    E-Report Revolution: Web Prototyping for Vocational High Schools in Bandung

    The report is a crucial document that thoroughly documents pupils\u27 learning outcomes in both academic and extracurricular domains. Inputting many student grades into reports by hand takes a long time, and parents cannot constantly check their children\u27s report cards. The author hopes to make data entry easier and allow parents to monitor their children\u27s academic progress with the web-based e-report information system that uses the prototyping technique. The author used JavaScript, PHP, and a MySQL database to create an online e-report information system. This approach is intended to help homeroom instructors and teachers at one of Bandung\u27s vocational high schools manage grades and determine their pupils\u27 average scores. This study emphasizes the potential for increasing grade management effectiveness, fostering better parent-school communication, and offering a clearer picture of student performance. It might also inspire other academic institutions to implement comparable technology to expedite their reporting procedures

    The Influence of Price and Product Quality on Cosmetic Purchasing Decisions in a Marketplace

    This study aims to examine the impact of price and product quality on consumer choices while purchasing cosmetics in a particular market. The research methodology entails conducting an online survey targeting 100 active users of a marketplace company who have purchased beauty products. The findings indicate that the combination of price and product quality substantially influences purchase choices, accounting for a total contribution of 87.4%. These data suggest that these elements are significant contributors to acquiring cosmetics online. The research suggests that Maybelline\u27s management should prioritize the value dimensions of price and product quality in their marketing tactics. They should focus on techniques that uphold or improve product quality while ensuring competitive prices. This result offers valuable insights for cosmetic companies in navigating the growing competition in the e-commerce market

    Workshop Information System Design Using Dynamic System Development Method

    A practical and comprehensive information system is essential for operating contemporary auto repair shops, such as Madju Motor Auto Repair Shop in Bandung. This thesis aims to create and implement an information system that can enhance service efficiency and streamline data administration at the shop. This research employs the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), renowned for its emphasis on adaptable and user-centric software development. This study involves multiple steps, which include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The outcome of this study is establishing an information system that allows clients to arrange car repair appointments conveniently. The system also enables the management to oversee the data that supports the shop\u27s business processes and track the overall performance of the shop. The utilization of the DSDM methodology enables adaptability in system development, facilitating the incorporation of modifications and enhancements by evolving company requirements and customer preferences.     Technology plays a vital role in addressing key challenges in the fashion industry, including high This study investigates the relationship between psychological well-being, quality of life, and green transformational leadership among Bandung City\u27s financial institution\u27s staff members. Using a non-parametric approach and SEM PLS technique, data from 276 randomly selected respondents were used to analyze the impact of inspiring leaders and an environmentally friendly work environment on individuals\u27 Psychological Well-Being and their assessment of their quality of life. The results showed a positive relationship between psychological well-being and quality of life and between psychological well-being and green transformational leadership.     The Limited Impact of Store Atmosphere on Customer Loyalty: Insights from Customer Satisfaction Mediation

    This study seeks to assess the impact of store atmosphere on customer loyalty, with customer happiness as a mediating variable. This study employs quantitative methodologies with a descriptive approach to gather questionnaire data via Google Forms. The research site encompasses five districts in Malang City: Kedungkandang, Klojen, Sukun, Blimbing, and Lowokwaru. The sample was determined via purposive sampling, with 110 respondents. The findings indicated that store atmosphere does not influence customer loyalty, while it does impact customer loyalty; additionally, customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between store atmosphere and customer loyalty at AADK Coffee & Eatery, Tlogomas Branch, Malang City. This research has substantial significance for practitioners and scholars in marketing and customer relationship management. This study elucidates the impact of store atmosphere on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable, offering significant insights for enterprises, especially within the food and beverage industry. The results suggest that although store atmosphere may not directly affect consumer loyalty, it can positively increase customer satisfaction, improving loyalty. This indicates that enterprises should prioritize establishing an engaging and enjoyable retail environment to enhance consumer happiness, cultivating increased loyalty. This study enhances the existing literature by elucidating the intricate relationship between environmental characteristics and consumer views, prompting further investigation into additional mediating variables and contexts. The quantitative methodology and data gathered from several districts in Malang City augment the generalizability of the findings, providing a basis for subsequent research in analogous urban environments

