    Efektivitas Nutrisi AB MIX Dan Pupuk Organik Cair Terhadap Tanaman Selada (Lactuca Sativa L.) Secara Hidroponik Wick System

    This research aims to determine the nutritional concentration of AB Mix and Liquid Organic Fertilizer which is better for the growth and yield of lettuce plants hydroponically using a wick system. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method with a single factor of six treatment levels with three replications. The treatment factor is the provision of the amount of AB Mix nutrients and the amount of Liquid Organic Fertilizer nutrients which consist of 6 treatment levels including AB Mix N1 600 ppm, AB Mix N2 700 ppm, AB Mix N3 800 ppm, POC N4 700 ppm, POC N5 800 ppm, and POC N6 900 ppm. The data obtained was analyzed statistically using variance analysis. If the results of the variance analysis were significantly different, then further tests were carried out using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT), at the 5% level. The research showed that the AB Mix nutrient treatment with N2 with a concentration of 700 ppm provided the best growth and results compared to other therapies for lettuce plants cultivated hydroponically using a wick system.This research aims to determine the nutritional concentration of AB Mix and Liquid Organic Fertilizer which is better for the growth and yield of lettuce plants hydroponically using a wick system.     Siomak is a type of lettuce plant that has a slightly different leaf shape from lettuce plants in general. This research aims to determine the interaction between planting media treatment and rabbit urine fertilizer concentration on the growth and yield of siomak plants. This research was carried out from April to May 2022 in Rejomulyo Village, Kras District, Kediri Regency, East Java Province. This research used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors. The first factor is the planting medium (M), while the second factor is the concentration of rabbit urine fertilizer (K). The results of this research show that the M2K4 treatment combination (planting media ratio 2:1:3 + 40 ml/L urine fertilizer) is the treatment combination with the best results in the observation variables of number of leaves and wet weight per plant. The combination of M2K2 treatment (planting media ratio 2:1:3 +20 ml/L urine fertilizer) is the combination with the best results in increasing the root length of siomak plants. The single treatment of M2 planting media (planting media ratio 2:1:3) showed better results than the results of treatment M1 (planting media ratio 2:1:2) significantly in the observation variables of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and root volume. . K4 treatment (urine fertilizer 40 ml/L) is the most effective and efficient concentration in increasing plant height and leaf area growth.     This study was conducted at Donba Enggar Farm, located in Pare District, from November to December 2024, with the aim of identifying the marketing channels and margins of agribusiness products at Donba Enggar Farm and analyzing the 4P marketing mix (product, place, price, promotion) using a qualitative descriptive method. This study aims to: (1) Identify the marketing channels and margins of agribusiness products implemented at Donba Enggar Farm, Pare District, Kediri Regency. (2) Analyze the marketing mix of agribusiness products at Donba Enggar Farm, Pare District, Kediri Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation study. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. All agribusiness product channels at Donba Enggar Farm, including sheep and feed products, can be considered efficient because they have a farmer's share value of more than 40%. The marketing mix for Donba Enggar's livestock products—namely sheep and feed—includes the use of elevated stalls (stilt pens) and modern pen management. This is supported by a strategic location with good availability of feed materials. The prices set by Donba Enggar for each product generally follow market prices, except for the feed products, which are produced in-house by the farm.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Donba Enggar Farm yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Pare pada bulan November sampai dengan Desember 2024 dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi saluran pemasaran dan margin produk agribisnis di Donba Enggar Farm serta menganalisis bauran pemasaran 4P (product, place, price, promotion) dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengidentifikasi saluran pemasaran dan margin produk agribisnis yang dilaksanakan di Donba Enggar Farm Kecamatan Pare Kabupaten Kediri. (2) Menganalisis bauran pemasaran produk agribisnis di Donba Enggar Farm Kecamatan Pare Kabupaten Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Seluruh saluran produk agribisnis di Donba Enggar Farm baik domba maupun produk pakan dapat dikatakan efisien karena memiliki nilai farmer's share lebih dari 40%. Bauran pemasaran produk peternakan Donba Enggar, yaitu domba dan pakan, meliputi penggunaan kandang bertingkat dan pengelolaan kandang modern. Hal ini didukung oleh lokasi yang strategis dengan ketersediaan bahan pakan yang baik. Harga yang ditetapkan Donba Enggar untuk setiap produk pada umumnya mengikuti harga pasar, kecuali untuk produk pakan yang diproduksi sendiri oleh peternakan

