    Clustering Analysis of Admission of New Students Using K-Means Clustering and K-Medoids Algorithms to Increase Campus Marketing Potential

    Acceptance of new students is a very important activity for a high school or university. The admissions data has not been utilized by the campus in making strategic decisions, marketing potential, and considering invitations through academic admissions. So, to assist in processing the new student admissions data, in this study the design and analysis of new student admissions data was carried out using stages in data mining. The clustering method approach can be applied in analyzing the potential level of PMB quality produced by utilizing the PMB recording dataset for the 2023 period. 86 data records. The K-Means and K-Medoids algorithm models that are applied have results that show a new insight, namely grouping based on 2 clusters, cluster 1 (C0) is a pass category while cluster 2 (C1) has not been determined. The results of the K-Medoids algorithm which has cluster 1 (C0) 60 results, cluster 2 (C1) has 26 results is a potential pass of 60 and has not yet been determined 26 of the data tested 86 while the results of the K-Means cluster 1 algorithm (C0) 40 , cluster 2 ( C1 ) 46 is a potential pass consisting of 40 and 46 undetermined data from the 86 datasets tested. Testing using the RapidMiner Studio application can also produce similar insights, namely each cluster has Davies Bouldin Index or DBI results from each K-Means and K-Medoids algorithm. K-Means has a Davies Bouldin Index result of -0.533 while K-Medoids has a Davies Bouldin Index result of -0.877Penerimaan siswa baru merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting bagi sebuah sekolah menengah atau universitas. Data penerimaan belum dimanfaatkan kampus dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, potensi pemasaran, dan pertimbangan undangan melalui jalur penerimaan akademik. Maka, untuk membantu dalam pengolahan data penerimaan siswa baru, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan analisis data penerimaan siswa baru dengan menggunakan tahapan dalam data mining. Pendekatan metode clustering dapat diterapkan dalam menganalisis potensi tingkat kualitas PMB yang dihasilkan dengan memanfaatkan dataset rekaman PMB periode 2023. 86 rekaman data. Model algoritma K-Means dan K-Medoids yang diterapkan memiliki hasil yang menunjukkan wawasan baru yaitu pengelompokan berdasarkan 2 cluster, cluster 1 (C0) merupakan kategori lolos sedangkan cluster 2 (C1) belum ditentukan. Hasil algoritma K-Medoids yang cluster 1 (C0) hasil 60, cluster 2 (C1) 26 hasil merupakan potensi lolos 60 dan belum ditentukan 26 data yang diuji 86 sedangkan hasil K -Berarti algoritma cluster 1 (C0) 40 , cluster 2 ( C1 ) 46 merupakan pass potensial yang terdiri dari 40 dan 46 data yang belum ditentukan dari 86 dataset yang diuji. Pengujian menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner Studio juga dapat menghasilkan insight serupa yaitu setiap cluster memiliki hasil Davies Bouldin Index atau DBI dari masing-masing algoritma K-Means dan K-Medoids. K-Means memiliki hasil Davies Bouldin Index sebesar -0,533 sedangkan K-Medoids memiliki hasil Davies Bouldin Index sebesar -0,87

    Application Integration for Sustainability Smart Tourism Model in Indonesia

    The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic over the past few years has made the tourism world slump, and Indonesia is no exception. However, this creates a potential use of IT not only for managing tourism activities but also for managing risks and conflicts that arise due to pandemics or others. The existence of various integrated managements on the economic, socio-cultural, and ecological dimensions can create tourism sustainability that is supported by technological advances. The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive and integrated model of sustainable tourism activities supported by the use of IS/IT infrastructure. The methods used in the formation of this model are Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) and smart thinking. From ISM, four key components are produced, namely innovation, local wisdom, local residents resources, and revitalization of tourist destinations due to disasters.     Performance Analysis of Classification and Regression Tree (CART) Algorithm in Classifying Male Fertility Levels with Mobile-Based

