Meaning-Making in Life and Mental Health in University Students : An Exploratory Study on Autobiographical Reasoning and Life Curve
Get PDF本研究では，大学生における人生の意味づけとメンタルヘルスの関連を明らかにすることを目的とし，自伝的推論と人生曲線に着目して探索的な検討を行った。大学生123名に，最も印象的な出来事１つを想起してもらい，その望ましさを評定してもらった。また，自伝的推論の内容に関して当てはまる項目を選択してもらった。そして，気分，特性メタ・ムード，抑うつを測定する質問紙への回答を求めた。自伝的推論に関しては，特性メタ・ムードと出来事の望ましさが正の影響を及ぼすことが示された。人生曲線に関してはその類型化が行われ，その描かれ方には抑うつ，肯定的気分，特性メタ・ムードが影響していることが示された。人生の意味づけにその時点でのメンタルヘルスが影響することについて，及び自伝的推論と人生曲線に着目することの臨床的意味が論じられる。This exploratory investigation focused on autobiographical reasoning and the life curve to clarify the relationship between meaning-making in life and mental health in university students. One hundred and twenty-three university students were asked to remember one of their most memorable events and rate its positivity. They were also asked to select relevant items related to autobiographical reasoning. Additionally, they completed a questionnaire measuring mood, trait metamood, and depression. The results showed that trait meta-mood and the positivity of the event had a positive influence on autobiographical reasoning. The life curves were classified into several patterns, with depression, positive mood, and trait meta-mood influencing the way the curves were drawn. The influence of current mental health on meaning-making in life and the clinical implications of focusing on autobiographical reasoning and the life curve are discussed.departmental bulletin pape
Narrative review of mental health issues and associated factors among school administrative staff
Get PDF本研究では，これまで注目されてこなかった学校事務職員のメンタルヘルスの問題に焦点を当てたナラティブレビューを行い，学校事務職員の精神疾患による休職者の割合は教育職員よりも高く，休職も長引く傾向にあることを指摘した。このような問題の背景として，各学校に所属する事務職員の数が少ないことから，業務量や責任が重くなるとともに，周囲からのサポートも得られにくいことが挙げられた。また，学校事務職員が職務に対してやりがいを感じにくいことも影響している可能性が示唆された。この問題を解決するためには，学校事務職員の業務内容を明確にするとともに，管理職が中心となって事務職員の状況を把握し，事務職員のサポート体制を構築することや，教育職員を含めた同僚との良好な関係性の構築を促す必要があることを論じた。加えて，事務職員が自分なりに職務に取り組むことができる裁量権を与えるとともに，事務職員の立場や専門性からの意見にも管理職が積極的に耳を傾けることで，事務職員が行う業務の意義が明確になり，結果として事務職員の職務に対するやりがいに繋がる可能性を示唆した。This study focused on mental health issues among school administrative staff, who have not received much attention previously, noting that their rate of leave due to mental illness tends to be higher and longer than that of the educational staff. As a background, the small number of clerical staff per school increases their workload and responsibilities, making it challenging to obtain support. The study also discusses the possibility of administrative staff suffering from a lack of job satisfaction.To solve this problem, it is necessary to clarify the duties of administrative staff, build a support system by having managers take the lead in understanding the situation of administrative staff, and for administrative staff to build good relationships with their colleagues, including educational staff. In addition, by giving administrative staff discretionary authority so that they can work in their way and by actively listening to their opinions based on their position and expertise, managers can clarify the meaning of their work, leading to a sense of job satisfaction.departmental bulletin pape
Trends in the names of ‘Regionally related’ Faculties and Departments in Bachelor’s Programme : Focusing on Functional differentiation
Get PDF1991年の大綱化以降，大学教育の拡大と機能的分化が進展する中，地域という新たなキーワードを持つ学部・学科の名称はどのような展開を遂げているのだろうか．本研究は，学士課程教育の中で，地域をキーワードとする学部・学科名称の変遷と専門分野分類の傾向を明らかにすることを目的とする．「地域系」学部・学科名称の変遷過程と専門分野からの派生状況を検証した結果，学部単位では1998年の登場後，2010年代以降に急拡大しており，学科単位では学部より４年早い1994年の登場後，2000年代から急増していた．学科の量的拡大を設置区分別にみると，「地域系」誕生当初は国公立を中心に展開していたが，2000年代に入ると私立を中心に拡大していた．直近５年の学科消長の傾向は，2000年代以降に設置された学科でとりわけ私立の消失が多くみられた．専門分野分類から「地域系」の学部・学科名称の展開をみると，学部単位では，「その他」，「社会科学系」，「保健系」の３分野のみで構成されていたが，学科単位では，大分類の11分野中８分野に跨り，幅広い分野から「地域系」が構成されていた．これは地域という対象の広さゆえに，特定の専門分野からの派生というよりは，多様なディシプリンからの参入により，専門分野が特定しづらい学際領域と理解することができる．その傾向は，学部よりも学科単位で，国立よりも私立で，改編の動きが顕著に表れていた．departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿では，スイスにおけるカントン（州政府）間での財政移転に焦点を置いて，2008年以降の動向について検討し，次の諸点を明らかにした。一，国際公会計基準に則ったFSモデルに沿った財政統計が整備され，2008年以降，架空の「27番目のカントン」を勘定区分に設けることでカントン間財政移転の統計上の把握が初めて可能となった（Ⅰ．）。二，FSモデルに沿ってカントン間財政移転の動向をみると，2008年に「連邦政府とカントンの間の新たな役割分担と財政調整」（NFA）が導入されて以降，カントン間財政移転は大きく変容しているが，これには水平的財政調整とカントン間での負担調整支払の動向が強く反映している（Ⅱ．）。三，カントン間財政移転は，移転の純受取を示すカントンと純支払を示すカントンとの連携の進展の中で展開されていること，純受取を示す 6 カントンは一定の人口規模を有していること，多くの純支払を示すカントンは人口規模が限られており，積極的なカントン間協定が展開されていること等を確認できる（Ⅲ．）。departmental bulletin pape
Looseness–Tightness of School Rules and Interdependence and Independence : Evidence from Cross-Sectional and Longitudinal Data
Get PDF本研究の目的は，高校時代の校則の寛容さ─厳格さが日本人青年の相互協調性・相互独立性に関連するかについて，横断調査と縦断調査により検討することであった。予備調査では，校則の寛容さ─厳格さ尺度の作成と信頼性の検討を行った。研究１では，横断調査を行い（N = 168，平均年齢 = 19.63歳），校則が厳格であるほど排除回避の協調性と調和追求の協調性の得点が高くなることが示された。研究２では，縦断調査を行い（N = 63，平均年齢 = 18.16歳），校則が厳格であるほど調和追求の協調性と自己表現の独立性の得点が高くなることが示された。これらの結果は，高校時代の校則の厳格さが日本人青年の相互協調性・相互独立性の両者を高めることを示唆している。Using cross-sectional and longitudinal surveys of Japanese adolescents, the present study examined whether loosenesstightness of high school rules were associated with interdependence and independence. In our preliminary study, we developed and validated the looseness-tightness of school rules scale. Study 1, cross-sectional analyses (N = 168; mean age = 19.63 years), found that school rule tightness was associated with higher levels of rejection avoidance and harmony seeking.Study 2, longitudinal analyses (N = 63, mean age = 18.16 years), demonstrated that school rule tightness was associated with higher levels of harmony seeking and self-expression. These findings suggest that rule tightness in high schools increases both interdependence and independence among Japanese adolescents.departmental bulletin pape
