The transformation of reward systems in the digital work era has become a strategic issue in human resource management. Reward systems are crucial not only as tools of appreciation but also as key mechanisms for building motivation, emotional attachment, and employee loyalty, which ultimately impact organizational performance improvement. This study aims to analyze the contribution of reward systems, both intrinsic and extrinsic to enhance employee engagement in digital platform-based work. Using a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection was conducted through systematic searches and in-depth analysis of relevant scientific literature from journals, books, and trusted articles published. This review examines the forms of rewards, their effectiveness, digital transformation, as well as mediating and moderating factors that influence employee engagement. The findings indicate that fair, personalized, and technology-based rewards significantly increase motivation, loyalty, and employees’ emotional attachment. Digitalization enables reward systems to become more adaptive and relevant to the needs of modern workers. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a humanistic and contextual HR management strategy to address the challenges of a flexible and digitalized work environment

Islamic Values Amplify Entrepreneurial Confidence Through Self-Efficacy: Nilai-Nilai Islam Memperkuat Kepercayaan Diri Wirausaha Melalui Efikasi Diri
This study examines the impact of Islamic values on the entrepreneurial behavior of Muslim business owners within the Nahdliyyin Entrepreneurs Association (HPN), with self-efficacy serving as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs structural equation modeling – partial least square (SEM-PLS) and purposive sampling. Data was gathered from 92 Muslim entrepreneurs who met the criteria, through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The analysis was conducted using SmartPLS4 software. The findings reveal that both Islamic values and self-efficacy significantly and positively influence the entrepreneurial behavior of Muslim entrepreneurs. However, self-efficacy does not mediate the relationship between Islamic values and entrepreneurial behavior. These results suggest that while Islamic values and self-efficacy individually contribute to entrepreneurial behavior, the mediating role of self-efficacy may require further investigation. The study highlights the importance of fostering Islamic values and personal confidence to enhance entrepreneurial success

Risk Governance Unlocks Islamic Banks’ Dual Performance Goals: Tata Kelola Risiko Mengungkap Tujuan Kinerja Ganda Bank Syariah
This study investigates the moderating effect of risk governance structures on the relationship between risk management—covering insolvency, financing, and operational risks—and the financial and social performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Using dynamic panel data regression, the analysis draws on annual report data from 11 Islamic commercial banks over the period from 2012 to 2021. The findings show that certain risk governance structures, such as the size and independence of the audit committee, the expertise of its members, the frequency of meetings, and the quality of external audits, significantly enhance the effectiveness of risk management in improving both financial and social outcomes. Moreover, unique Islamic banking structures, such as the size of the Shariah Supervisory Board and the frequency of its meetings, further strengthen these effects. These results highlight the importance of robust governance in optimizing risk management and improving the overall performance of Islamic banks, with implications for regulatory bodies and Islamic financial institutions aiming to improve governance frameworks
