KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH FISIKA PADA MATERI USAHA DAN DAYA BERDASARKAN LANGKAH-LANGKAH HELLER
This study aimed to obtain a description of physics problem solving on work and power of 8 graders of SMP Labschool UNTAD Palu based on Heller's steps in terms of the students who have high, medium and low ability categories. This research was qualitative research. Respondents involved in this study consisted of 6 students, each 2 were from high, medium and low ability categories. The data were obtained through a problem-solving ability test consisting of 5 questions and interviews. The results of this study indicate that respondents in the high and medium categories have very good abilities in solving the given Physics problems, especially in terms of identifying and writing down things that are known and asked, making connections between existing information and the problems being asked, and implementing solving strategies. problem based on the concept of work and power. Meanwhile, respondents in the low category have very little ability to solve problems because students do not have a single problem-solving solution plan based on Heller's steps
PEMANFAATAN GEOGEBRA UNTUK VISUALISASI GELOMBANG LISSAJOUS
This study aims to study the visualization and GeoGebra operations for the simulation of Lissajous waves as a substitute for the oscilloscope screen. The research subject is GeoGebra software. This research was conducted at the STKIP SoE Science Laboratory. This research is expected to produce visualization and operating system of Lissajous waves on GeoGebra. The data used in this study are fixed amplitude, frequency ratio 1:1 with a phase difference of 00, 450, 900, 1800, 2700, 3600. Other data used is the ratio of frequency equal to amplitude = 2:5 at a phase difference of 900 and 1800. Comparison of the phase difference between 900 and 1800. frequency, amplitude, and phase difference are the main variables in the formation of Lissajous waves. It is concluded that GeoGebra software can be used for simulating Lissajous waves such as on an oscilloscope screen. This simulation media can be used by students and teachers in understanding Lissajous wave patterns
