    Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan Desa Padusan Sebagai Kawasan Wisata Alam Unggulan Kabupaten Mojokerto

    Wisata alam merupakan salah satu sektor yang berdampak pada peningkatan perekonomian dan setiap tahunnya terus dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan daya tarik keindahan dan sumber daya alam. Salah satu lokasi yang memiliki daya tarik menjadi wisata alam di Kabupaten Mojokerto yakni pada kawasan wisata alam Desa Padusan karena memiliki keunikan tersendiri dari wisata lainnya di Kabupaten Mojokerto atau di daerah lain. Namun hal tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan perencanaan pengembangan yang baik sehingga perlunya penentuan prioritas pengembangan agar perencanaan pengembangan kawasan wisata yang dilakukan pemerintah Kabupaten Mojokerto dapat memberikan dampak maksimal. Beberapa permasalahan yang terdapat di kawasan wisata alam Desa Padusan diantaranya adalah tidak terdapat penambahan daya tarik baru serta pengembangan dan perawatan wisata masih dinilai kurang. Dilakukannya penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar mengetahui kondisi eksisting dari kawasan wisata alam Desa Padusan berdasarkan komponen 5A (attraction, accessibility, ancillary service, amenities, dan activities) serta mengetahui persepsi pengunjung mengenai tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan pengembangan di kawasan wisata alam Desa Padusan yang dapat digunakan untuk penentuan prioritas pengembangan. Terdapat dua metode analisis yaitu analisis deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran umum serta menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan tujuan mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan kepuasan dari setiap variabel yang diuji. Penelitian ini melibatkan peran serta dari pengunjung yang berjumlah 68 orang untuk memberikan penilaian mengenai tingkat kepuasan dan kepentingan pada 32 variabel yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian terdapat 5 prioritas pengembangan yaitu yang terdapat di kuadran I analisis IPA, prioritas pengembangan tersebut meliputi tempat duduk, toilet/MCK, pos kesehatan, penanda dan penunjuk arah, serta ketanggapan pengelola. Prioritas pengembangan yang didapatkan menjadi fokus utama pengoptimalan pengembangan kawasan wisata alam Desa Padusan

    General elections in Indonesia are a means of people's sovereignty for the election of president and vice president as well as legislative officials which are carried out directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly, and fairly every 5 years. One indicator of election success is the level of public participation. In every general election, there must be white groups or called abstainers who consciously do not exercise their right to vote for their own reasons. This group of abstainers can influence other people not to exercise their right to vote. In this paper, we discussed about the mathematical model of the level of public political participation in general elections. In this mathematical model, the abstainer-free equilibrium point, the abstainer equilibrium point, and the basic reproduction number will be determined. The analysis shows that for Ro<1, free abstainer equilibrium point is asymptotically stable and for R0>1, the abstainer equilibrium point is exists and asymptotically stable. Finally, a numerical simulation will be carried out to verify the results of the theoretical analysis. The numerical simulation shows that the condition of the abstainer-free population can be achieved but it takes a very long time

    Post-Pandemic Risk Assessment and Safety Management at Academic Institution Environment

    The World Health Organization (WHO), on March 11, 2020, declared the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak a global pandemic. Safety, people protection, equipment and environmental protection are serious concerns anywhere, including in an institution or university environment. In the meantime, the number of accidents has increased in academic institutions nationwide. Students, staff, lecturers, and academic personnel are involved in activities that expose them to minor to major fatal accidents. This study developed risk assessment using combinations of hazards and risk factors to scale measures in a risk reduction action plan. Health, safety and environment risk assessment conducted for 27 assessed hazardous activities at 18 locations divided into three areas: laboratories, public facilities, and offices at the Department Ocean Engineering Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. The frequency and severity of health hazards were higher in accumulation number, which is 790, compared to safety hazards, which score 509, and environmental hazards, with 104. The highest number for accumulation of potential hazards in health, safety, and environment for laboratories area is 883, followed by accumulation of potential hazard at health, safety, and environment for office area and public facilities area with scores 239 and 281

    NUMERICAL STUDY OF USING MULTI-DIRECTION ANGLE WIRE MESH AS A CONFINEMENT SYSTEM FOR CONFINED MASONRY UNDER HORIZONTAL CYCLIC LOADS

