Development of a Modern Version of the Marriage Image Scale : Influence of Marriage Image on the Desire to Marry among Adolescents
Get PDF結婚意欲の心理学的要因として結婚に対するイメージは重要と思われるが現代に適した測定尺度がない。そこで，現代版の結婚イメージを測定する尺度を作成した上で，結婚イメージが青年の結婚意欲に与える影響の検討に取り組んだ。因子分析の結果，家庭愛情イメージ，挙児幸福イメージ，犠牲負担イメージ，伝統イメージの４因子が抽出された。再検査信頼性に問題はなく，構成概念妥当性も併存的妥当性も概ね満足いく結果であった。結婚イメージが結婚意欲に与える影響は，男女ともに家庭愛情イメージが有意であり，挙児幸福イメージは女性のみ有意であった。男女とも犠牲負担イメージおよび伝統イメージが有意ではなかった。今後は調査を重ねながら尺度のさらなる妥当化を行い，被養育経験なども絡めた結婚意欲に関する分析が期待される。Although the image of marriage is considered an important psychological factor in one’s desire to marry, there is no scale appropriate for the modern era. Therefore, we developed a modern version of the Image of Marriage scale, and examined the influence of the Image of Marriage on adolescents’ desire to marry. As a result of factor analysis, four factors were extracted: the image of family affection, the image of happiness of having children, the image of sacrifice, and the image of tradition. There were no problems with retest reliability, construct validity and concurrent validity. The effect of the mage of marriage on the desire to marry was significant for both men and women for the image of family affection, and significant only for women for the image of happiness of having children. The images of sacrifice and tradition were not significant for both men and women. It is expected that this scale will be further validated in the future and an analysis of marital intention including the experience of being raised is also expected.departmental bulletin pape

The structure and function of the ghrelin receptor coding for drug actions
Get PDFDrugs targeting the ghrelin receptor are under active development, yet their effects vary across ligands and individuals.
We determined the structure of the ghrelin receptor in complex with anamorelin and miniGq and compared it with receptors bound to other ligands. Anamorelin functions as a superagonist, and ligands with distinct chemotypes impose different receptor conformations that bias downstream signaling. Structure-informed functional assays showed ligand-dependent differences in G-protein coupling, consistent with the observed conformational diversity. Integrating structural analysis with population-scale sequencing (807,162 individuals) highlighted rare missense variants, including N305K, that alter receptor function and drug responsiveness. These results connect ligand binding, receptor conformation, and signaling output, and indicate how natural variation can modulate drug action at the ghrelin receptor.journal articl

Creativity Effects of Idea-Marathon System Implementation in First-Year Education
Get PDF本研究は，初年次教育における創造性育成手法としてアイデアマラソンシステム（IMS）を導入し，その効果をS-A 創造性検査（東京心理版）を用いて測定し確かめた．創造性の評価方法として，先行研究で使用されていたS-A創造性検査（観点表作成），TTCT，rCABではなく，より多くの項目で測定可能なS-A創造性検査（東京心理版）を採用した．K大学１年生42名を対象に，約３か月間，IMSを実施した．評価では，プレテストとポストテストの各評価項目のスコア比較と，創造性レベル別の分析をした．結果，プレテストとポストテストの各評価項目のスコア比較では，IMSの実施により「総合点」で有意な向上が確認された．また特に「思考の速さ」と「思考の入念さ」においても有意な向上が見られ，アイデアの量的な創出力と綿密な記述力の向上が示された．さらに「応用力」「生産力」「空想力」といった課題領域すべてで有意な向上が確認され，広範な課題に対する創造的思考が促進されたことが明らかになった．一方，「思考の広さ」と「思考の独自さ」については有意な向上が見られなかった．創造性レベル別の分析では，上位群・中位群・下位群間の創造性の差が縮小する傾向が確認された．特に下位群はすべての項目で有意な向上を示し，また非常に大きな効果量が観察された．このことからIMSが低創造性スコアの学生に特に効果的であることが示された．中位群では「思考の広さ」と「思考の独自さ」を除く項目で向上し，上位群では「生産力」「思考の速さ」「思考の入念さ」の３項目で有意な向上が見られた一方，「思考の広さ」と「思考の独自さ」では負の効果量が観察された．本研究により，IMSが初年次教育において創造性向上に寄与することが確認できた．特に低創造性スコアの学生への効果が顕著であることが示唆される．departmental bulletin pape
