Smart Urban Farming Based on Internet of Things Using Soil Moisture Control and Application of Liquid Fertilizer to Mustard
Soil conditions significantly impact plant growth. Liquid fertilizer is used to optimize plant growth, and soil moisture is crucial too. Insufficient moisture causes withering, while excess leads to reduced soil oxygen. To monitor soil moisture, researchers developed an IoT-based Smart Urban Farming device using ESP32 microcontroller and 6 soil moisture sensors. The system operates through CNC Milling with X and Z axes movement. ADC pin on ESP32 reads sensor values, controlled and monitored by thinger.io. The device can work automatically or manually. Input and output testing ensures performance assessment. Soil moisture sensor testing yields 2091-3998 bits range, stepper motor testing shows 1.96% highest error, and water pump testing takes 0.05 seconds/milliliter. Mustard plants use a 60% set point for soil moisture, and the pump activates at 55%. The device shows good performance with an error range of 0.03% - 0.08%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the smart urban farming system
Preliminary Analysis of ROV AF-150114 Movement Using CFD Method (Comutional Fluid Dynamics)
This research was carried out with the aim of measuring the effect of the body on the fluid flow that occurs around it and measuring the stress that occurs in the ROV AF-150114 design. The research method uses software with a CFD model approach to analyze the stress that occurs in the designs made. In general, there are three stages that must be passed in a CFD simulation: Pre-processing. Solving and post-processing. What is calculated is the velocity, viscosity and pressure of the water flow around the ROV body. The results obtained show that the balance of the ROV body greatly affects the ability to dive and maneuver during maneuvers. The highest pressure/pressure for fluid flow occurs at the ROV AF-150114 speed of 2.5 m/s with a value 39,825 Pa and the value of viscosity is 10,860 Nm/s2. ROV AF-150114 movement test results found that the experiment has a faster movement time speed than the calculation.

Analisis Derajat Kerusakan dan Penurunan Modulus Elastisitas Material Cement Treated Base (CTB) menggunakan UPV test dan Concrete Quality Designation (CQD)
Cement-treated base (CTB) is a type of foundation material commonly used in pavement structures which initially has high stiffness, but due to repeated loads CTB tends to experience more cracks which can cause a decrease in its elastic modulus. This study aims to determine the extent of damage and decrease in the value of CTB's elastic modulus before and after cracking through ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) test and unconfined compressive strength (UCS) tests on CTB cylinder samples. The CTB material quality index was evaluated using a concrete quality designation (CQD). The results showed that the magnitude of stress applied to CTB affects the degree of damage, and the degree of damage to CTB significantly affects the material’s modulus of elasticity. The greater the degree of damage to CTB, the smaller the elastic modulus will be. For applied stress with CTB damage level of 32%, the elastic modulus decreases by 33.55%. The level of damage caused by the application of the maximum stress (100%) on CTB sample reached 95.29%, and the modulus of elasticity decreased by 83.30%. The CTB sample with 95.29% degree of damage has the same elastic modulus as the unbound granular aggregate material
The Dynamics of State-Owned Assets Insurance Regulation Drafting from Regulation Theory Lens
State-owned assets (BMN) insurance is regulated by Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) number 97 of 2019 which was issued as a replacement for PMK number 247 of 2016 for the reason of not successfully implemented as expected. Significant changes have occurred regarding BMN insurance through the 2019 PMK. The changes of regulation require strong urgency and arguments to be actualized. The arguments and discussions regarding regulation drafting come from many sources, from the regulator itself and the regulated parties. This research was conducted in the form of a case study to explore and get further understanding of the BMN insurance regulation drafting dynamics while observing through a regulation theory lens. The results of the study found that initially, the regulation drafting regarding BMN insurance was a necessity to have insurance as a risk transfer scheme, and also along the way, an intervention was needed for the failure of previous regulations while the assumed private motives involved coincide the public needs. The results also found that during the drafting process, there happened to be a capture process from the regulated party’s side to the regulator, but later explained that what was expected by the regulated parties was also expected by regulators
Analysis the Effect of Size Variation and Spraying Pressure of Steel Grit on Corrosion Rate of Astm A36 Steel Materials
