Legisdoctor. Survivance du droit romain au nord de la Loire, du VIIIe au XIIe siècle
Get PDFThis is a study on the nickname legisdoctor or legisdoctus. 1. This nickname is found among the high dignitaries in the north and south of the river Loire, from the 9th to the 12th century. 2. After the assimilation of the word lex contained in the nickname to Roman law, we define its bearer as a specialist of this law. 3. According to the opinion treating scabinus and legisdoctor in the echevinage we assume that the two not only attended the county court, but also rendered judgments. 4. While with the development of feudalism scabinus, expert in Frankish laws continues to increase its importance, the future of legisdoctor was severely hampered by the decline of Roman people. But the principle of personality of the laws allowed to the latter their survival which was also strengthened by the Church living under Roman law. And with the inheritance of the nickname the legisdoctor responded to the social demand. Here appears a legally heterogeneous society in medieval France.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本研究は、高等教育段階でICT 活用教育が推奨されている中で、大学生が教育外で使用するスマートフォンの利用についてと大学生活全般の影響について検討した。本調査の結果としては、①スマートフォン利用は、アルバイトまたはプライベートの利用が中心であり、利用目的はSNS の利用、動画視聴、ゲームの順である ②大学生教育での利用または大学教員とのやりとりは、一部に限られた状況である ③SNS の利用は、ほぼ「LINE」が連絡手段であり、それ以外で最も多いのは、インスタグラムの利用であることが確認された。departmental bulletin pape
Caution against a Gain from a Bargain Purchase
Get PDFAccounting for negative goodwill has been one of the most controversial topics in accounting society since a kick-off of business combinations around 1900s. Although negative goodwill does exist on a credit side of journal as a residual amount in a case of bargain purchase, no one has successfully explained its nature and no one has also proposed a widely-acceptable accounting treatment for it. This article reviews the historical development of argues regarding negative goodwill and the accounting treatment for it. Then this article carefully examines a case in which huge amounts of negative goodwill are recognized. A current treatment under the acquisition method still provides several problems including a recording of instant profit and leads the constituent companies into an unhappy situation. Furthermore, the amount of negative goodwill is also affected by how to evaluate intangibles acquired. Therefore, a reasonable evaluation of intangibles might be a matter to be discussed urgently.departmental bulletin pape
