GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES BAWANG MERAH (Allium ascalonicum) DENGAN PUPUK KANDANG SAPI, TINJAUAN KEAMANAN PANGAN DARI ASPEK CEMARAN LOGAM BERAT
The aim of this research was to determine the effect of manure dosage treatment factors on shallot yield and heavy metal contamination of Pb, Cd, and Cu. Research factors include the use of cow manure, consisting of 9 levels of doses, namely: 0, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 kg/ha. The results showed that the increase in manure dose was followed by an increase in the yield of shallot bulbs. The highest yield of shallot tubers (3,897.76) kg/ha was achieved in the treatment of doses of cow manure 50 kg/ha, the treatment was significantly different from the yield of shallot bulbs (3,634.73 kg/ha at the dose of manure treatment. cattle 45 kg/ha. While the lowest yield of shallots (1,875.86) kg/ha was achieved in the treatment of 0 kg/ha without manure. Heavy metal contamination on shallot bulbs in the dose treatment of cow manure 50 kg/ha consecutively: Pb (15,350) ppm, Cd (undetectable) detection limit of 0.01 ppm, and Cu (4,255) ppm. Heavy metal contamination on the shallot bulbs, among others, comes from the medium where the plants grow. Heavy metal content in the soil (pre-research) respectively: Pb (33.612), Cd (undetectable), and Cu (52.251) ppm. Meanwhile, the heavy metal content in manure added to the land consecutively: Pb (15,659), Cd (undetectable), while Cu (35,118) ppm
KARAKTERISTIK PETANI DAN FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PRODUKSI BAWANG MERAH (Studi Kasus di Desa Senden Kecamatan Selo Kabupaten Boyolali)
Central Java was the largest shallot producing province in Indonesia with the Boyolali Regency as one of the main producers. Selo sub-district was the main contributor to organic shallot production in Boyolali Regency. This study aimed to determine the characteristics of farmers who cultivate organic shallots and to determine the production factors that affect the yield of shallots in the Argoayuningtani Farmer Group. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Sampling was done by using the census method and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the respondent farmers were generally young people and had a good enough education to develop organic agriculture. Production factors in the form of labor and biological pesticides have a significant effect on the yield of shallots. Variables of seeds, manure, and the land area had no significant effect on onion production. Further guidance needs to be carried out and developed because generally, farmers who work and join farmer groups are young and educated farmers, making it easier to develop organic agriculture in Boyolali Regency. ANALISIS PERTUMBUHAN KEDELAI VARIETAS GROBOGAN PADA CEKAMAN KEKERINGAN
Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merril) is one of the main food commodities in Indonesia. Soybean production has not been able to meet domestic food needs, one of the causes is the existence of drought stress. The aim of this study was to analyze the growth of soybean plants at different levels of drought stress at various stages of growth. This research was conducted in a plastic house in Demangan village, Sambi district, Boyolali district from August to December 2020. The study used a completely randomized design with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is soil moisture content ei. 100%, 75%, 50% 25% of field capacity. The second factor is the time of drought stress which includes the active vegetative phase, the flowering phase, and the seed filling phase. The parameters observed were Leaf Area Index (LAI), Specific Leaf Area (SLA), Crop Growth Rate (CGR), and Net Assimilation Rate (NAR). PENGARUH APLIKASI RHIZOCTONIA MIKORIZA DAN INTERVAL WAKTU PEMBERIAN AIR PADA PERTUMBUHAN SEEDLING ANGGREK Dendrobium stockelbuschii Schettler
Orchid was an ornamental plant cultivated by tissue culture (in vitro). This was because the seeds in orchid plants do not have food reserves (endosperm) to support their growth, so the plants only get nutrients and nutrients from the culture media. The propagation of orchid plants by tissue culture causes these plants do not naturally have Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza so that further plant growth in nature vegetatively and generatively will not be optimal. In this study, Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza was inoculated from species of orchids on seedling orchids of different species with longer watering intervals (2 days, 4 days, and 6 days). The method used was Randomized Block Design (RAK). The results obtained showed that Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza had 2 cell nuclei and had branches with right angles. The application treatment of Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza (M) had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height growth, the number of leaves, and fresh weight. The treatment of watering time interval (P) had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height growth, the number of leaves, and plant fresh weight, and affected the number of roots. The combination of Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza application treatment and water application time interval (M x P) showed results that had a very significant effect on the number of leaves parameters and significantly affected plant height. Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza applied to D. stockelbuschii was able to form associations with plant roots by forming a platoon structure.Anggrek merupakan tanaman hias yang dibudidayakan dengan cara kultur jaringan (in vitro). Hal ini dikarenakan biji pada tanaman anggrek tidak memiliki cadangan makanan (endosperm) untuk menunjang pertumbuhannya, sehingga tanaman hanya mendapatkan nutrisi dan nutrisi dari media kultur. Perbanyakan tanaman anggrek dengan kultur jaringan menyebabkan tanaman tersebut tidak memiliki Rhizoctonia mikoriza secara alami, sehingga pertumbuhan tanaman selanjutnya di alam secara vegetatif dan generatif tidak akan optimal. Pada penelitian ini, Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza diinokulasi dari spesies anggrek pada bibit anggrek spesies yang berbeda dengan interval penyiraman yang lebih lama (2 hari, 4 hari dan 6 hari). Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Rhizoctonia mycorrhiza memiliki 2 inti sel dan bercabang dengan sudut siku-siku. Perlakuan aplikasi Rhizoctonia mikoriza (M) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan bobot segar. Perlakuan interval waktu penyiraman (P) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan bobot segar tanaman, serta berpengaruh terhadap jumlah akar. Kombinasi perlakuan aplikasi Rhizoctonia mikoriza dan interval waktu aplikasi air (M x P) menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter jumlah daun dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman. Rhizoctonia mikoriza yang diaplikasikan pada D. stockelbuschii mampu membentuk asosiasi dengan akar tanaman dengan membentuk struktur peleton
PENGARUH DOSIS PUPUK UREA DAN PUPUK HAYATI MIKORIZA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN JAGUNG (Zea Mays. L)
The efficiency of inorganic fertilizers can also be done by using mycorrhizal biofertilizers. Efforts to increase corn growth need to be done by using inorganic fertilizers and biological fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of urea and mycorrhizae doses on the growth of maize (Zea mays. L). The research was conducted in Gejugan Village, Andong District, Boyolali Regency, an altitude of 154 m above sea level with grumusol soil type. This study used a completely randomized block design (RAKL) with two treatment factors, namely the first factor urea fertilizer dosage consisting of 4 levels, namely N0 = 0 kg / ha, N1 = 100 kg / ha, N2 = 200 kg / ha, N3 = 300 kg. / ha, and mycorrhizae consists of 3 levels, namely M0 = 0 g / plant, M1 = 5 g / plant, M2 = 10 g / plant. with 3 repetitions. The results of this study indicated that the dose of urea fertilizer affected the growth of maize, while the mycorrhizal dose did not affect the growth of maize except for the length of the plant roots. PENGARUH PEMBERIAN SILASE LIMBAH IKAN TERHADAP LEMAK ABDOMINAL DAN LEMAK DAGING PADA BEBEK PEDAGING
The purpose of this study to determine the effect of giving silage of fish waste to the level of meat fat and the abdominal fat of duck in Magelang. The role of duck farming is very important to provide the protein of Indonesian people for meat and eggs. The use of feeding ingredients that are easily available at relatively cheaper prices but still good nutritional content for the production, one of them is by utilizing silage of fish waste. Fish waste silage also contains the necessary ingredients for ducks. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD). The study consisted of 3 treatments there is P0 (control), P1 (fish silage 5%), P2 (fish silage 10%), and 4 repetitions. The analysis using one-way ANOVA with a level of 5%, if there is a difference, then Duncan's Multiple Distance Test is performed. The results showed that silage application of fish waste did not significantly affect the fat content of meat (P> 0.05). There was no significant effect on abdominal fat levels (P> 0.05). The result showed that the addition of fish silage food resulted in the normal level of meet fat and abdominal fat
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA AGROINDUSTRI SIRUP PARIJOTO (Medinilla speciosa) DI DESA COLO KECAMATAN DAWE KABUPATEN KUDUS
The purpose of this research is to know the internal and external environment that affects the development of agroindustrial business and syrup Parijoto and formulate alternative strategies for business development of agroindustrial syrup Parijoto in Colo-Village district Dawe Kudu Regency. The methods used in location selection and sampling of respondents are purposive samplings. The total number of 24 respondents. Data analysis methods consist of first data analysis using Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) and External Factors Evaluation (EFE), while second data analysis using SWOT matrix. The Total value of Matrik IFE is 3.11, this shows that the strength of the entrepreneurs of parijoto syrup is able to overcome the weakness. The Total value of Efe's matrix is 3.27, which shows that the opportunity of the Parijoto syrup entrepreneur is able to cope with the threat. Based on the construction of the matrix IE knew that the business of Parijoto syrup in Colo village is in the area of cell 1 is growing and building, which means the business of Parijoto syrup has the opportunity to continue to grow and continue to build. The strategies suitable for this area are market penetration, market development, and product development. The right alternative strategy for this endeavor is to use the power to capitalize on existing opportunities. PENGARUH NPK TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BAYAM HIJAU (Amaranthus Tricolor)
