A EDUCAÇÃO SEXUAL NAS DIFERENTES VERSÕES DA BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR: DA ABERTURA AO SILENCIAMENTO EM TORNO DA TEMÁTICA
RESUMO: O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar de que maneira a educação sexual se insere nas diferentes versões da Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e apresentar a percepção de professores sobre contexto de narrativas e disputas que intermediaram sua construção. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, que teve como fonte de dados a BNCC e entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com oito professores que lecionam no ensino fundamental. Os dados foram produzidos por meio da técnica de Análise do Discurso, orientada pelo ciclo de políticas formulado por Stephen Ball e Richard Bowe, cujos procedimentos demonstraram que a atuação incisiva das bancadas políticas conservadoras culminou em políticas regressivas no campo da sexualidade, deixando de evidenciar dimensões importantes no documento final. Compreende-se que a omissão dessas questões nos referenciais curriculares favorece a persistência da intolerância contra a diversidade sexual e enfraquece o combate ao preconceito e discriminações arraigados em nossa sociedade
تأثیر ارزش افزودة شرکتهای چندملیتی آمریکایی در کشورهای اروپایی بر فعالیتهای اقلیمی بااستفادهاز تخمینگر دریسکول و کرای
در این پژوهش تأثیر شرکتهای چندملیتی آمریکایی (MNCs) بر اقدامهای اقلیمی کشورهای اروپایی، با تمرکز بر 13SDG (هدف سیزدهم توسعة پایدار) بررسی شده است. در این تحلیل از دادههای تابلویی از 2009 تا 2021م استفاده شده است تا دریابیم آیا ارزش افزودة ایجادشده در این شرکتها بر عملکرد اقلیمی کشورهای میزبان تأثیر میگذارد. نتایج تجربی مؤید رابطة منفی معناداری بین ارزش افزودة شرکتهای چندملیتی و رتبة 13SDG در کشورهای میزبان است. این یافتهها همسو با فرضیة پناهگاه آلودگی است و نشان میدهد شرکتهای چندملیتی ممکن است عملیاتهای آلودهکننده را به کشورها منتقل کنند؛ در نتیجه خطرهای محیطزیستی را افزایش میدهند. در مقابل، با استناد به فرضیة هالة آلودگی، شرکتهای چندملیتی میتوانند فناوریهای سبز و بهترین شیوهها را به کشورهای میزبان منتقل کنند و بهطور بالقوه جنبههای محیطزیستی را بهتر کنند. بااینحال، این تأثیر در این مطالعه دیده نشده است. بهطور کلی، این پژوهش در جهت تقویت متون اندک دربارة ارزیابی کمّی تأثیر سطح کلان شرکتهای چندملیتی بر توسعة پایدار و اقدامهای اقلیتی انجام شده است و تنش بین مشارکتهای اقتصادی و مسئولیتهای محیطزیستی را برجسته میکند
TEORIAS DO CURRÍCULO E PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA: MAPEAMENTO CONCEITUAL A PARTIR DA BIBLIOMETRIA
RESUMO: O presente artigo apresenta os resultados de um mapeamento de pesquisas acadêmicas que versam sobre o currículo e suas conceitualizações teóricas, buscando identificar de que maneira a integração curricular emerge dessas discussões. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de cunho descritivo, em que foram realizadas análises bibliométricas por meio do pacote Bibliometrix do software R, extraídos da base de dados da Web of Science, no período de 2002 a 2022. Para a realização do presente estudo, foram tratadas as seguintes informações: redes de cocitações, autores mais relevantes, rede de coocorrência, evolução das publicações, mapa temático e evolução temática. Com base nas análises dessas informações, foi possível mapear os principais eixos de discussões e redes de autoria, a fim de descrever e discutir sobre as principais concepções abordadas. O estudo permitiu verificar que as discussões teóricas acerca do currículo, especialmente àquelas em que os autores tratam da sua importância como agente potencializador de uma formação crítica e emancipatória dos sujeitos, dialogam com os princípios da integração curricular. Contudo, verificou-se um número reduzido de produções que tratavam exclusivamente da temática. Esse indicador pode ser evidenciado por meio da análise do mapa temático, em que as produções relacionadas à integração curricular são tratadas de forma periférica em relação ao campo teórico do currículo. Os estudos também apontaram que as produções relativas às teorias do currículo são emergentes e possuem estreita ligação com temas relacionados ao conhecimento e às políticas de currículo, embora ainda se apresentam bastante tímidas e carecem de ser melhor exploradas, considerando sua relevância no campo educacional
همکاری راهبردی چین و اعراب در تقویت نوسازی کشورهای عربی
