    Prediction of Feasibility of Entrepreneurial Proposals in Student Creativity Program

    Student Creativity Program is a program organized by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology as a national level student creativity event as an effort to grow, accommodate, and realize students' creative and innovative ideas. Based on 2017-2021 data, each year an average of 63,337 proposals are received, administrative and substance evaluations involve complex assessment components and are carried out manually so that it takes a relatively long time in the calculation process. Then a special method is needed that speeds up the processing of assessment data. This research was conducted on the substance of the Entrepreneurship Sector to predict the feasibility of a proposal to get funding applying data mining with the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) and K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithms with a comparison between Euclidean Distance and Manhattan Distance. From the results, it is known that NBC produces 96.49% accuracy and 0.912 Kappa. K-NN with the largest Euclidean Distance calculation in K-5, K-7 and K9 with an accuracy of 99.04% and Kappa 0.975, K-NN Manhattan Distance calculation produces the greatest accuracy of all the methods used by researchers, namely 100% and Kappa 1,00 categorized as Excellent. So the conclution is that the K-NN method with K-5 which produces the greatest accuracy and Kappa can be recommended to PKM stakeholders in funding feasibility algorithms

    Analyzing e-Service Quality and e-Satisfaction Effects on Customer Loyalty at An Indonesian Digital Marketplace

    Indonesia is listed as one of the countries with the most population in the world as well as one of the countries with the most internet users. With this fact, Indonesia is one of the largest potential markets in the digital trade sector. Many Indonesian people use the internet and marketplace platforms to shop and fulfill their daily needs. Indonesia is also the base of operations for several marketplace platforms with significant transaction values, one of which is Tokopedia. Tokopedia is one of the Indonesian marketplace platforms that consistently ranks in the top 3 for the category of online buying and selling sites that people are interested in. Some studies have stated that the quality of business services affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. This quality is one of the indicators that determine customer satisfaction with the company's products and services. This study analyzes the influence of the dimensions of electronic service quality and the aspects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the Tokopedia marketplace. It analyzes the effect of the dimensions in the ES-Qual model on overall ES-Qual, e-satisfaction, and e-loyalty on consumers. The data obtained were analyzed using the variant-based Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) equation model which can simultaneously test the measurement model, as well as the structural model. The results also show that online service quality and overall service quality affect online user satisfaction and online user loyalty

    The Factors Affected m-Services Adoption in Airports

    This research focus on the factors which affected m-Services utilization in airport from airport’s functionaries point of view. Also, the background of this research is related to some former researches which defined some models that may increase the exertion of electronic mobile based service application (m-Services) such as: TAM, UTAUT, and UTAUT2. However, the former literature reviews only elucidate the factors which affect the increasing of m-Services or mobile technologies/ self service technology exertion from customer point of view. While, there are less of them apprising the factors affected m-Services adoption from airport’s functionaries point of view. The purpose of this study is fulfilling the lack in the literature review by apprising the study towards airport’s functionaries point of view. To reach the purpose of the study, this study applies literature review method. The literature review’s source of this study is originated from some international journals which discuss the factors of airport’s functionaries side. The result of this study are the Explanation of the factors affected m-Service adoption or mobile technologies/ self-services technology from airport’s functionaries point of view and the development of conceptual model related to the factors affected m-Services adoption from airport’s function perspective

    Automatic Control System Using Arduino UNO and Web-Based Monitoring For Watering Chili Plants

    Caring for chili plants in addition to fertilization is proper watering. Watering is sometimes done less regularly in this case is the timeliness other than that the temperature and soil moisture are not paid attention to by the chili plant keepers. Moreover, if the chili plant keeper has other activities, then the watering of the plants will be more irregular, making the production of chili plants not optimal and even chili plants can die. By utilizing Arduino and several supporting sensors, we can determine the right watering time. In this research, data is taken from sensors, such as soil moisture sensors, air humidity sensors, temperature sensors and ultrasonic sensors which then the data will be sent to the website to be displayed to the user. Sensors are devices used to detect changes in physical quantities such as pressure, force, electrical quantities, light, motion, humidity, temperature, speed and other environmental phenomena. The purpose of this study was to measure soil moisture, air humidity, temperature as a determinant of the right watering time for chili plants and make it easier for farmers to monitor and water chili plants. This is evidenced in the Blackbox testing method on the system design, from the test results it is known that this system has been running well and is in accordance with what is expected

    Liver Segmentation Using Convolutional Neural Network Method with U-Net Architecture

    Abnormalities in the liver can be used to identify the occurrence of disorders of the liver, one of which is called liver cancer. To detect abnormalities in the liver, segmentation is needed to take part of the liver that is affected. Segmentation of the liver is usually done manually with x-rays. . This manual detection is quite time consuming to get the results of the analysis. Segmentation is a technique in the image processing process that allocates images into objects and backgrounds. Deep learning applications can be used to help segment medical images. One of the deep learning methods that is widely used for segmentation is U-Net CNN. U-Net CNN has two parts encoder and decoder which are used for image segmentation. This research applies U-Net CNN to segment the liver data image. The performance results of the application of U-Net CNN on the liver image are very goodAccuracy performance obtained is 99%, sensitivity is 99%. The specificity is 99%, the F1-Score is 98%, the Jacard coefficient is 96.46% and the DSC is 98%.  The performance achieved from the application of U-Net CNN on average is above 95%, it can be concluded that the application of U-Net CNN is very good and robust in segmenting abnormalities in the liver. This study only discusses the segmentation of the liver image. The results obtained have not been applied to the classification of types of disorders that exist in the liver yet. Further research can apply the segmentation results from the application of U-Net CNN in the problem of classifying types of liver disorders

