    This paper aims to examine the mentoring model in an effort to Break the Substance Chain Designer from the Perspective of Social Interpretation Peter L Berger. The study of efforts to break the chain of designer substances tries to approach phenomenology and social construction in Peter L Berger's theory of former drug addicts in Haurpanggung Village, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. This analysis is based on qualitative data analysis, namely data that is sourced from words and actions. The research strategy used is a narrative strategy, using in-depth interviews with research subjects (respondents). As for the findings in the field that 8 out of 10 drug addicts who have been rehabilitated return to addicts with a new type of drug, namely designer substances, meaning that 80% fail after rehabilitation. However, through an empathic mentoring approach based on communication and geographic mutation, this can be continued continuously and produce total success

    The Shahih Sirah Nabawiyyah by Akram Dhiya al‘Umari is one of the contemporary books of sirah. This research aims to find out the methods of selecting hadiths in sirah nabawiyyah according to Akram Dhiya al-‘Umari. The research is based on the accepted principle of hadith studies that hadith used as hujjah is authentic (shahih) hadiths. If there is no authentic hadith, weak (dhaif) hadiths can be used as long as it is not related to the issues of beliefs (aqeedah) and law. This research concludes that the hadith selection method in sirah nabawiyyah used by Akram Dhiya al-‘Umari is the method of hadith scholars which is flexible in treating the weak hadiths. In sirah nabawiyyah, al-’Umari still prioritizes the authentic hadith as the main source. If the authentic hadith about an issue is not found, the weak hadith can be used. However, it shall be noted that the hadith should not be related to the issues of beliefs (aqeedah) and law

    This article discusses the land registration as a legal construction of law in order to facing Asean economic communities The problems in this study are: (1) What is the Government's policy in solving the problem of land registration in Indonesia so that it can provide certainty for the business world in increasing domestic investment in welcoming the ASEAN Economic Community? (2) How is the implementation of state policies in land registration to provide an investment climate with legal certainty related to land issues? This research uses a normative juridical approach, by analyzing and interpreting theoretical matters concerning principles, conceptions, theories and legal norms relating to land registration. The results of the study show that the government needs to create legal certainty regarding land issues so that it can provide investment excitement for the business world in increasing domestic investment in the atmosphere of the ASEAN Economic Community. The guarantee of legal certainty to be realized in this land registration includes certainty of the status of land rights, certainty of legal subjects, and certainty of legal objects

    Tax Service Office (KPP) of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) work unit that provides taxation services to the public, whether registered as Taxpayers (WP) or not, within the scope of the Directorate General of Taxes working area. The problem of this research is whether work stress, work conflict, and work environment affect the morale of employees of the Pratama Binjai Tax Office (KPP). The data collection technique in this study was carried out with a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to 53 respondents, from the results of the Fcount value of 4489.184 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 4489.184> Ftable 2.79 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.00 <0.05, the regression model can be said that work stress, work conflict, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on morale. work. Partial test (t-test) shows that: for the variable work stress, the value of tcount is 4.465 <ttable 1.676 with a significant value of 0.029> 0.05, meaning that partially, the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on morale. Work conflict variable value tcount 18.576> ttable 1.676 with a significant 0.000 <0.050, meaning that partially the work conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on morale. Work Environment Variable tcount 19.648> ttable 1.676 with a significant 0.001 <0.050, meaning that partially the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on morale. The determination test is the adjusted R square of 0.996, this means that 99.6% of the variation in morale can be explained by the independent variables of work stress, work conflict, and work environment while the rest (100% - 99.6% = 0.4%) can be explained by other independent variables which not included in this stud

    This study is aimed at aims knowing the education and health quality of children of TKW families in Sindanglaka Village, Karangtengah District of Cianjur Regency and Juntinyuat Village, Juntinyuat District of Indramayu Regency. By using survey data of 56 and 48 households in Cianjur and Indramayu Regencies respectively, data is processed using the probit model. The variables used in this research are children academic reports, frequency of children suffering from illness, education expenditure, health expenditures, children ages, education levels of heads of households, children dependence, and family responsibilities. The results show that education expenditure, children ages, and education levels of heads of households have a significant effect on children education, while children health is influenced by the ages of children and family responsibility

    The Analysis of Obligation Disputes on Returned Partnership Funds in Religious High Court of Medan

    This research is motivated by the partnership dispute on financing contract between PT. Bank Sumut Syariah;Branch Padang sidimpuan and Rip. Ongku Sutan Harahap. its dispute was occurred after the customer death,and so on causing the termination of the financing installment, because the financing is not covered by the insurance, so the bank asks the heir to be responsible for completing the remaining installment of the financing. The settlement of the dispute is settled through a litigation under the agreement of both parties to the dispute. The results of this study obtained that, PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Branch of Padangsidimpuan has neglected to apply the principle of prudence in the musyarakah (partnership) financing contract, namely disbursing financing funds without first being insured. Therefore, the Panel of Judges of  Medan Religious Court granted the heirs' petition. But the decision was canceled by the Medan High Religious Court, because the Panel of Judges found a formal defect in the form of obscuur libel, error in persona, disqualification in person. The formal defect resulted in the lawsuit not being accepted or N.O. (Niet Ontvankelijk verklaard). With the verdict N.O (Niet Ontvankelijk verklaard), the case becomes the quo status, it means back to its original state. Thus, the partnership (musyarakah) financing contract will remain valid and binding on both parties, their rights and obligations must be implemented in accordance with the contract

    This paper deliberates with the concept of freedom in the Holy Quran by analyzing the concept and highlighting its theoretical and applied features. This paper is divided into an introduction and three sections: The first part deals with the principle of freedom and its status in the Qur’an, it was found that freedom is a human nature and its codification and being under human responsibility had begun since man was selected as a vicegerent (Khalifah) in the earth. The second part deals with the freedom in its practical aspect by explaining some Quranic stories, which is considered good practical examples for freedom especially in its intellectual facet. It also explains the influence of Quranic meaning of freedom on the attitude of people and the role that it can play in the civilizational progress. The third part summaries of the paper: Freedom as comprehensive concept is a Quranic objective. Freedom is a prerequisite for man to carry his duty as the boss of Universe (Khalifah). Freedom is a requirement for any social contract and for any civilizational progression. The methodology used in this paper is the methodology of analysis and synthesis

    MurÄbaḥa financing is a type of financing that dominates the financing contract on Islamic banking in Indonesia. This shows that financing on the basis of sale (murÄbaḥa) has a greater contribution than the financing of the basis for the profit and loss sharing (muá¸Äraba and muá¹£Äraka). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the financing of murÄbaḥa in the Islamic Commercial Banking in Indonesia by using variables Third Party Fund (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this study is the performance of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the period of January 2014 to June 2016. The data used in this research is secondary data and sample selection by using purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis at significantly the rate of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the variable DPK, CAR, FDR, NPF, and ROA simultaneously have an influence on MurÄbaḥa. Coefficient determination test results show that the five independent variables affect the dependent variable amounted to 87.6% and the remaining 12.4% is influenced by other variables. Partially DPK, CAR, FDR, and ROA have a positive and significant effect on the financing MurÄbaḥa. While the NPF has no influence on MurÄbaḥa financing