    Fertility is the ability to produce offspring in a man or the ability of the reproductive organs to work optimally in fertilization. Fertility rates have declined drastically in the last fifty years. Machine Learning is a field devoted to understanding and building learning methods. This study will use machine learning algorithms to classify male fertility levels, namely the Classification and Regression Tree (CART) algorithm and the K-Fold Cross Validation validation method. The fertility dataset used in this study was obtained from the UCI Machine Learning website, with a total of 100 data and the variables used are Age, Childish diseases, Accident or serious trauma, Surgical intervention, High fevers in the last year, Frequency of alcohol consumption, Smoking habit, Number of hours spent sitting per day and Diagnosis. K-Fold Cross Validation can be used together with CART to measure the performance of the CART model on different data, so as to avoid overfitting or underfitting the CART model. Based on the calculation of the CART algorithm and the K-Fold Cross Validation validation method (K = 1 to K = 9), the average accuracy value for training data is 98.70% and the average accuracy value for testing data is 81.16%. The results of this study have proven that the CART algorithm can be used to classify the level of fertility in men well. In addition, the classification model formed can be implemented into a mobile application (android) so that it is easy to use and understand.Fertility merupakan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan keturunan pada seorang laki-laki atau kemampuan alat reproduksi untuk bekerja secara optimal dalam melakukan pembuahan. Angka fertility telah menurun secara drastis dalam lima puluh tahun terakhir. Machine Learning merupakan bidang yang dikhususkan untuk memahami dan membangun metode pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan algoritma machine learning untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat kesuburan pria yaitu algoritma Classification and Regression Tree (CART) dan metode validasi K-Fold Cross Validation. Adapun dataset fertility yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari situs UCI Machine Learning, dengan jumlah data sebanyak 100 dan variabel yang digunakan yaitu Age, Childish diseases, Accident or serious trauma, Surgical intervention, High fevers in the last year, Frequency of alcohol consumption, Smoking habit, Number of hours spent sitting per day dan Diagnosis. K-Fold Cross Validation dapat digunakan bersama dengan CART untuk mengukur performa model CART pada data yang berbeda-beda, sehingga dapat menghindari overfitting atau underfitting pada model CART. Berdasarkan perhitungan algoritma CART  dan metode validasi K-Fold Cross Validation (K=1 sampai dengan K=9) diperoleh nilai rerata akurasi untuk data training sebesar 98,70% dan rerata akurasi untuk data testing diperoleh nilai rata-rata akurasi sebesar 81,16%. Hasil penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa algoritma CART dapat digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan tingkat kesuburan pada pria dengan baik. Selain itu, model klasifikasi yang terbentuk dapat diimplementasikan ke dalam sebuah aplikasi mobile (android) sehingga mudah untuk digunakan dan dipahami

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play an important role in the development of a village and as a forum for encouraging community economic growth. Utilization of information technology is needed so that transaction recording is carried out quickly and produces accurate reports so that the management of BUMDes is better. This study uses a prototyping development method to help BUMDes Mukti Bersama management understand the system needed. This is no exception also affects business entities in the tourism sector. Travel restrictions during this pandemic have an impact on the sales of conventional travel agents. However, that doesn’t mean that conventional travel agents just disappear. Several travel agents can still exist, one of them is Bella Hamed Tour, which is a travel agent for Umrah. The qualified service they have all this time has made Bella Hamed Tour earn the trust of consumers, even in the midst of pandemic. However, the pandemic situation also makes Bella Hamed Tour need to make adjustments in making Umrah packages that required to be planned through consideration of the best decisions. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist the management of Bella Hamed Tour quickly arrange the Umrah package. The method applied in the decision support system is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting the criteria and Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) for ranking the results of the decision selection.     Comparison of Seven Machine Learning Algorithms in the Classification of Public Opinion

    Sentiment analysis is one way that is widely used to identify the beginning of public opinion in various fields of life which are associated with very massive and a lot of information through social media. This study aims to compare several algorithms in machine learning to see the best ability in sentiment classification. The research dataset uses a dataset of public opinion related to tourism in Indonesia. The number of datasets used is 10,228 twitter data that have been cleaned and labelled. The machine learning algorithm used is Logistic Regression, KNN, AdaBoost, Decision Tree, SVM, Random Forest and Gaussian. The seven algorithms for sentiment classification from the Twitter public opinion each produce a Gaussian accuracy of 0.52; SVM 0.78; KNN 0.98; Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Decision Tree, AdaBoost of 0.99. Because the problems that occur when objectively granting scholarships may not be in accordance with the target of the scholarship award. Scholarships must also be given according to the right criteria so that the scholarship grants get maximum results for the administrators and scholarship recipients. The research was conducted using the Profile Matching method with Interpolation at the Indonesian Christian Church Pos Cikoleang, it will require decision makers to determine the weight value for each criterion.     The process of filing a letter is usually done by recording it in an archive book, then the letter is stored in a place or filing cabinet that has been provided. This is considered not optimal, in providing correspondence services that are needed by the community. Due to the limited staff working in the village office, the process takes a long time. This research discussed how to create and design digital archive applications and correspondence starting from data collection methods (interviews, observations and documentation) using extreme programming development methods, system design using UML with Use case Diagram design model, and CRC Card. TRITAM model test results that have been conducted involving 16 respondents showed results of 82.56% with good criteria. From the results of these tests showed good results for prototype users for the mail filing system.Proses pengarsipan surat biasanya dilakukan dengan cara mencatatnya dalam buku arsip, kemudian surat tersebut disimpan di tempat atau lemari arsip yang telah disediakan. Hal ini dinilai belum optimal, dalam memberikan layanan surat menyurat yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat. Karena keterbatasan staf yang bekerja di kantor desa, prosesnya memakan waktu lama. Penelitian ini membahas tentang cara membuat dan merancang aplikasi arsip digital dan surat menyurat mulai dari metode pengumpulan data (wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi) menggunakan metode pengembangan extreme programming, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML dengan model perancangan Use case Diagram, dan CRC Card. Hasil pengujian model TRITAM yang telah dilakukan dengan melibatkan 16 responden menunjukkan hasil sebesar 82,56% dengan kriteria baik.
