本論文は，「Study on Biomimetic Synthesis and Evaluation of Oriented Nanocylindrical 
Biomaterials (配向性ナノシリンダー型バイオマテリアルの生体模倣合成と評価に関する研
究 )」と題し，全 4 章により構成されている。  
第 1 章では，生体にみられる配向性ナノ構造が組織の機能を決定する上で重要な理由
を説明し，生体組織に類似した配向性ナノ構造体の作製技術の必要性を示している。そし
て，生体組織の配向構造を模倣し、摩擦転写  (ラビング ) 処理した PI 膜の物理・化学的な
異方性を利用して、その表面でナノシリンダー型のタンパク質およびバイオセラミックス
の一軸配向構造の制御について提案し，本研究の意義と目的を示している。  
第 2 章では，ラビング処理の強度を変えることで PI 膜におけるナノグルーブと化学官
能基の配向性を制御し、コラーゲン  (Col) フィブリルの一軸配向構造体を創製し、この Col
フィブリルと PI 膜の界面相互作用と一軸配向機構を解明し、一軸配向 Col フィブリルへの
リン酸カルシウムの析出挙動を見出している。具体的に、ラビング処理の強度を変えるこ
とで PI 膜表面のナノグルーブの形成状態を制御し、高い密度を有する一軸配向性 Col フ
ィブリルの誘導条件を見出している。そして、Col 分子がラビング処理方向に沿って吸着
し、PI 表面の C=O 基と Col 表面β -Sheet のアミノ基の間で水素結合によって固定化され、
ナノグルーブ内でフィブリル化すると考察している。さらに、Col フィブリル表面に露出
したカルボキシレートイオンを核形成場としてリン酸カルシウムが配向性 Col フィブリル
に沿って析出することも確認している。これらの結果から，ラビング処理した PI 膜におけ
るナノグルーブと化学官能基の配向性を活用して，リン酸カルシウム析出のためのコラー
ゲンフィブリルの一軸配向技術を確立している。  
第 3 章では，ラビング処理強度を変えることで PI 膜の化学官能基の配向性を制御し、
メソ多孔質シリカ  (MPS) 膜の細孔シリンダーの配向機構について評価・考察し、配向性
MPS 膜によってタンパク質の異方的な吸着形態を誘導している。具体的に、ラビング強度
が 3.3 m で処理した PI 膜表面における化学官能基の配向性と周期性を利用して、シリカ前
駆体溶液における配向規定剤  (Brij56) と細孔構造規定剤  (P123) の 2 種類の界面活性剤の
モル比を調整することで高い一軸配向性を有する MPS 構造体を合成している。スピンコ
ートおよび乾燥過程において、PI 膜表面のラビング処理方向に平行に配向した芳香族環お
よび垂直に配向した C=O 基が Brij56 のシリンダーミセルの規則性を制御し、さらに brij56
の規則的な水酸基配列がシロキサンネットワークの規則性を制御し、最終的に P123 のシ
リンダーミセルの規則性を制御する機構を提唱している。その後の焼成によって界面活性
剤ミセルを除去し、一軸配向性のメソ細孔シリンダーを有する MPS 膜の合成を実現して
いる。この膜を生体液へ浸漬したところ、メソ細孔構造は安定であり、タンパク質の異方
的な吸着形態が生じることを見出している。以上より、生体組織の配向性ナノ構造を模倣
し、タンパク質の異方性吸着のための高い配向性を有するナノシリンダー型 MPS 膜の作
製技術を確立した。本技術は、高い生体親和性が求められる医療用素材の表面改質法とし
て応用できるものと期待される。  
第 4 章では，本研究で得られた知見を総括し，ラビング処理した PI 膜表面におけるナ
ノシリンダー型のタンパク質およびバイオセラミックスの一軸配向を実現し、その形成機
構についてまとめ，配向性ナノシリンダー型バイオマテリアルのバイオ・メディカル応用
に関する展望を示している。  
よって，本論文は工学上及び工業上貢献するところが大きく，博士（工学）の学位論
文として十分な価値を有するものと認める。