    Sacha inchi (Plukenetia volubilis L.) is one of the underutilized crops that has been adopted as a food source due to its high nutritional value, which is gradually being recognized as having potential benefits for human health. An initial obstacle to the cultivation of this commodity is seed dormancy, which requires a solution. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the first count and final count in testing the germination capacity of seeds and suitable germination media. A completely randomized design (CRD) factorial was selected for this study. Factor 1 was P1 (ordinary water), P2 (water at 50 °C), P3 (water at 80 °C), and factor. 2 was M1 = soil:compost (2:1), M2 = soil: Sand (2:1), M3 = Soil:Sand:Compost (2:1:1). Each combination was repeated three times, with each combination consisting of 4 polybags, totaling have 135 polybags. Data were analyzed using F-tests with analysis of variance (ANOVA). If a significant effect was observed, a BNT test (5%) was conducted. Based on the research conducted, there was no significant interaction effect between seed soaking techniques and planting medium composition on germination observation. Breaking dormancy using different water immersion temperatures affects plant height at 21 days after sowing (DAS) and the number of leaves at 7 DAS. 3.     Rancang Bangun Penggunaan Venturimeter Fertigasi Pada Irigasi Tetes (Drip Irrigation)

    Drip irrigation system is one of the solutions to irrigation problems. Drip irrigation applies direct water supply to plant roots. The use of drip irrigation that has been widely used is usually separate from the fertilization or fertigation system. The obstacles that usually occur are blockages in the emitter due to non-homogeneous nutrients and sedimentation. The use of a venturimeter is one solution in fertilization in a drip irrigation system. Fertilizers or nutrients that are distributed in a drip irrigation system have difficulty in determining the right dose due to the mixing of water and fertilizer/nutrients that occurs in the installation pipe. The purpose of this reasearch is to create a design or construction of a venturimeter placement that makes it easier to determine the right fertilizer dose in a drip irrigation system. This research method uses an experimental method with 1 variable, namely the design or design of the venturimeter placement with 2 variables, namely V1: Direct method, V2: Bypass method, with 5 repetitions. The observation variables in this study were the average uniformity of the emitter discharge, the average discharge at the venturimeter input, and the pressure at the venturimeter output.     Produksi pertanian dapat meningkat dengan  bercocok tanam. Teknik budidaya terung  efektif menggunakan  pupuk yang efisien dapat meningkatkan produksi terung. Penelitian mempunyai tujuan  menganalisa interaksi penggunaan pupuk kandang kambing dan NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terung. Riset menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk kandang kambing (P) ada tiga level, yaitu  360gr/tanaman, 720gr/tanaman, dan 1080gr/tanaman. Faktor kedua yaitu NPK Mutiara (N) terdiri  tiga level, yaitu 10gr/tanaman, 20gr/tanaman, 30gr/tanaman sehingga diperoleh 9 kombinasi perlakuan.  Data pengamatan dianalisis menggunakan Anova. Hasil analisa data disimpulkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman  dan jumlah daun terjadi interaksi pada 35 hari setelah tanam, hasil tertinggi diperoleh perlakuan P3N2 yaitu tinggi tanaman 62,73cm dan jumlah daun 7 helai pada dosis pupuk kandang kambing 1080 gr/tanaman dengan pupuk NPK mutiara 20 gr/tanaman. Pada pengukuran berat buah, panjang buah, jumlah buah tidak terjadi interaksi, berpengaruh nyata pada perlakuan tunggal dengan  rata rata berat tertinggi 157,9 gram, panjang buah tertinggi 20,28 Cm dan jumlah buah terbanyak dengan rata-rata 2,2 buah/ tanaman pada pemberian pupuk kandang kambing 1080 gram/tanaman.Produksi pertanian dapat meningkat dengan  bercocok tanam.     Analisis Pendapatan Dan Kelayakan Usahatani Ubi Kayu Di Kabupaten Wonogiri

