantation, and agriculture. The application of automatic watering control can be overcome if there is excess water capacity, here is an alarm as a warning when the weather is rainy, by using a soil moisture sensor to detect water levels on the ground, light sensors to control the tool can only function in the morning and afternoon because if at night watering plants is not good for plant growth that is controlled on an arduino microcontroller, and uses a fuzzy logic method to determine the process parameters of sensor control. The results of testing the tools carried out periodically testing can work in sync based on the parameters applied using the fuzzy logic method. Keywords: Smart garden, sprinklers, fuzzy logic