همین اواخر، تمرکز کشورهای عربی بهسمت شرق، به همکاری راهبردی مهمی با چین انجامید. برخلاف ابتکارهای قبلی که کشورهای عربی بهدنبال کاهش آثار وابستگی اقتصادی بودند، غرب بهتازگی بهدنبال اثرگذاری بر فضای سیاسی در کشورهای عربی است. چین در جایگاه کشوری تجدیدنظرطلب، هدف روایت توسعة غرب بوده است. سلطة غرب بهدنبال کنترل نفوذ اقتصادی و سیاسی در جهان عرب، از طریق ابزارهایی با بار سیاسی بالاست؛ لذا، این ظرفیت را داراست که طرحهای ابتکاری چین را تقلیل دهد. چین، در ابتکار کمربند و راه (BRI)، از طریق چارچوبهای حاکمیت مشارکتی در بخشهای انرژی، فناوری و زیرساخت، بهدنبال ایجاد مسیرهای سیاسی برای همکاری بوده و از ادغام اقتصادی صرف فراتر رفته است. این همکاری علاوهبر ایجاد محیط سیاسی پایدار و امن در جهت پیشرفت صنعت، تابآوری اقتصادی را نیز تقویت میکند. ظرفیت این مشارکت برای مطالعة موردی توسعة پایدار در کشورهای جنوب جهان، علاوهبر مدلها عملی مبتنیبر واقعیتهای عربی، بسیار عمیق است. این تحقیق کیفی، با استفاده از استدلال استقرایی و با تمرکز بر سه مضمون اصلی انجام شد: تنوع اقتصادی، مدیریت امنیت و همسویی راهبردی
Teaching web design in secondary schools through HTML and CSS: A systematic synthesis of research evidence and pedagogical implications
Web design education using HTML and CSS represents a critical component of digital literacy in secondary schools, yet empirical research on effective pedagogical approaches remains remarkably limited. This systematic review synthesizes evidence from eight rigorous studies conducted between 2007 and 2023, examining instructional methods, learning outcomes, and implementation challenges. Through comprehensive quality assessment using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool and calculation of effect sizes where data permitted, we identify moderate to large positive effects for innovative pedagogical approaches, particularly gamification (d = 0.58) and mobile-supported learning (d = 0.70). Our thematic synthesis reveals that successful web design instruction requires careful orchestration of technological tools, pedagogical strategies, and motivational elements while managing cognitive load and infrastructure constraints. The geographic concentration of research in Indonesia and the United States, combined with the scarcity of rigorous studies, highlights significant gaps in the global research landscape. We present an evidence-based framework that translates these findings into practical guidelines for educators, addressing persistent challenges including syntax comprehension difficulties, student engagement, and teacher preparation needs. The limited research corpus paradoxically strengthens our analysis by enabling comprehensive examination of all existing rigorous evidence, establishing a critical baseline for future investigation as web technologies become increasingly central to educational and vocational preparation
Information and communication technology initiatives and digital education: a case study of Tanzania's policies and strategies
The global education system has evolved in a digital society. This study analyses Tanzania's policy and strategic frameworks for integrating digital technologies into the education system to promote digital education. The study was a narrative qualitative research approach. It involved Tanzania as a case study. The findings indicated that the policy and strategic frameworks promoted the integration of technologies in education. The findings also indicated that nationwide technology initiatives promoted digital education by expanding technology facilities and infrastructure, building teachers' capacity, developing digital pedagogical content, and using emerging technologies. The findings further indicated the presence of strengths that promote digital education and challenges that impede it. The study also revealed that the Tanzanian government has committed to addressing present and future digital education challenges. These strategic commitments form the backbone for a comprehensive and sustainable digital education
The Structural Organization of the Event Space of the Time Perspective of the Personality of the Combatants