The study was to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer on plant growth green amaranth (Amaranthus tricolor) Research conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture Experimental garden University Merdeka Surabaya. Research is a factorial experiment were prepared using the method of randomized block design (RAK), consisting of 1 factorial and 3 repetitions. each treatment in the first repeat consists of 2 samples or plant samples. One factor that green spinach plants: P0 green spinach without NPK / polybag, green Spinach P1 at a dose of NPK fertilizer 0.9 gram/polybag, P2 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 1.8 gram/polybag, P3 green Spinach at a dose of fertilizer NPK 2.7 gram/polybag, P4 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 3.6 gram/polybag, P5 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 4.5 gram/polybag, P6 green Spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 5.4 gram/polybag. The results showed that treatment of NPK fertilizer on plant growth green spinach shows the real effect on plant height, leaf number, fresh weight per polybag, per plant fresh weight, dry weight per plant. The best results are obtained wet weight per polybag on NPK fertilizer treatment P3 (green spinach at a dose of NPK fertilizer 2.7 gram/polybag) which is 223.41 grams.Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemupukan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bayam hijau (Amaranthustricolor) Penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Merdeka Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen faktorial yang disusun dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri dari 1 faktorial dan 3 ulangan. setiap perlakuan pada ulangan pertama terdiri dari 2 sampel atau sampel tanaman. Salah satu faktor tanaman bayam hijau : P0 bayam hijau tanpa NPK/polybag, Bayam hijau P1 dengan dosis pupuk NPK 0,9 gram/polybag, P2 Bayam hijau dengan dosis pupuk NPK 1,8 gram/polybag, P3 Bayam hijau dengan dosis pupuk NPK pupuk NPK 2,7 gram/polybag, P4 Bayam hijau dengan dosis pupuk NPK 3,6 gram/polybag, P5 Bayam hijau dengan dosis pupuk NPK 4,5 gram/polybag, P6 Bayam hijau dengan dosis pupuk NPK 5,4 gram/polybag. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman bayam hijau menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar per polibag, bobot segar per tanaman, bobot kering per tanaman. Hasil terbaik diperoleh berat basah per polybag pada perlakuan pupuk NPK P3 (bayam hijau dengan dosis pupuk NPK 2,7 gram/polybag) yaitu 223,41 gram
PENGARUH PERAN GABUNGAN KELOMPOK TANI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS USAHATANI KUBIS ( Brassica oleracea )
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel sistem kerjasama gapoktan terhadap variabel produktivitas usahatani Kubis. Serta unuk menganalisa Koefisien determinasi yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel independent terhadap variable dependen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Gapoktan dii Desa Bandungrejo Kecamatan Ngablak Kabupaten Magelang. Metode penetuan lokasi menggunakan metode sengaja (purposive) dan metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Random Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 petani kubis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis regresi linier diketahui bahwa pengaruh efektifitas sistem kerjasama gapoktan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas usahatani berpengaruh nyata. Efektivitas sistem kerjasama Gapoktan berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas usaha tani. Besar pengaruh efektifitas sistem kerjasama dalam peningkatan produktivitas usahatani adalah 22,8%. Sisanya 77,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain. Sehingga efektifitas sistem kerjsama dalam peningkatan produktivitas mempunyai hubungan yang rendah.This study aims to determine the effect of each variable of the Gapoktan cooperation system on the productivity variable of Cabbage farming. And to analyze the coefficient of determination which serves to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research was conducted at Gapoktan in Bandungrejo Village, Ngablak District, Magelang Regency. The method of determining the location used a purposive method and the sampling method was carried out by the Random Sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 30 cabbage farmers. The results showed that the linear regression analysis showed that the effect of the effectiveness of the Gapoktan cooperation system on increasing farm productivity had a significant effect. The effectiveness of the Gapoktan cooperation system has a positive effect on-farm productivity. The effect of the effectiveness of the cooperation system in increasing farm productivity is 22.8%. The remaining 77.2% is influenced by other variables. So that the effectiveness of the cooperative system in increasing productivity has a low relationship
ANALISIS POTENSI DAN PENGEMBANGAN AGRIBISNIS SAYURAN DI KABUPATEN KARANGANYAR
Karanganyar Regency has a strategic role in economic development in Indonesia, especially in the agricultural sector. This study aims to determine the potential for agribusiness development, especially vegetable commodities in Karanganyar Regency by using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. Mapping with the LQ method will produce commodities that are classified as basic or non-basic commodities that can contribute to the welfare of farmers, especially increasing income. The data used are secondary data about vegetable production in Karanganyar Regency in 2019 and primary data from interviews with farmers. The results showed that there were 6 vegetable commodities cultivated in 17 districts, namely onions, large chilies, potatoes, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, and garlic. The highest LQ value is large chili, while the second to lowest is onions, potatoes, tomatoes, and Chinese cabbage.