    Ubi kayu merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang memiliki banyak kegunaan baik dalam pemenuhan konsumsi serta produksi bagi industri berbahan baku ubi kayu. Kabupaten Wonogiri merupakan daerah dengan tingkat produksi tertinggi di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis biaya dan pendapatan usahatani ubi kayu di Kabupaten Wonogiri serta 2) menganalisis kelayakan usahatani ubi kayu di Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode penentuan daerah pada Kabupaten Wonogiri menggunakan stratified random sampling berdasarkan stratifikasi produktivitas ubi kayu tinggi dan produktivitas ubi kayu rendah, sehingga terpilih dua kecamatan yaitu kecamatan Ngadirojo dan Kecamatan Jatiroto. Penentuan sampling menggunakan quota sampling dan diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 60 petani ubi kayu. Data primer dan data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang diambil melalui observasi, wawancara dengan kuisioner, pencatatan dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya dan pendapatan usahatani serta analisis R/C ratio dan analisis Break Event Point (BEP) untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besarnya biaya usahatani ubi kayu di Kabupaten Wonogiri sebesar Rp 1.876.960,64 /Ha/MT dan rata-rata besarnya penerimaan usahatani ubi kayu yaitu Rp 6.363.846,95/Ha/MT sehingga diperoleh besarnya pendapatan usahatani ubi kayu di Kabupaten Wonogiri sebesar Rp 4.486.886,31. Analisis R/C Ratio sebesar 3,39 menunjukkan bahwa usahatani ubi kayu di Kabupaten Wonogiri secara ekonomi sudah efisien dan sudah memberikan keuntungan bagi petani.     This study aimed to determine the effect of urea fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of Salibu rice using the Inpari 42 Agritan GSR variety. The experiment was conducted in a paddy field arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with a single factor consisting of four levels of urea fertilizer dosage: control, 7.5 g/clump, 15 g/clump, and 22.5 g/clump, each replicated three times. Observed parameters included plant height, number of tillers, panicle length, total dry weight, total dry grain weight, 1,000 filled grain weight, and shoot dry weight. The results showed that the application of 15 g/clump of urea was the optimal treatment for increasing total dry grain weight and the weight of 1,000 filled grains. Meanwhile, a dosage of 22.5 g/clump resulted in the highest average shoot dry weight. Quadratic regression analysis indicated an optimal dosage of 22.04 g/clump for total dry grain weight and 13.80 g/clump for the weight of 1,000 filled grains. It is recommended that further studies focus on testing urea fertilizer dosages within the predictive optimum range to validate the quadratic regression model under various agroecological conditions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk urea terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil padi sistem Salibu varietas Inpari 42 Agritan GSR. Percobaan dilakukan di lahan sawah yang disusun dalam rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dosis pupuk urea, yaitu: kontrol, 7,5 g/rumpun, 15 g/rumpun, dan 22,5 g/rumpun, dengan tiga kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, panjang malai, bobot kering keseluruhan, bobot biji kering keseluruhan, bobot 1000 biji bernas, dan bobot kering tajuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian urea 15 g/rumpun merupakan perlakuan optimal untuk meningkatkan bobot biji kering keseluruhan dan bobot 1.000 biji bernas. Sementara itu, dosis 22,5 g/rumpun menghasilkan nilai tertinggi pada bobot kering tajuk. Analisis uji regresi kuadratik menghasilkan dosis optimum sebesar 22,04 g/rumpun untuk bobot biji kering keseluruhan, dan 13,80 g/rumpun untuk bobot 1.000 biji bernas. Disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya difokuskan pada pengujian rentang dosis pupuk urea dalam kisaran prediktif optimum untuk menguji validitas model regresi kuadratik pada berbagai kondisi agroekologi