    The Influence of Product Quality and Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at a used car company

    The purchasing choice significantly impacts marketing and can be influenced by various aspects, including product quality, promotions, and other variables. This study examines the impact of product quality, advertising, and buying decisions on used automobile sales at a particular used car dealership. This study aims to assess and evaluate the influence of product quality and promotional activities on consumer purchasing choices within the selected used automobile firm. This study utilizes descriptive and confirmatory analysis techniques with a sample size of 97 participants. The chosen analytical technique is path analysis, and the software utilized is SPSS version 16. The study\u27s findings indicate that, according to path analysis, the variable of product quality (X1) exerts a direct influence of 33.8%, an indirect influence through its association with promotions of 13.4%, and an overall influence of 47.2%. The promotion variable (X2) has a direct impact of 7.2%, an indirect impact through its correlation with product quality of 13.4%, and a total impact of 20.6%. The combined impact of the variables product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) amounts to 67.8%, with the remaining 32.2% being ascribed to unexamined variables in this study. The study\u27s findings indicate that it is advisable to prioritize product quality and promotions to improve buying decisions

    Employee Work Productivity Is Influenced by Motivation and Work Discipline: Case Study On Employees Of PT Dirgantara Indonesia Main Directorate Area

    PT Dirgantara Indonesia is a large company in the manufacturing industry sector. In the last three years, the company has experienced business challenges, namely project declines and 22% delays in completion. The factor that most influences the delay in project completion is work productivity. The decline in employee productivity is influenced by work motivation and discipline. This study aims to determine motivation, work discipline and work productivity and their interrelationships with each other partially and simultaneously on employees of PT Dirgantara Indonesia Main Directorate Area. In this study, data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with descriptive methods. The sample was taken using a saturated sample, which used all members of the population as a sample of 117 people. The results of the study show that motivation, work discipline and work productivity of employees are included in the sufficient category. In addition, work motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on work productivity with a contribution value of work motivation and discipline of 42.1% and the remaining 57.9% is influenced by other variables not used in this study

    Dangiang Cibeger Nature Tourism, situated in Samida Village, Garut Regency, boasts significant natural and cultural assets, encompassing educational bamboo tourism, rice planting tourism, plowing tourism, fish farming tourism, homestays, villas, camping grounds, glamping, swimming pool tourism, and outbound activities.  Nonetheless, these resources remain suboptimally utilized.  To improve competitiveness and the quality of tourism services, extensive planning and design are essential through the use of a Smart Tourism application.  This project seeks to provide a design for a Smart Tourism application for Dangiang Cibeger Nature Tourism in Garut Regency.  The application design incorporates several key features, including tourism village information, virtual tours, a reservation system, online payment options, electronic tickets, navigation systems, and augmented reality experiences.  The deployment of the Smart Tourism application is expected to enhance operational efficiency, improve tourist experiences, and empower local communities through technology

    Factors Forming E-Service Satisfaction of PJP QRIS on Micro Business Merchants in Bandung City with E-Servqual Approach and E-Service Satisfaction Model

    This research aims to identify the factors shaping electronic service satisfaction (e-service satisfaction) among micro business merchants in Bandung City using QRIS payment service providers (PJP). The study employs the E-Servqual and E-Service Satisfaction Model. Data were collected through surveys from 330 respondents who are QRIS users in micro businesses. The analysis method used is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) to identify the most influential dimensions of e-service quality impacting user satisfaction. The results indicate four main factors that influence e-service satisfaction: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and overall satisfaction. The study also finds a high level of QRIS adoption among micro-business merchants, with a preference for non-bank service providers. The research recommends that QRIS providers continue enhancing service quality, particularly in terms of response speed, system security, and reliability, to improve customer satisfaction and merchant loyalt