本論文は、「立体型メッシュ担体を用いた回転ろ床リアクターによる都市下水処理特性
に関する研究」と題し、5 章より構成されている。第 1 章では序論として、本研究の意義
と目的について述べ、本論文の構成を記述している。  
第 2 章では本研究で対象とした回転体を微生物保持担体として用いる排水処理技術に関
する既往の知見や、排水処理において窒素除去に関連する微生物についてその特徴などを
文献調査により整理記述を行っている。  
第３章では、メッシュ担体を回転体として用いることによりバイオマス保持量を増加さ
せた新たな Mesh Rotating Biological Reactor (MRBR) 法による下水処理の基本的な特性
と性能について解析を行った。MRBR の総括酸素移動容量係数（KLa）を測定した結果、
担体の回転速度 5.0 rpm で KLa は 49.0 d-1となり、他の既存の回転円盤法と同等の性能を
示すことを明らかにした。また、従来では MRBR に保持された汚泥量を正確に計測する事
は困難であったが、小型の MRBR を作成する事で担体に保持された汚泥量を直接計測し
た。MRBR に保持される汚泥量は担体の単位体積当たり 18,000 g-TVS･m-3であり非常に
多くの汚泥を保持できることを明らかにした。このことから、MRBR の高い下水処理性能
は、KLa や汚泥量といったリアクターの基本的な特性に起因するものであると結論づけた。 
第 4 章では、MRBR を用いて１年以上にわたり都市下水処理実験を実施し処理性能の調
査と共に、水理学的滞留時間（HRT）の変更や流入水温の変化に伴う処理性能の把握と、
保持微生物の変遷を調査した成果についてまとめている。MRBR の有機物除去性能は、
HRT が 2 時間または 4 時間、流入下水温度が 12.2〜24.5℃の範囲では処理水の BOD が
20 mg/L 以下と良好であった。下水温度は NH4+-N の除去率に強く影響する事がわかった。
一方で、NH4+-N の除去率が低いにもかかわらず、硝化された NH4+-N の 95%は脱窒され
ていた。MRBR に保持された汚泥の微生物群集構造は、同じ下水を処理していた従来の活
性汚泥の微生物群集構造とは異なっており、MRBR 保持汚泥の微生物群集構造は、HRT に
関係なくまた温度変化が有っても安定している事を明らかにしている。  
第 5 章では、本論文で得られた知見を総括するとともに、生物膜方式であるメッシュ担
体回転ろ床リアクターの窒素除去メカニズムの解明にむけた研究課題など今後の研究に関
して提案を行っている。  
よって、本論文は工学上及び工業上貢献するところが大きく、博士（工学）の学位論文
として十分な価値を有するものと認める。

The development of eco-friendly reactions such as catalytic reactions and heavy metal-free reactions with 
no use of hazardous, flammable, or explosive chemicals has been proceeding on the basis of green 
chemistry in the synthetic organic reactions. Magnesium is a metal characterized by easy handling, low 
danger, high reducibility and low toxicity, and magnesium-promoted electron transfer reactions also have 
a lot of advantages such as simple process, good efficiency and mild reaction conditions. 
 
In this thesis, three types of coupling reactions by electron transfer from magnesium or calcium to π-
electron systems were developed: (1) Selective 3-silylation of benzofuran derivatives; (2) Carboxylation 
of phenyl vinyl ketones; (3) Silylation of propargyl pivalates and allyl pivalates through carbon-oxygen 
bond cleavage. 
 
For the synthesis of benzofurans derivatives, magnesium-promoted silylation of readily available 
benzofurans and the subsequent oxidative rearomatization by DDQ gave the selective formation of 3-
silylated benzofurans. Application to various derivatives was investigated to give 23 examples of 
corresponding products in 20-87% yields under mild reaction conditions. Moreover, the silyl group that 
introduced on the five-membered ring by the reductive coupling could survive with no elimination 
throughout the oxidation process. It was also clarified that this silylation could be extended to indole 
derivatives. The silylated heteroaromatic skeletons are useful as intermediates in organic synthesis, and 
the practical utility was also demonstrated by several transformation reactions. 
 
In the synthesis of carboxylic acids, reductive carboxylation of easily prepared phenyl vinyl ketones under 
the atmosphere of carbon dioxide led to the selective formation of γ-keto carboxylic acids. This protocol 
has the wide substrate scope and provided a useful and convenient alternative to access biological 
important γ-keto carboxylic acids in moderate to good yields (42-86%). The carboxylation of phenyl vinyl 
ketones with two or three substituents on the benzene ring was also compatible under the standard

conditions in moderate yields. There are 31 examples, demonstrating high functional group compatibility, 
and the synthetic utility was also revealed by several transformation reactions. 
 
In the last synthesis, calcium-promoted reductive silylation of propargyl pivalates and allyl pivalates gave 
various propargyl silanes and allyl silanes in good yields with high selectivity via carbon-oxygen bond 
cleavage. The synthesis of propargyl silanes derivatives derived from propargyl pivalates gave 23 
examples in 36-77% yields. The synthesis of allyl silane derivatives derived from allyl pivalates gave 16 
compounds in 49-86% yields. In these reactions, the carbon-oxygen bonds were cleaved under the 
reduction conditions by electron transfer from calcium, which is the first example of using calcium in 
reductive coupling reactions. It was also clarified that calcium could be used instead of magnesium for 
the compounds with more negative reduction potential and that the reduction process was eco-friendly. 
 