    Indonesia was located in a seismically active region and was situated between three tectonic plates. The construction resilience that met the requirements was necessary in earthquake-prone areas. The purpose was to protect and reduce the risk of severe damage caused by significant seismic loads. However, more than 70% of buildings in developing countries like Indonesia utilized the Confined Masonry (CM) structural system. The implementation of CM systems in Indonesia often led to fatal damages during earthquakes. Due to the severity of these damages, the addition of reinforcement systems to CM became one of the options to address the shortcomings of the CM system. There were various types of materials that could be used as reinforcement, such as steel cages, polymers, polypropylene bands, bamboo meshes, and plastic materials. This study investigated the utilization of ferrocement layers as reinforcement material for CM structural system panels. The specimen panels used had a width of 2300 mm and a height of 1370 mm. The specimens in the research were numerically modeled using the ABAQUS/explicit program. The research variation focused on the influence of the wiremesh sheet orientation angle. The number of variations for the ferrocement layer was one layer with angle configurations of 0, 45, and 60 degrees. This reinforcement layer was applied to one side of the CM panel. As a comparison, results from the control specimen were included. The hysteresis curve, energy dissipation, stiffness degradation, and damage patterns were evaluated in this research

    Marine Ecotourism Development Strategy Based on Creative Local Potential in Binasi Beach

    As a popular tourist attraction, the Binasi Beach ecotourism area is always busy receiving visits from domestic and foreign tourists when the holiday season arrives. However, the management of ecotourism objects is not optimal, sometimes this makes ecotourism not much visited on weekdays or on weekends. This has an impact on ecotourism activities that are not really felt by local people who depend on these ecotourism activities. The research was carried out from June to August 2023. The research used an exploratory qualitative approach. The data used uses primary data obtained through interviews with various elements and measurements of water quality and water ecology. Meanwhile, secondary data was collected from various related document sources. Data analysis was carried out using Willingness to Pay (WTP), Willingness to Accept (WTA), economic potential analysis, SWOT analysis, Reliability test and Validity test. The results of the study indicate that the development strategy can be pursued by adding supporting facilities such as providing information boards for tourists regarding directions, location of supporting facilities and the furthest water point that is safe for swimming. The addition of environmentally friendly play facilities is also highly anticipated by tourists. Creative local economic products that can be developed are Kepek Gadapang and Turtle Themed Crafts. Furthermore, the government can issue policies to provide routine guidance and access to capital for businesses run by local communities.

    Road repair can be done by maintenance, Rehabilitation and Road Reconstruction. Road reconstruction can be done by replacing the base course layer. One of the materials to choose from is cement treated base (CTB). The implementation of road reconstruction resulted in traffic jams. Congestion occurs due to decreased road performance resulting in long queues, delays and additional vehicle operational costs. This will cause harm to road users. The method for calculating road user losses due to congestion during road repairs uses the Tzedakis method. The results of calculating the cost of losses during road repairs on the base course layer with a CTB thickness of 15 cm, a handling width of 3 meters and a handling length of 1000 meters are Rp. 2,905,814,453, -. Meanwhile, with a CTB thickness of 30 cm and a processing time of 24 days, the road congestion loss is Rp. 3,486,977,344,

    Desa Wisata Pasirnanjung, Karedok dan Cibubuan memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan. Namun belum diketahui ketersediaan dan kondisi yang dimiliki. Tingkat kepuasan wisatawan dapat dinilai berdasarkan parameter aksesibilitas dan fasilitas desa wisata yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan wisatawan terhadap ketersediaan dan kondisi aset fisik desa wisata yang terdiri dari aksesibilitas dan fasilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketersediaan aset fisik belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan standar. Meskipun Sebagian indikator sudah sesuai dengan standar, namun masih perlu dilakukan pengembangan pada Desa Wisata Pasirnanjung karena belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Sehingga solusi yang diberikan yaitu perencanaan pengembangan kebutuhan aset fisik Desa Wisata Pasirnanjung untuk pengoptimalan pemanfaatan desa sebagai wisata yang berkelanjutan

Namun sayangnya, dari visi desain yang sudah dikembangkan, terdapat terdapat beberapa penyesuaian pembangunan dengan pertimbangan jumlah sumber daya manusia di bidang inovasi teknologi yang belum siginifikan. Pada penelitian kali ini, para peneliti akan mereview bentuk bangunan yang ada dan bagaimana responnya terhadap produktivitas aktivitas bekerja para pegawai Bandung Techno Park berdasarkan indikator kenyamanan termal. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian review yang dilakukan, akan menjadi potensi pengembangan working space lainnya dengan indikator kenyamanan termal agar mendapat produktivitas yang maksimal
