Get PDFThis paper critically examines Habermas's religious thought through key conceptual lenses. It first explores his intellectual relationship with Adorno and critical theory, contextualizing his development of post-metaphysical thinking. While Habermas incorporates aspects of Adorno's critical approach, he simultaneously critically departs from it, advancing toward a postmetaphysical philosophical framework. This theoretical trajectory led him to engage with speech act theory and the process of detranscendentalization. Notably, he offers a distinctive reinterpretation of the linguistification of the sacred. The Institutionalization Process of School Social Work : An Attempt at Analysis Using the Concept of Institutional Entrepreneurs
Get PDF本稿の目的は、近年学校領域に新たに導入されているスクールソーシャルワーカー制度を対象として、その制度化プロセスを「制度的企業家」概念を用いて分析することを通して、学校領域における制度変化の主体やプロセスの特徴を明らかにすることである。分析においては、2つの市においてスクールソーシャルワーカー活用事業の立ち上げと制度設計に関わったＡ氏のインタビューデータを複線経路・等至性モデルを用いて分析した。分析の結果、「学校を支援する」という動機が社会福祉の文化に埋め込まれる以前に形成されたことにより、学校文化との対立が軽減されたことがスクールソーシャルワーカー事業の制度化の要因の一つとなっていた。しかし、具体的な制度設計の段階では、自身も社会福祉を学びスクールソーシャルワーカーとなることで、教育という異なる文化の中でスクールソーシャルワーカーが自律的に活動できる仕組みを設計することができており、社会福祉の文化に埋め込まれることが必要だったことが示された。論文Articledepartmental bulletin pape
Practical Report on Revitalization of Local Economies and Development of Digital Human Resources : Reflections on Collaborative Agreement Courses and Future Prospects
Get PDF地域社会への貢献と社会課題の解決への試みとして地域経済の活性化とデジタル人材の育成を目的とした講座を開講した。この講座は地域連携センターの協定連携協力事業として行われた。講座は3回で完結し、第1回は名取市を舞台に地域経済の概要把握、第2回は同市での経済活性化に向けた事業の構想、第3回はその構想の可能性をデータにより検証することを目的に地域経済分析システム(RESAS)を扱った。講座後のアンケートからは理解度、満足度共に肯定的であった。一方、他者への推奨については課題が見出された。要因として参加者の求める内容と提供する内容の乖離、公開講座としての展開方法が考えられる。それらを踏まえた改善などについて考察を行った。資料Materialsdepartmental bulletin pape
