Evaluasi Layanan Penjualan Makanan Secara Offline dan Online
This study examines the differences between attribute importance and product evaluation of food services offline and online. The research is a quantitative approach in nature. The research population is all people who have bought food offline and online, with a sample of 262 people. The variables in this study consist of product attributes and purchase decisions. The product attributes in this study consist of varied menus, low prices, promos, practicality, service speed, suitability of product descriptions with the served food, and store ambiance. An online questionnaire is a tool for data collection. The results showed (1) there is no difference in attribute importance between the two preference groups except for ambiance in food consumption, and (2) there are differences in service evaluation between the two preference groups when evaluating offline and online food service
Pengaruh Non-Performing Loans, Keputusan Investasi, dan Umur Perusahaan terhadap Tobin’s Q pada Perusahaan Sub-Sektor Perbankan Konvensional
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the economy in Indonesia to decline and credit risk to banks to increase. Risks that have increased in line with the increasing trend of the gross Non-Performing Loans ratio since 2020 compared to previous years, the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) ratio has a higher trend, thus encouraging the relative increase in Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in several sectors, including the banking sector. This study tests the effect of Non-Performing Loans (NPL), investment decisions, and company age on Tobin\u27s Q on conventional banking sub-sector companies registered with the OJK during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021 period). The study was conducted with multiple linear regression analysis. The population was all conventional banking companies registered with the OJK, while the research sample was 58, with the retrieval technique using random sampling. The result of this study is that investment decisions have a positive and significant influence on Tobin\u27s Q. In contrast, Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and company age do not influence Tobin\u27s Q
Supervision and Trust in Work Involvement Through the Role of Work Motivation at Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri
This study aimed to analyze the effect of work motivation as a mediating variable from Supervision and trust on work involvement in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The location in this study was carried out at the Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The objects in this study were work motivation, Supervision, Trust, and work involvement of the employees of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. As for the research object, the independent variable is Supervision and Trust as variable X, the dependent variable is work involvement as variable Y, and the mediating variable is work motivation as variable Z. Meanwhile, the subject in This research is a health worker in Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri. The population used as the object of this research was the health workers of Simpang Lima Gumul Hospital, Kediri, totaling 380 people. The sample in this study were Simpang Lima Gumul Kediri Hospital employees, namely employees who provide services to patients. Using the Krejcie and Morgan tables, the total population (N) was 380, so the sample (n) required was 191 people. This study uses Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, which is used when the population has members who are not homogeneous and proportionally stratified. Based on the results of the analysis using smart-pls, it was found that Supervision has no significant effect on work involvement, Trust has a significant effect on work involvement, Work motivation has a significant effect on work involvement, Trust has no significant effect on work motivation, Supervision has a significant effect on work motivation, Motivation mediates the effect of Supervision on work involvement, Motivation mediates the effect of Trust on work involvement

This research intends to determine the influence of financial literacy, price, and sales promotion on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. Purpose sampling technique is used to take samples from Generation Z in Blitar Regency. This study uses ordinary least squares to determine the effect of financial literacy, price, and sales promotion on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. The research shows that financial literacy does not have an influence on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. Prices and sales promotions influence the consumptive behavior of Generation Z. For financial literacy, price, and sales promotion simultaneously influence the consumptive behavior of generation Z

The Regional Government has established Rancakalong District as a center for natural and cultural tourism destinations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of Rancakalong Tourism as a tourist destination. The Influence of Emotional Intelligence, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Employee Performance
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The number of samples used were Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in the Malang area, for the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method. The results showed: 1) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on OCB; 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB; 3) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on OCB; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 6) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on employee performance; 7) OCB has a significant effect on employee performance; 8) Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance through OCB
The Impact of Employer Branding and Career Development on Employee Retention at Al-Ibrah Foundation
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of employer branding and career development on employee retention applied at Al-Ibrah School in Gresik. The sampling was done using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The sample for this study consisted of 65 respondents who were teachers at Al Ibrah School from kindergarten, elementary school, and junior high school levels. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The analysis results showed that (1) employer branding has a positive effect on employee retention, (2) career development has a positive effect on employee retention, and (3) employer branding and career development have a positive effect on employee retention. This indicates that the employer branding and career development implemented by Al Ibrah School in Gresik are important in retaining teachers who teach at the school

Analysis of Factors Affecting The Implementation of The Integrity Zone Reviewing From The Gap Analysis of Employee Competency in Surabaya Industrial Research and Standardization Institute
Bureaucratic reforms launched by the government are manifested in the form of regulations or policies that must be implemented by all government agencies under the ministry. One form of this policy is the implementation of the integrity zone and the standardization of human resources as a strategic plan which is realized in the form of a competency gap analysis. This study aims to measure compliance behavior, level of complexity, clarity of organizational goals, and level of employee participation in competency gap analysis and implementation of the integrity zone. This descriptive quantitative research takes employee sampling through saturated sampling technique and data analysis is measured through path analysis. The results of the analysis prove the value of t = 2.166; p=0.034 (p<0.05), which proves that there is an effect of the level of compliance on the competency gap; t value = -0.399; p=0.691 (p>0.05) the effect of the level of program complexity on the competency gap was not proven and the value of t = 12.835; p = 0.000 (p <0.05) proves that there is an effect of the competency gap on the implementation of the integrity zone. Competency gap analysis and employee participation levels are classified as being more capable of contributing to the implementation of the integrity zone at the Surabaya Industrial Research and Standardization Institute
Independence as a Moderating Influence of Gender and Religiosity on Audit Judgment
The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of gender, religiosity as independent variables and auditor independence as moderating variables on audit judgment as the dependent variable. The researchers conducted a research at several Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in East Java. This study uses the associative method to analyze the causal relationship between the variables of gender, religiosity on audit judgment with independence as a moderating variable. The results showed that Gender had no significant effect on the Judgment audit, religiosity had a significant effect on the Judgment audit, the interaction between Independence and Gender on the Judgment audit, showed that Independence weakened the influence of gender on the Judgment audit, and the interaction of Independence and Religiosity on the Judgment audit showed that Independence strengthened the effect of religiosity on the Judgment audi
