A Study of the Radicalization of “Yuru-Chara”
Get PDF近年，新たな地域資源として期待されている「ゆるキャラ」は一部の成功例が大きな経済効果を上げている一方で，乱立による注目度の低下などの課題も抱えている。本研究ではその中でも「ゆるキャラの過激化」とも呼ぶべき現象に着目し，(1)「ゆるキャラ」の過激化による問題行動，(2)「ゆるキャラ」を抱える自治体の過激化の2点について事例を踏まえた考察を行った。結果より，人気が出ないことによる投資が無駄になるリスク，及び，地域の責任者と運用担当者との認識の相違のリスクがこれらの過激化の背景要因として示唆された。こうした「ゆるキャラの過激化」を抑制するためには，初期の定義に戻り，商業的な目的から開放される必要がある。ゆるキャラキャラキャラクター過激

Get PDFThe present study examines the rise and fall of Japanese agricultural products, the form of trade, and the changes in shipping regulations, and clarifies the context of the rapid increase in direct sales and aspects of economic and social status acquired by producers. The study focuses on the major reforms since the 1970s, including reform of the wholesale market system and restructuring of wholesale market around wholesalers and collecting and shipping organizations. The wholesale market has witnessed a decline in “Seri Trading,” which aims at price formation based on supply and demand, and applies market mechanisms. There has been an increase in the “Relative Transactions” between wholesalers and large consumers. Get PDF本稿は医療系専門職団体の継続学習支援システムのうち，特に研修体系に焦点を当て，各団体の継続学習支援の手法を考察し，ソーシャルワーク専門職団体への示唆を得ることを意図している。日本医師会，日本看護協会，日本薬剤師会の資料を検討した結果，継続学習が一義的には専門職自身に責任があるとしつつも，専門職団体が指針や手引き等を公表し，説明責任を果たそうとしている点で，専門職団体が継続学習を積極的に支援しようとする姿勢を把握できた。今回考察した3団体の継続学習支援システムは，コンピテンシーベースドに彩られた継続的専門能力開発（ContinuingProfessional Development ： CPD）と判断できる。近年注目される学びの多様性やリフレクションの観点から，3団体の学習支援の手法に対し批判的な考察が求められる。しかし，3団体とも非会員の専門職も生涯学習支援システムの対象にしている点で，当該専門職全体の質の向上に寄与しようとする専門職団体の公益性を見いだすことができる。専門職団体継続学習支援システム継続学習継続的専門能力開発ＣＰ