    Implementation AHP Method in Selection of Outstanding Students at MI Sirojul Athfal 1 Bogor

    At the beginning of 2020, precisely in March 2020, the government announced that Indonesia was affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. Since then, Indonesia has also been faced with a pandemic period, where all sectors of life have been affected, including the education sector. The primary school of MI Sirojul Athfal 1 Bogor conducts learning from home, this causes a lack of effective learning between teachers and students, and teachers find it difficult to determine student achievement. The Decision Support System (DSS) is one system that is able to assist researchers in making decisions accurately and in accordance with the objectives in determining outstanding students at the school. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is capable of solving complex multi-criteria problems. From the results of this study and calculations carried out using the Expert Choice tool, it was concluded that the highest priority score was obtained by Muamar students with a value of 0.447. From this study, the results of the CR hypothesis for all criteria value are less than 0.1 or less than 10%, therefore the overall hierarchy produces consistent values

    Hybrid RF-Energy Harvester for IoT Smart Device Applications Low Power Consumption

    Energy independence and long battery lifetime, the vision of 5G technology is one of them for IoT smart devices. Focusing on the challenges in this technological vision, the solution for this system is to harvest the energy sources around it as a backup or eliminate the use of batteries. The output of the hybrid energy harvester method as a solution to energy independence using radio frequency (RF) waves has been optimized in this study. The double-T patch microstrip antenna based on CSRR metamaterial as an RF energy harvester works at the ISM band frequency of 2.45 GHz and has return loss, gain and bandwidth values that are in accordance with the concept of the RF-Energy harvester system. This antenna is capable of absorbing energy using a DC converter circuit at a maximum distance of 6.79 V using 2 access points at the position of the transmitting antenna facing each other with a conversion efficiency of 6.68%. One method to maximize the output of the energy harvester is also carried out in this study by doing a hybrid with a mini solar cell, which is able to carry out constant voltage and can charge the load in the form of a cellphone. The hybrid RF-Energy harvester system designed in this research can be used as a source of energy in smart devices with small power requirements

    Microstip Antenna Reflection Coefficient with X Slot Addition Method for 5G Connection

    The development of cellular technology has now entered the 5th generation (5G), this 5th generation provides 3 types of services, eMBB (enhanced Mobile BroadBand), URLLC (Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency Communications) and mMTC (massive Machine Type of Communications).  One of the important devices in 5G technology is an antenna device which is able to support these 3 services. 5G technology requires an antenna that has high performance. There are various types of antennas, one of which is a microstrip antenna. Microstrip antenna is one of the most widely used antennas in telecommunications because of its light mass, small dimensions and easy fabrication. There are various ways or methods that can be done to overcome the narrow bandwidth of microstrip antennas, by increasing the thickness of the substrate, using parasitic elements, reducing the value of the dielectric constant, adding inserts to the feeder, or by modifying the patch by adding slots on the patch antenna. In this study to improve the performance value of the microstrip antenna, the researchers discussed increasing the reflection coefficient by adding X Slots to a microstrip antenna with a working frequency of 3.5 GHz for 5G communication. The results of this study showed an increase in the reflection coefficient of 67%, and an increase in bandwidth of 5%

    OpenCV Using on a Single Board Computer for Incorrect Facemask-Wearing Detection and Capturing

    OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision Library) is a software library intended for real-time dynamic image processing, created by Intel. In this study, the library will be used to detect the face, nose and mouth. Furthermore, the system is equipped with the knowledge that if the mouth and nose or one of them is detected, then the face has not used the mask correctly and the system records the face. The system is supported by an image capture device in the form of a camcorder, a processing device in the form of a single board computer, such as a Raspberry Pi and a display device in the form of a monitor. And the result is that the system is able to make a decision whether the face is wearing a mask correctly or not. By means of labeling around the face in the form of red angular lines, if not properly use the mask. The success rate is 88.4% using detector parameters, namely: scale factor = 1.1 for all face, nose and mouth object libraries

    IT Governance Audit at District X Communications and Information Office Using COBIT 5

    Local government efforts to develop digitalization as a whole to outlying areas have been planned with several work programs in all regional apparatus organizations. District X Communications and Information Office is the center of information technology services in District X, it has an important role in serving the community related to regional digitization. Based on that role, it is necessary to have good governance to provide maximum community service. This research purpose is to measure the capability level of IT governance based on the work indicators in the strategic plan. Implementation of the COBIT 5 framework is used as a research method with domain constraints on DSS and BAI. The selection of the two domains is based on the mapping results that have been carried out following the goal cascade in COBIT 5. The research results obtained that the DSS01, BAI09, DSS02 process domains are achieved level 2, the DSS06, BAI08 process domains are achieved level 1. Expectations of level achievement in each process domain are at level 5, therefore recommendations are needed to make improvements to each process to be able to reach the desired level.Keywords: Temperature module, time module, microcontroller