In conclusion, magnesium and calcium were used as the easily handling reducing agents and three types 
of transformation reactions were developed through the activation of π-electron systems including 
aromatic groups. These reactions will strongly contribute to the field of organic fine-chemicals 
intermediate synthesis, especially C1-chemistry and organosilane chemistry.

Currently, composite membrane adsorbents have emerged as a new class of 
membrane materials for wide applications of purification and separation 
processes such as gas separation, pervaporation and adsorption, etc. Among 
various polymer materials used as a matrix, nylon has excellent characters used 
for membrane materials having amide groups used as reactive functional groups 
on the membrane backbones. However, due to difficulty in the solubility of 
nylon in solvents, there have been no reports in using the nylon monolith 
membrane for adsorbents. Therefore, this study focused on the combination of 
zeolite with nylon 6 in polymer-based composites for the separation of Pb2+ from 
mixture solution with Cu2+ and Cd2+ and adsorption of ethylene gas released 
from bananas.  
Nylon 6-mordenite zeolite composite membranes were fabricated by wet 
phase inversion method using methanol/CaCl2/nylon 6 solution. The resultant 
membranes containing mordenite zeolite powders with 10, 20 and 30 wt% 
loading were obtained as coagulated in water. Depending on the mordenite 
loading in the composite membranes, the porous morphology was changed in a 
fnger-like and/or sponge structure. In the separation tests of heavy metal to the 
composite membranes, the adsorption process obeyed in Langmuir plots, al so the 
composite membranes having higher loading of mordenite had a higher value of 
the adsorption capacity for metal ions due to the higher surface area.  Furthemore, 
the batch separation factor calculated using Langmuir isotherm parameters 
supported the selective adsorption of Pb2+ relative to those of Cd2+ and Cu2+. The 
separation mechanism of the heavy metal ions on the nylon 6-mordenite zeolite 
2 
composite membranes was occurred by the chelation process of the amide groups 
of nylon 6 and the electrostatic force of the mordenite sites embedded on the  
nylon 6 matrix. For the ethylene adsorption, ethylene gas adsorption behavior 
was better fitted to the Freundlich model. This meant that ethylene molecules 
were adsorbed by multilayer and heterogeneous adsorption onto the adsorbent in 
the sites of mordenite. The experiment results showed that as the mordenite 
loading increased in the membrane, higher adsorptibility for ethylene  was 
observed. The composite membranes were also examined for ethylene removal in 
the presence of Chiquita bananas at different mordenite loadings, different 
adsorbent masses, and different storage temperatures. The results showed that 
the composite membranes adsorbed significantly the endogenous ethylene 
emanated from bananas, hence prolonging the storage life of fruits  
In conclusion, the present study successfully fabricated the porous nylon 
6-mordenite composite membranes which can use as low-cost and 
environmentally friendly adsorbents.

アルミニウム合金は、軽量で安価であることから、輸送機器部材の軽量化を目的とした
鉄鋼材料の置換に対して、最も有効的な金属材料であるといえる。また、従来、アルミニ
ウム合金展伸材で製造されてきた部品の一体化を目的として、アルミニウム合金展伸材の
ように使える高性能アルミニウム合金鋳造材の開発も求められている。アルミニウム合金
鋳造材の実用化を進める際には、要求される機械的性質を満たすとともに、部品として組
付けを行うために高い寸法精度も同時に要求される。通常、アルミニウム合金鋳造材は溶
体化処理を含む熱処理方法  (T6 処理など ) で優れた機械的性質を達成しており、溶体化処
理レスとなる鋳造まま材や人工時効処理のみ  (T5 処理 ) 材は、得られる機械的性質は低い。
しかし、部品の寸法精度や製造時のコストの観点からは、溶体化処理を回避することが望
ましい。そこで本研究では、既存 Al–7Si–Mg (wt.%) 合金  (ASTM 356、357 合金 ) T6 処理材
に匹敵する機械的性質を有する溶体化処理レスのアルミニウム合金鋳造材の開発を目的と
し、鋳造方法、熱処理条件および合金組成の最適化を行った。以下に、各章にて得た主た
る結果を総括する。  
 
第 1 章では、本研究の背景と鋳造用アルミニウム合金の現状と課題、溶体化処理レスア
ルミニウム合金鋳造材の高強度・高延性化が必要な理由および本研究の目的を述べた。  
 
