    This study aims to qualitatively examine the optimization of remedial programs in differentiation learning in the Independent Curriculum based on the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument. This research is a literature study that discusses implementing differentiated remedial programs. This research originates from articles related to remedial programs in differentiation learning and IASP 2020 instrument remedial program items from books, research articles, and other supporting sources. The remedial program is carried out to improve the teacher's ongoing learning. The results of the studies that have been carried out show that the independent curriculum differentiation learning remedial program is appropriate to be implemented to optimize learning because the timing of this remedial program is more flexible; it does not have to be carried out at the end. Based on point 14 in the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument regarding the learning process, this remedial program can be measured using the indicators in the 2020 Education Unit Accreditation Instrument.     This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan (PLP) program for STKIP Nahdlatul Ulama Indramayu students which consists of 3 study programs namely elementary school teacher education, Indonesian language and literature education, and physical education, health, and recreation using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product). This qualitative descriptive evaluative research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results of the study show that 1) The implementation of the PLP program is going well in accordance with the predetermined academic calendar, 2) The PPL organizing organizations carry out their duties according to their respective duties and functions, 3) there are several aspects that need to be improved in implementing the PLP program, 4) vision and goals to produce prospective teachers who have pedagogic, social, personality, and professional competencies have been reflected in the PLP program 5) the results of the PLP practice assessment generally obtained good results

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program sekolah MTsN 5 Agam yaitu ProgramTahfidz Qur’an sebagai salah satu Mata Pelajar muatan wajib disekialh tersebut. Penenlitian ini menganalisis program pendidikan MTsN 5 Agam dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPPO ((komponen konteks (C), masukan atau Input (I), Proses (P), dan hasil atau produk (P), juga diperlukan evaluasi terhadap dampak atau outcome (O)). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, kemudahan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif ini adalah karena mudah untuk menyesuaikan jenis penelitian kualitatif ketika berhadapan dengan berbagai realitas. Hasil peenlitin ini menunjukan bahwa setiap aspek evaluasi menunjukan hasil yang sangat baik, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa program yang dilakasanakan sangat baik

    Abstract: The study aims at discovering (1) the description of teachers' working satisfaction, academic supervision of schools' supervisors, the principals' leadership in Pp. Terselatan subdistrict (the southern farthest islands subdistrict) and (2) the influence of academic supervision of schools' supervisors, the principals' leadership on working satisfaction of high school teachers in Pp Terselatan subdistrict. The research method consisted of (1) the type of ex-post-facto research, (2) the research population was the entire civil servant teachers included part-time teachers of SMA/SMK in Pp. Terselatan subdistrict with a total of 109 teachers, (3) the samples were 90 people which meant above the minimum sample limit based on Slovin formula, (4) the research variables consisted of one independent variable, mely academic supervision of schools' supervisors (X1), one variable of intervening the principals' leadership (X2), and one dependent variable, namely teachers' working satisfaction (Y), (5) data collection was in a form of a questionnaire, and (6) data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) School Supervisor Academic Supervision with a variance of 418.14 was in the fairly good category, Principal Leadership with a variance of 331.96 was in the fairly good category, and Teacher Job Satisfaction with a variance of 165.97 was in a good category; (2) there is a direct influence of School Supervisor Academic Supervision which is significant towards Principal Leadership at 12.53% with path coefficients of ⍴ = 354 > α = 0.05; (3) there is no direct influence of School Supervisory Academic Supervision on Teacher Job Satisfaction with a path coefficient of ρ = -0.158 < α = 0.05; (4) there is a direct effect of significant Principal Leadership on Teacher Job Satisfaction of 32.83% with path coefficients of ⍴ = 0.573 > α = 0.05, and (5) there is an indirect influence of School Supervisors Academic Supervision on Teacher Job Satisfaction through Principal Leadership amounting to 20.28%

    APPLYING STRATEGY-BASED INSTRUCTION ON IMPROVING STUDENTS' READING COMPREHENSION ABILITY, STUDENTS' MOTIVATION, AND SELF-REGULATED LEARNING

    This present study is set out to examine and investigate the effect of using Strategy-Based Instruction as a new approach to teaching reading comprehension, students' motivation, and self-regulatory of students at SMK Lab Business School Tangerang. 30 students were used as a sample. To complete the aim of this study, a quasi-experimental approach is used as a one-group pretest-posttest and regression analysis. Students' motivation, self-regulated learning, and reading comprehension were assessed for all students in the treatment. Analyses examined treatment effects on reading comprehension, motivation, and self-regulated learning. Results from this strategy-based instruction treatment did not reveal statistically significant results for the effect of reading comprehension ability. There was no significant difference between observed and expected motivation and self-regulated learning frequencies on reading comprehension ability. However, there was a different value between the pretest and post-test of reading comprehension ability

