The topic of teaching foreign language to pupils with developmental dysphasia at the second level of primary school is topical in the context of inclusive education. Given the increasing emphasis on providing equal opportunities for all students, research on effective teaching methods for these specific groups of learners is becoming necessary. Identifying and implementing effective pedagogical approaches in English language classrooms can not only contribute to the development of language skills for students with developmental dysphasia, but can also enhance the overall inclusion and success of the educational process for this group of learners. Given the lack of awareness of this issue in practice, exploring this topic is essential to provide concrete recommendations and support for teachers working with these pupils. The aim of this paper is to identify teaching methods in English language classes in order to find effective approaches that can lead to the improvement of the language skills of pupils with developmental dysphasia. An open coding method based on interviews through situational analysis was used. The research sample consists of a total of twelve informants. Five teachers, three teaching assistants, three parents and one child with developmental dysphasia were willing to participate..

Its aim was to develop not only subject-specific but also key competences of the pupils through working with paper as an art material. In particular, emphasis was placed on the development of pupils' creativity, their ability to cooperate, self-reflection and the use of their own experience in exploring the artistic possibilities of paper. The concept of the project was based on the constructivist concept of teaching. The project was structured into five teaching units, which included artistic tasks focused on spatial creation and subsequent reflective activities, but also more theoretically oriented parts in which pupils learned more about paper, such as its production, properties or use in the visual arts. The research part of the work analyses the pupils' responses and records the development of their thinking and artistic expression. The results show the potential of art project-based learning to promote a deeper understanding of the material and the..

Dávid Jevčák Evaluation of endothelial dysfunction in aorta of mice model with atherosclerosis predisposition Diploma thesis Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Pharmacy Background: The aim of this diploma thesis was to investigate whether administration of a high-fat diet for 25 days in Leiden ApoE*3 mutation leads to a change in the expression of three significant markers of endothelial dysfunction, namely endoglin, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1, compared to a standard diet. Methods: Mice with the Leiden ApoE*3 mutation (n = 6, in each group) were used in the experiment: Leiden ApoE*3 chow mice, which were fed a standard diet for 25 days and Leiden ApoE*3 HFD mice, which were fed a high-fat diet for 25 days. Biochemical analysis was used to detect changes in cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Changes in the expression of endoglin, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 were examined by Western blot analysis. Results: Surprisingly, administration of a high-fat diet for 25 days did not affect the expression of endoglin, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 levels in Leiden ApoE*3 mice. Conclusion: No significant effect of high-fat diet in the Leiden ApoE*3 mutation on the altered expression of three significant markers of endothelial dysfunction, endoglin, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1, has been demonstrated, and further research is needed