第 2 章では、T5 処理した Al–7Si–0.5Mg–0.01Sr (ASTM 357) 合金のミクロ・ナノ組織と
機械的性質に及ぼす鋳造方法および自然時効の影響を調べた。長時間の自然時効は、人工
時効初期の析出速度を低下させ、ピーク時効状態での針状”析出物の数密度を僅かに減少
させる。しかし、長時間の自然時効によってピーク時効処理後には針状”析出物が微細か
つ均一に分散し、良好な強度発現に寄与する。T5 処理材の析出組織に及ぼす鋳造方法の影
響は認められないものの、セミソリッド鋳造後には均一に分散した共晶相が形成され、さ
らに共晶 Si 相および-Al8Si6Mg3Fe 相が微細になる。このようなミクロ・ナノ組織の特徴
により、セミソリッド鋳造した Al–7Si–0.5Mg–0.01Sr 合金 T5 処理材は、引張強さ  257 MPa、
0.2%耐力  184 MPa および破断伸び  9.7%が得られ、重力鋳造法やダイカスト法によって製
造された材料よりも強度と延性のバランスに優れることを見出し、さらに自然時効に対す
るロバスト性が高いことも明らかになった。  
 
第 3 章では、鋳造アルミニウム合金 T5 処理材の高強度化を目的とし、Al–7Si 合金セミ
ソリッド鋳造材の時効硬化特性、引張特性およびミクロ・ナノ組織に及ぼす Mg 添加量の
影響を調べた。溶体化処理後に人工時効処理を施した T6 処理材とは異なり、T5 処理材で
は 0.7%を超える Mg 添加でも、Mg 添加量の増加とともに微細な針状”析出物が高密度に
分散し、強度特性が向上することを見出した。さらに、1.0%の Mg 添加は、共晶相の微細

化および粗大化合物の形成抑制に有効であり、延性の大幅な低下を防ぐことができる。こ
のようなミクロ・ナノ組織の特徴により、T5 処理した Al–7Si–1.0Mg–0.01Sr 合金は、高い
強度  (引張強さ  303 MPa、0.2%耐力  241 MPa) および適度な延性  (破断伸び  5.1%) を示す
ことが明らかになった。  
 
第 4 章では、鋳造アルミニウム合金 T5 処理材の高強度・高延性化を目指し、Al–7Si–Mg
合金セミソリッド鋳造材の時効硬化特性、引張特性およびミクロ・ナノ組織に及ぼす Cu 添
加量の影響を調べた。Cu の添加により板状’析出物が形成し、Cu 添加量の増加によって
大きな人工時効硬化挙動を示し、ピーク時効硬さが増加する。Cu の添加は引張強度および
加工硬化能を向上させるのにも効果的であり、さらに Cu を含む合金においても、Mg 添加
量の増加は引張強度の向上に有効であった。また、Cu の添加量を 0.1%から 0.5%に増加し
ても、延性の顕著な劣化はなく、Al–7Si–0.5Mg–0.5Cu 合金では良好な約 9%の破断伸びが
得られる。この結果、Al–7Si–0.5Mg–0.5Cu 合金は、高い引張特性  (引張強さ  317 MPa、0.2%
耐力  235 MPa、破断伸び  8.7%) を T5 処理だけでも実現できることが明らかになった。  
 
第 5 章では、本論文で得た溶体化処理レスセミソリッド鋳造材と既存亜共晶 Al–Si 系合
金鋳造材の引張特性の比較を行い、総括とした。一連の研究開発の結果より得られた Al–
7Si–0.5Mg–0.5Cu 合金セミソリッド鋳造材は、最も優れた引張特性を示し、これらの数値
は既存 Al–7Si–Mg (ASTM 356、357) 合金 T6 処理材および亜共晶 Al–Si–Cu–Mg 合金 T6 処
理材の引張特性に匹敵することが明らかとなり、溶体化処理レスで輸送機器部材の要求特
性を満足することを見出した。  
 


