    This research aims to analyze and expose how the position of the College of law in Agency-owned Country laws and regulations in these rights are examined from the legislation of the national education system. It also seeks to analyze and expose the juridical effects of the verdict of the Constitutional Court No. 11-14-21-126-136/PUU-VII/2009 against Universities State-owned legal entity. Establishment of universities in the form of a State-owned legal entity is as an attempt to provide unhampered to College for more independent in managing the activities of the Organization of the education in the institution. Lightness of being given to the College would not escape from the framework of the national education system. In order to realize the independence of such an ACT, namely Act No. BHP 9 2003. In the Act that the units are arranged in the shape of Education Education legal entity. The application of the concept of legal entities give rise to various kinds of Education turns pro cons. The concept of a legal entity described as if the Government let go of responsibility in the field of education. The concept of legal entities concerned about making education unit became a non-profit institution. In the end the Constitutional Court decided BHP LAW has no legal binding force. The position of the BHMN if examined through the Sisdiknas Article 53 is a body of legal education. Because it is considered as one legal entity, then the PTN BHMN as supporters of rights and obligations. The concept of PTN BHMN as one legal entity principled profit.     Perkawinan bagi orang Bali-Hindu yang hidup dalam masyarakat hukum adat di Bali (dikenal dengan “desa adat†atau “desa pakramanâ€), relatif berbeda dengan perkawinan bagi masyarakat yang lainnya. Perbedaan ini terjadi sebagai konsekuensi sistem kekerabatan patrilenial atau purusadan kapurusa yang dianut. Sistem ini membawa konsekuensi adanya dua bentuk perkawinan, yaitu: (1) Perkawinan biasa (pihak wanita meninggalkan keluarganya dan masuk menjadi anggota keluarga suaminya); (2) Perkawinan nyentana atau nyeburin (pihak laki-laki yang meninggalkan keluarganya dan masuk menjadi anggota keluarga istrinya). Apabila calon pengantin tidak mungkin memilih bentuk perkawinan biasa dan bentuk perkawinan nyentana, maka akan dipilih bentuk perkawinan pada gelahang. Bentuk perkawinan ini masih menjadi pro dan kontra dalam masyarakat adat di Bali. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan kalian pada perkawinan Gelahang Masyarakat Hukum Adat di Provinsi Bali, Ditinjau dari Undang-Undang  No. 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan.Kata kunci: Masyarakat Adat, Sistem Kekeluargaan, Perkawinan Pada Gelahang

    Kementerian Perhubungan mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan di bidang perhubungan dalam pemerintahan untuk membantu Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan negara yang diatur lebih detail pada Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor : KM 60 Tahun 2010 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Perhubungan. Sedangkan  Transportasi Udara di Indonesia ditangani oleh Kementerian Perhubungan khususnya Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 47 Tahun 2009 tentang Pembentukan dan Organisasi Kementerian Negara, Kementerian Pehubungan adalah salah satu kementerian yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden yang mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan urusan tertentu dalam pemerintahan untuk membantu Presiden dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan negara. Kewenangan Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara yaitu menjalankan dan melakukan pengawasan untuk menjamin keselamatan, keamanan, dan pelayanan penerbangan. Pengawasan meliputi kegiatan pengawasan pembangunan dan pengoperasian agar sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan termasuk melakukan tindakan korektif dan penegakan hukum. Pembinaan Penerbangan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dan diarahkan untuk memperlancar arus perpindahan orang dan/atau barang secara massal melalui angkutan udara dengan selamat, aman, cepat, lancar, tertib dan teratur, nyaman, dan berdaya guna. Pembinaan dilakukan secara terkoordinasi dan didukung oleh instansi terkait yang bertanggung jawab di bidang industri pesawat udara, lingkungan hidup, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta keuangan dan perbankan sebagaimana Pasal 10 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2009.Kata kunci : Kewenangan, Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udar

    Technology improvements and globalization invokes people’s realization about their rights as patients in a hospital.  They begin to demand getting those rights and when unsatisfied,   they may sue their doctors and the hospital. These litigation cases will, in the end, increase doctor’s and hospital’s risks. Increased risk means increased cost. It is mentioned in the forty sixth clause of the Hospital Law (Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit) that the hospital bears the responsibility of the mistakes done by it’s health workers. This clause seems unfair in taking the side of erroneous health workers, including doctors, and may result in the decrease of doctor’s feeling of responsibility in their patients. Being a corporation, a hospital can not being punished and so the responsibility falls on it’s owner and management. This can be seen as a violation of the human rights law against the hospital owner and management. The yudicial implications of a doctor’s mistakes in the process of taking care of their patients must be seen from the ethical and the law aspect. Seen from the ethical aspect, a doctor has to fulfill many requirements as a doctor. Seen from the law aspect, a doctor’s mistakes has to fulfill the criminal law, the civil law, and the administrative law. Doctor-patient relationships are usually inspanningsverbintenis (expedient relationship). In order to be able to sue their doctor, a patient has to provide provable evidence about the presence of mistakes or negligences made by the doctor, not just the absence of cure. Doctor-patient-hospital relationship is a tripartit relationship based on agreements between the three parties. Each party is entitled to his rights and obligations. A harmonious relationship and good communication between hospital, doctor and patient plays an important role in the prevention of medical litigations againts doctors and hospitals. Practicing dokctors have to realize that they better apply good responsibility by obeying the rules stated in the professional ethics and the law, always strive to increase their service, and master the art of good communication. Hospitals need to apply optimal service as required by the law by applying programs such hospital accreditation and patient safety programs. Medical committee need to be empowered to carry out is’s tasks, especially in credentialing, recredentialing, medical audit, and enforcing medical professional discipline and good clinical governance

But in giving their credit some times credit given by the debtor not back on time. This condition called credit problem. That credit problem annoyed bank performance, therefore credit problem should be solved by both litigation or non litigation line. PT. Bank International IndonesiaSurabaya Branch Office as research located of this tesis to choose credit problem by non litigation line. This research uses a normative juridical approach method, which is a research that uses the legal norms which are explained to those ways of researching and discussing the legal regulations in effect at this time.     Alternative Dispute Resolution is a method that has many  advantages  compared  with setlement through the judiciary.