The work is aimed at studying the structural organization of the event space of the time perspective of the personality of the combatants. The materials of an empirical study obtained on a sample of male combatants with manifestations of post-traumatic stress disorder are presented. The study involved respondents aged 20-53 years (32.5±8.94 years). The criteria for inclusion in the research group were the presence of mine-explosive and gunshot injuries, as well as normative cognitive status (29-30 points on the MMSE scale). The study was carried out using the following methods: the Mississippi scale for assessing post-traumatic reactions (military version), the method of event-based reconstruction of a person’s temporal perspective (Nikishina V.B., Petrash E.A.), the hospital scale of anxiety and depression (HADS), the method of detecting suicidal tendencies (CP-45) by P.I. Yunatskevich. As a result of the study of the structural organization of the event space of participants in hostilities with a high level of severity of manifestations of PTSD, a significant narrowing of the size of the present and future, the size of the event space as a whole, the disintegration of the event space of the present and future, as well as a decrease in the chronological length of the time perspective of the individual was revealed.</p
The Connection Between Emotional Intelligence, the Level of Loneliness and Characteristics of Attitudes towards Parents in Adolescence
This article examines the connections between emotional intelligence, the level of loneliness and the characteristics of adolescents’ relationships with their parents. Adolescence is characterized by significant emotional changes that affect adolescents’ social relationships and self-esteem. The study is based on theoretical concepts of emotional intelligence, the phenomenon of loneliness and child-parent relationships, developed by both domestic and foreign psychologists. In the empirical part of the work, methods of psychodiagnostic research and correlation analysis were used to identify relationships between the parameters under study. The study involved 76 people aged 12 to 16 years. The results show that high levels of emotional intelligence in adolescents are associated with low levels of loneliness and positive relationships with parents. There is also a positive correlation between subjective feelings of loneliness and the hostility of both parents, and a negative correlation between subjective feelings of loneliness in adolescence and parents’ positive interest in their children.</p
Review of Foreign Studies of the Mechanisms of Mental Adaptation in Mentally Healthy People
The article presents an overview of modern foreign studies devoted to the study of adaptation mechanisms of mentally healthy people. The authors examine the relationship between mental health and physical illness, the role of social support in adaptation to stress and its impact on psychological well-being, as well as the impact of stressors on emotional regulation. A separate block of studies is devoted to the study of post-traumatic stress disorder as a manifestation of maladjustment in high-risk and life-threatening situations. It is shown that studies of the mechanisms of mental adaptation are necessary for the development of effective strategies for maintaining emotional stability and psychological well-being. The present study provides an idea of the vectors of foreign empirical studies over the past 7 years, the degree of development of the problem of adaptation mechanisms and coping with stress in high-risk and life-threatening situations.</p
Prenatal Zika virus exposure disrupts social-emotional development and cortical visual function in infant macaques
Abstract Prenatal Zika virus (ZIKV) exposure can result in outcomes ranging from severe birth defects to subtle developmental delays, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. Using a translational rhesus macaque model, we assess visual, auditory, and neurodevelopmental outcomes through 12 months of age following first-trimester ZIKV inoculation. Pregnant macaques, either flavivirus-naive or with prior dengue virus (DENV) exposure, are inoculated with Asian or African ZIKV lineages. Maternal viremia duration, placental viral burden, and neutralizing antibody titers vary but are not associated with developmental outcomes. At 12 months, ZIKV-exposed infants exhibit altered maternal attachment behaviors and reduced inhibition toward novel sensory stimuli. Visual evoked potentials are impaired at 3 months but normalize by 12 months; hearing loss is more frequent but not statistically significant. These outcomes are driven by ZIKV exposure itself, independent of maternal infection characteristics. Our findings highlight the limitations of maternal biomarkers in risk prediction and support incorporating infant-focused developmental outcomes in studies of maternal interventions