溶体化処理レスアルミニウム合金セミソリッド鋳造材の高強度・高延性化

The present study was conducted to solve the problems associated with storage of fuel debris, 
secondary radioactive waste and so on after a severe accident occurred in current light water 
reactors (LWRs) based on the experience of two major severe accidents in Fukushima Daiich 
nuclear power plant (1F) and Three Mile Island Unit 2 (TMI-2). 
When fuel debris retrieval at 1F in earnest after 2021, the amount of secondary wastes such as 
β and γ-ray wastes generated by contaminated water removal, and retrieved fuel debris will 
increase rapidly. Therefore, the long-term storage of them is expected to be a particularly 
important problem until the prospect of treatment and disposal is obtained. To solve the problem, 
it is necessary to develop an accurate evaluation method of radionuclides distribution and total 
amount in the vessel of wastes and fuel debris, and to elucidate energy deposition of radiation to 
the vessel that may affect hydrogen generation and vessel corrosion. However, the experimental 
approach such as measurements and analyses are costly and time consuming. On the other hand, a 
numerical simulation approach based on radiation transport calculations with the continuous 
energy Monte Carlo method and recent reliable nuclear data enables various case studies,  
optimization of system design, future prediction, and understanding of phenomena. Therefore, 
this approach was applied to the following problems related to the problems after the current light 
water reactors has caused the severe accident:  
1) Evaluation of radionuclide distribution in zeolite wastes through gamma -scanning of 
adsorption vessels, 
2) Evaluation of energy spectrum around structural materials in γ and β -ray environments, 
3) Evaluation of radiation energy distribution dependent on radiation type o f fuel debris. 
As a result, a new method has been developed to obtain accurate radiation source distribution 
by the combination of gamma-scanning and numerical simulation for vessel of radioactive wastes. 
I have clarified, for the first time, the dependences of the energy spectrum and average energy of 
photons and secondary electrons near the SUS304 surface (front / back) on the radiation type, 
SUS304 thickness and the distance from the source to the surface. In addition, all energy release 
(decay heat) from fuel debris is divided into nuclides, radiation types (α, β, γ) and energy spectra  
by using a newly developed estimation equation of the decay heat, and their long-term changes 
over time were clarified. 
  The present study enabled future concrete design studies of β and γ -ray wastes and fuel debris 
storage vessels after the severe accident occurred in the current LWRs including the 1F and 
TMI-2. Moreover, it is evident that they provide a new way to evaluate radiolysis of water in 
long-term storage vessels and metal corrosion in a radiation environment, in addition to 
accumulation of future experimental verification data.  
 


Study on Quantitative Prediction Method for Evaluating Nuclide Distribution and Energy Spectrum of Radioactive Waste Generated by Severe Accidents

本論文は、「2 次共振モードを持つ産業用ロボットの外乱トルク伝達項を考慮した振動
抑制制御法」と題し、5 章より構成されている。  
まず第1章「序論」では、本論文の研究背景と動機について述べた上で、本研究の
目的と概要について説明している。  
第2章「産業用ロボットの減速機モデル」では、産業用ロボットの減速機の構造と
軸ねじれ位置について解析を行い、モータトルクおよび外乱トルクの伝搬経路および
外乱トルク入力における反共振周波数をもつ特性を構造解析より示す。ハンマー試験
により外乱トルクの入力時における外乱特性に対する解析し、外乱トルクの伝搬経路
が二つ存在することが実機実験により実証する。よって負荷トルク伝達項を考慮した
新しい３慣性系モデルは、今後軽量化かつ高速化を目指す産業用ロボットの位置・速
度制御に加えて力制御における振動抑制を実現するのに重要であることを示す。  
 第3章「産業用ロボットの減速機における3慣性系の状態フィードバック制御」で
は、新しい３慣性系モデルに基づく産業用ロボットの振動抑制について検討を行う。
サーボ剛性が低い力制御とサーボ剛性が高い速度制御の両方に対し、状態フィードバ
ックを用いた振動抑制制御系の広帯域化を実現する。これより、負荷トルク伝達項を
考慮した新しい3慣性モデルにより、環境反力を含めた関節軸をモデル化でき、３慣
性系の整合性の検証および振動抑制に対する有効性を実機実験により立証する。  
第４章「共振抑圧外乱オブザーバを用いたロボットサーボシステムのための振動抑
制制御」では、従来の１次共振モードに着目した２慣性系モデルに基づく制御系を用
いた際の２次共振モードによる振動が問題に対し、振動抑制を実現する２次共振モー
ドの振動抑制ループをもつ電圧外乱オブザーバを用いた電流制御系を提案する。これ
により、電流制御系にて２次共振モードの抑圧、外側の位置・速度制御系にて１次共
振モードの抑圧を実現し、提案する制御系の有用性を実機実験により立証する。  
 第５章「結論」にて２次共振モードを有する産業用ロボットにおいて外乱特性に
着目した３慣性系の振動抑制の観点から、本論文での成果および今後の課題について
言及する。本論文にて検討・提案した手法を用いることにより、２次共振モードをも
つ産業用ロボットに対する振動抑制を実現でき、産業用ロボットの更なる高性能化を
図ることが可能であることを示している。  
よって、本論文は工学上及び工業上貢献するところが大きく、博士（工学）の学位論文
として十分な価値を有するものと認める。
