The resulting knowledge is converted into the form of a decision tree so that it is easy to understand. The C4.5 algorithm was chosen because it can make a decision to be able to predict whether a customer is eligible or not to be given credit. The attribute used is income with specified criteria. The results obtained from this study are predictive information on the feasibility of providing credit to cooperatives using the C4.5 algorithm by getting an accuracy value of 93% with an AUC value of 0.898 where this classification is classified as Good Classification or good
APPLICATION OF MACHINE LEARNING WITH THE BINARY DECISION TREE MODEL IN DETERMINING THE CLASSIFICATION OF DENTAL DISEASE
The dangers of health problems in dental disease are common for children and adults. Many dental problems get priority treatment based on data from Riskesdas, about 67.6% of the Indonesian population suffers from dental and oral problems. This affects other parts of the organ that are interrelated. Therefore, this study formulates how to solve the determination of dental disease, by applying the UDB model in machine learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of machine learning Binary Decision Tree (BDT) in the classification of classified dental diseases identified by decision trees in determining the results of dental disease predictions including groups and how to solve them. The research methodology in the first stage of data collection was carried out directly with the dental clinic at Cut Meutia Lhokseumawe Hospital. Then input the dental disease data along with the dental disease symptom data. The final stage is dividing the attribute values in viewing the value at a predetermined branch which is then in the form of a decision tree as a reference for the final prediction. The results of the assessment have each value indicating a high level of accuracy, with an accuracy of 92 percent and an inaccuracy of 8 percent of the 40 data points tested. Furthermore, the conclusion of this study can produce an appropriate classification of dental disease and is able to produce accurate results seen from a small error rat

Goal Programming Method in Optimizing Course Student Admission, Operational Costs and Profits
In today's business competition, educational institutions or courses require optimizing profits. However, this is not easy because, in its implementation, there are many priority objective functions that must be fulfilled. In this case, the course institution has different class programs, namely literacy, numeracy, and math olympiad programs, with various operational costs per program type and course fees per program type. This problem requires setting priorities because of the limited number of revenues, operating costs, and profit targets. In this paper, the researcher uses Winter's Exponential Smoothing forecasting model to determine the number of students, operating costs, and profits in the following year. Then the researcher analyzes the planning with the goal programming method to minimize the deviation of the multi-objective programming. This research shows that the number of student admissions who can meet market demand for January 2021 decreased by 5.41%, in February decreased by 3.20%, in March decreased by 1.29%, April remained constant, in May increased by 1.44%, June increased by 2.16%, July increased 2.82%, August increased 2.78%, September increased 3.47%, October increased 3.22%, November an increase of 3.33%, and for December an increase of 2.69%. The total operational cost that does not exceed the target limit is Rp. 30,475,0000 for one year. The total profit has reached the target to be achieved, which is Rp. 322,150,000 for one year
Design and Development of Documentary Video in Batam as Dark Tourism Promotion Media
Tourist destinations are zones that are directly designated and advertised as tourist destinations, and all tourism products are sold by a specific group of tourists who wish to visit a tragic place and know the meaning of the event. It is arranged. , happened in this place. The development of dark tourism can increase foreign tourist visits which can be used as an economy related to the government by attracting foreign tourists who want to provide foreign exchange for dark tourism, including remote areas. I can do that. The author uses the flow of literature study and subsequent problem-solving. This continues and is improved up to the implementation stage and ends at the dissemination stage. There are still many who don't understand how to attract tourists' attention from dark tourist destinations, whether it's shooting a film in the form of a vintage color gradation video with a frame, or using R&D using R&D. Check out the research flow by starting research and dividing the time, looking for stories about the place, and news about the ghost town of Batam calm and explore with the team of ghost hunters of Batam city. While exploring the ghost places of Batam City, unexpected things and events such as camera battery running low while recording, the crew being disturbed by ghosts, and things that are not nearby are crime scenes. Events that require you to bring safety equipment and lighting, as this is an unplanned event
Numerical Analysis of Variations Distance Formulas on K Nearest Neighbors In Classifying Malaria Parasite Blood Cells
Malaria is one of the numerous acute and chronic diseases. Even malaria can pose a threat to a person's safety. The original cause of malaria was an infection with a protozoan of the genus Plasmodium, which was transmitted by the bite of a mosquito. This Anopheles mosquito parasite infects red blood cells throughout the body, resulting in an enlarged spleen. This research aims to make it easier for physicians to classify blood images as malaria-infected or not. If the input is a blood image, then SURF Feature Extraction will be used to extract the blood image. We therefore obtained weight results based on the extraction results. The weighted results generated by the SURF extraction process will be classified using the KNN Algorithm to determine whether or not an individual is infected with malaria. This study's tests compared various distance formulas utilized by the KNN classification method. Comparing the results of malaria blood image classification using the KNN classification method with variations in the distance formula, it is evident in table 7 that correlation is the optimal distance formula for malaria parasite blood cells recognition, followed by cosine. According to the results of KNN's tests, it is not optimal at classifying blood images containing malaria, but these results are categorized as goo
