This has led to the emergence of various problems connected with unprotected sexuality and reproductive health of the youth. Up to 76.1 percent cases of premarital sexual activities were first carried out between age limits 21-71 years. Most of them involved students of high school and tertiary institutions. There is a tendency that the higher the level of education, the higher will be the degree of permissiveness towards premarital sexual relationship. Most of the new marriages involve pregnant cases of between 3-6 months. The proportion of premarital sex cases is higher in the urban areas compared to the rural areas

Underutilization of health services is still a major concern for policy makers and constitutes the prime barrier to the large scale success of health programs. Information on the determinants and patterns of health care use can identify problems in organization and delivery that may result in underutilization. Based on the research findings in rural Purworejo, delivering services for the rural and poor people are in conflict with the objective to generate revenue. Many potential beneficiaries never get to adequate health services, because of the multiple non-financial constraints either from the demand side or the supply side. In order to enhance equitable utilization of public health services, strong commitment to apply investment in accessibility is certainly needed

Namun dari beberapa studiyangpernah dilakukan, secara umum informasiyang ada menunjukkan bahwa praktik male genital cutting atau yang dikenal dengan sirkumsisi laki-laki tersebar di berbagai daerah dan disahkan secara sosial. Hasil studi yang dilakukan dengan memadukan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif ini menunjukkan sebagian besar masyarakat melakukan sirkumsisi dengan justifikasi menjalankan perintah agama. Aspek kebersihan dan kesehatan juga ditonjolkan oleh beberapa tokoh agama untuk semakin mengesahkanpentingnya dilakukan sirkumsisi di samping adanya beberapa mitos yang terkait dengan seksualitas yang menyertai praktik sirkumsisi laki-laki tersebut. No full textThis study is aimed to investigate the mechanism of abroad apprenticeship labour program, including income rate, to understand the process of transferring knowledge, and to portray its implementation to regional development. There are at least three aspects will be discussed, firstly, to understand the process of apprenticeship overseas; secondly, to evaluate their income and economic activities after returning home; and thirdly, to evaluate how the local government involves in empowering ex-apprentice labour overseas. The research employed several methods for getting data such as structured interview by using questionnaire, focus group discussion, in-depth interview, tracking, and observation. This study indicated that (I) Apprenticeship process mechanism is not fully transparent yet; (2) Their income are relatively high, however, looking at their job they are still absorbed in 3D jobs (dirty, dangerous, difficult); (3) Several arising problems set the volunteer in low bidding position, and (4) process of transferring knowledge they got from overseas is vague

The number of women in Indonesia can be used as an important labor force, unfortunately they usually have lower level of education level. This at the end forced them to go abroad and being TKW which not always a good thing to do. Most of them being abused by their employers. Even though some women do not work economicly they still taking care their families which also an uneasy job to do. In the future, the empowerment of women could produce more quality generation
