Get PDF本研究の目的は，地域の担い手となる若者を育成する中間組織の職業統合的学習（Work Integrated Learning: WIL）に着目し，その教育プログラムの特徴を明らかにすることである．研究アプローチとしては，吉本（2009）の「目的」，「方法」，「統制」を援用し，九州で継続的に若者を対象とした地域人材育成を実践している一般社団法人フミダスの７つの職業統合的学習（WIL）を対象とした．一般社団法人フミダスの人材育成の目的は，ソーシャル・キャピタルの形成に寄与するものが多く，教育界と産業界をつなぐ「橋渡し型」のコーディネート機能を有していた．教育方法としては，参加者の意見を引き出すファシリテートや地域や現場の関係者とのかかわりの中から当事者意識を醸成する手法がとられていた．プログラムの統制においては，大学が関与する場合はその制度制約を強く受けることになるが，中間組織が担う場合は，現場の文脈を重視した柔軟なプログラム設計・実施が可能となっていた．連携プログラムでは，複数の統制が介入することで，関係者間のベクトルの共有，調整が課題となっていた．departmental bulletin pape