    The research was conducted directly in the field by observing and evaluating teachers through interviews with teachers at SMAN 6 Takengon. Evaluation of the media that has been applied by the teacher. This study aims to evaluate the needs of learning media applied by teachers and inform that microblog media will be very effective and efficient for teachers to apply during the learning process. The problem found that teachers were constrained by internet network signals and did not understand the use of media, and some teachers only applied handbooks to students. In this study used qualitative research and descriptive analysis methods, data collection in research through interviews containing a list of questions and supported by a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire that was submitted directly to the teacher. Data collection is also done through a communication platform, namely WhatsApp. From the research conducted, most teachers have not applied the right media to arouse students' motivation and creativity as an evaluation

    The purpose of this research is to obtain information about the characteristics of the items that provide an overview of the evaluation of the test questions and can be used as input in the preparation of further test questions using the anates program description version 4. The method used in this research is case study research with a quantitative descriptive approach. In this study, there were 75 mathematics students at Sebelas Maret University who took courses on matrices and vector spaces. This study focused on the analysis of validity, reliability, discriminatory power, and level of difficulty. The research instruments used were test questions, answer keys, and test results. The test used in the form of subjective questions as many as 10 items. The results showed that the validity of the items was valid and significant, highly reliable with a reliability index of 0.777, the level of difficulty was dominated by the very easy category with a percentage of 70%, and poor discriminatory power with a percentage of 50%

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Powtoon video learning media in an effort to improve science learning outcomes at SDN Cibuk Lor Seyegan, Sleman Yogyakarta in class VI students in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research used Classroom Action Research method with 2 cycles with 2 meetings in each cycle. The data collection instrument used an observation sheet on the implementation of learning and tests to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes. The results showed that the mastery of learning from cycle 1 to cycle 2 reached 75%. In addition, student learning outcomes also increased with the acquisition of test results from an average of 67.65 to 74.12. The use of powtoon video learning media can improve student learning outcomes at SD Negeri Cibuk Lor on plant vegetative propagation materials

    CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS INSTRUMEN SIKAP SOSIAL SAINS SISWA SMA

    The social attitude toward science has an essential role in supporting the success of learning science, so valid and reliable measuring tools are needed. This study aims to test the validity and construct reliability of the science attitude instrument. The research subjects involved in this study were 220 high school students of class X. The collected data were then analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (LISREL version 8.80). The results of the research show that the aspects of honesty, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, courtesy, and confidence with their indicators can describe the social attitudes of science. The theoretical model of the designed social science attitude variable turned out to be in accordance with the empirical data. The social science attitude instrument developed has a strong validity (> 0.5) with reliability (CR = 0.98). The confidence factor in this social science attitude instrument is the confidence factor, with a loading factor value of 0.72. In contrast, the weakest factor is honesty, with a loading factor value of 0.57

    ABSTRACT Educational programs, whether formal, non-formal, for-profit or non-profit, have the aim of organizing educational activities. In Pekalongan, to be precise in the Medono area, there is a non-profit learning institution that has programs such as mathematics classes and UTBK. Evaluation needs to be carried out to determine the effectiveness of program implementation and to provide consideration for decisions regarding the sustainability of the program. Program evaluation used the Responsive model evaluation from Stake which consists of antecedent, transaction, and outcomes/process stages with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire for study participants, tutors, parents of study participants, and the community around the institution. The evaluation results show that the program has been implemented based on the interests, talents, and needs of the participants and tutors by collaborating through discussions, questions and answers, and being a teacher for their friends. The program results showed an increase in participant achievement, participants studying the UTBK class achieved their goals of being accepted at the desired university, increased collaboration skills, benefits received by tutors, and good reception from participants' parents and the community. Di Pekalongan tepatnya daerah Medono terdapat lembaga belajar non-profit yang memiliki berbagai program seperti kelas matematika dan UTBK. Evaluasi perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program, apakah program mencapai tujuan, dan memberikan pertimbangan keputusan mengenai keberlangsungan program. Evaluasi program menggunakan evaluasi model Responsive dari Stake yang terdiri dari tahap antecedent, transaction, dan outcomes/process dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner untuk peserta belajar, tutor, orang tua peserta belajar, dan masyarakat sekitar lembaga. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa program telah dijalankan berdasarkan minat, bakat, maupun kebutuhan peserta belajar dan tutor dengan berkolaborasi melalui diskusi, tanya jawab, dan menjadi guru bagi temannya. Hasil dari program menunjukkan adanya peningkatan prestasi peserta, peserta belajar kelas UTBK mencapai cita-cita diterima di Perguruan Tinggi yang diincar, peningkatan kemampuan kolaborasi, manfaat yang diterima oleh tutor, serta sambutan baik dari orang tua peserta dan masyarakat.