    Relationship Between Household Food Security And Nutritional Status Of Toddlers In Flood-Prone Areas Of Surakarta

    Flooding poses numerous negative consequences, particularly for the food security of households in areas prone to flooding. The nutritional health of children under five is directly affected by household food security, highlighting the strong connection between the two. The study was carried out in flood-prone areas within the Pasar Kliwon District of Surakarta, specifically in the villages of Sangkrah and Semanggi. This observational research used a proportional random sampling method to select participants. The respondents were heads of households or mothers, along with their children under five years of age. The collected data includes socio-economic factors such as income, gathered through interviews using a questionnaire. The HFIAS questionnaire was employed to assess household food security, while nutritional status was evaluated through anthropometric measurements. Z-scores were calculated using the WHO-Antro software, with WAZ and BAZ indicators serving to assess nutritional status. Statistical analyses, including the Fisher Exact test and Chi-Square test, were applied to examine correlations between variables. The results indicate that most households participating in this study are classified as food secure, and the majority of children under five are neither underweight nor wasted. While a positive link was identified between household income and food security, no significant correlation was observed between income and the nutritional status of children under five, as measured by WAZ or BAZ scores. Additionally, no relationship was found between household food security and the nutritional status of children under five based on WAZ or BAZ assessments.Flooding poses numerous negative consequences, particularly for the food security of households in areas prone to flooding. The nutritional health of children under five is directly affected by household food security, highlighting the strong connection between the two. The study was carried out in flood-prone areas within the Pasar Kliwon District of Surakarta, specifically in the villages of Sangkrah and Semanggi. This observational research used a proportional random sampling method to select participants. The respondents were heads of households or mothers, along with their children under five years of age. The collected data includes socio-economic factors such as income, gathered through interviews using a questionnaire. The HFIAS questionnaire was employed to assess household food security, while nutritional status was evaluated through anthropometric measurements. Z-scores were calculated using the WHO-Antro software, with WAZ and BAZ indicators serving to assess nutritional status. Statistical analyses, including the Fisher Exact test and Chi-Square test, were applied to examine correlations between variables. The results indicate that most households participating in this study are classified as food secure, and the majority of children under five are neither underweight nor wasted. While a positive link was identified between household income and food security, no significant correlation was observed between income and the nutritional status of children under five, as measured by WAZ or BAZ scores. Additionally, no relationship was found between household food security and the nutritional status of children under five based on WAZ or BAZ assessments

    Landfill leachate, a contaminated liquid produced from rainwater passing through waste materials, presents serious environmental risks by polluting soil and water sources. This study examines the potential of water spinach (WS) (Ipomoea aquatica), water hyacinth (WH) (Eichhornia crassipes), and marsh pennywort (MP) (Hydrocotyle umbellata) to remove heavy metals from landfill leachateIt evaluates levels of heavy metals such as zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and iron (Fe) to assess the effectiveness of pollutant removal. Leachates from landfills were distributed among four basins over a period of 28 days; (Basin 1 – control, basin 2 – water hyacinth, basin 3 – water spinach, basin 4 – marsh pennywort) and each basin underwent testing with different retention times. The results proved substantial decrease in all  of the selected heavy metals (Zn, Cu and Fe) levels after treatment with WH, WS and MP. All the aquatic plants demonstrate an ability to absorb heavy metals, leading to lowered concentrations in the leachate. These findings highlight WH, WS and MP promise as  phytoremediation tools for managing landfill leachate contamination that can help to combat pollution and safeguard water resources.