ASTM A36 steel is a steel commonly used in shipbuilding construction. The property of steel that is highly avoided is susceptible to corrosion or corrosive which can reduce the strength of the structure. Over time, technology has developed, and methods have been found to inhibit the rapid rate of corrosion, coating process is one of them. The success rate of coating process is also strongly influenced by the surface preparation process. The surface preparation process in this study was by differentiating the size variations of the SG18, SG25, and SG40 steel grit abrasive materials and the spraying pressure of the 5 bar, 6 bar, and 7 bar abrasive materials and the provision of scratch defects on the specimens that had been coated with epoxy primer paint. The purpose of the research conducted was to analyze variations in size of the abrasive material, the spraying pressure of the abrasive material, and which combination of variations is the best for specimens considered to have been scratched. In each variation, the value of the corrosion rate will be increased when the size of the material increased and the value of the corrosion rate increases when the spraying pressure decreases. The results obtained from this study indicate that the lowest corrosion rate value is 0.0027 mmpy with the outstanding category of the variation used, which is grit SG40 steel abrasive material and at a pressure of 7 bar
Proyeksi Tingkat Kematian di Indonesia Menggunakan Metode Holt-Winters Smoothing Exponential dan Moving Average
Inaccurate predictions would cause the insurance companies to incur huge losses and may lead to expensive premiums for which low-income consumers are unable to insure themselves. The ability to predict mortality rates accurately allows the insurance companies to take preventive steps to introduce new policies with reasonable prices. It is hoped that by carrying out mortality projections, losses caused by longevity risk in the life insurance industry would be minimized. This study used secondary data obtained from the World Health Organization (WHO) website in the Mortality and Global Health Estimates category with the sub-topic Life Table by Country Indonesia. In this paper, several models are used to predict the mortality rate in a case study population in Indonesia, namely the Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing forecasting methods. The results obtained are the best method for predicting mortality rates is by using the Exponential Smoothing method with the MAPE value of Exponential Smoothing is smaller than the MAPE value on the Moving Average. The results of this mortality projection will later be used to obtain the distribution of life expectations and the premium price of life annuities

Pengelompokan Kemiskinan di Indonesia Menggunakan Time Series Based Clustering
Indonesia has a strong commitment in achieving the 2030 SDGs, which one of the targets is reducing poverty. Poverty itself is defined as the inability of an individual or group to meet the basic needs of both food and non-food. During the pandemic, Indonesia experienced an increase in poverty percentage, which peaked in September 2020 with 10.19%. The latest data in March 2022, showed that the number has decreased by 0.75% or equivalent of 1.79 million people. However, the decrease does not encompass all provinces, there are several provinces that still suffer from increasing poverty. Therefore, it is necessary to group the provinces in Indonesia based on its percentage of poverty, in order to provide more appropriate treatment. The analysis method used in this research is the time series-based clustering with dtw distance. The clustering algorithm used is hierarchical cluster complete linkage. Based on the analysis result, the use of dtw distance can increase the silhouette coefficient value to 0.75 compared to using the Euclidean distance. The silhouette coefficient is one of the parameters used to determine the goodness of the clustering results, where the value of 0.75 can already be said to be very good clustering results. The optimum result of the clustering is a total of 3 groups with low, medium, and high poverty categories, where NTT, Papua, and West Papua provinces have the highest poverty rates but have significant progress in reducing poverty
Simulation of Overlap Effect on Savonius Wind Turbine Performance by Varying Cylinder Distance in Front of Returning Blade
The performance of Savonius wind turbine was improved in the previous experimental studies that added overlap and variation of disruptive cylinder distances in front of returning blade. However, the study could not display flow visualization such as velocity contours, streamlined velocity, and pressure contours on turbines so further research is needed. This research is in the form of numerical study using 3-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. The simulation is, determine visualize the turbine’s flow like a velocity contours, streamlined velocity, and pressure contours. The turbine has the same diameter and height of 0.4 meters with overlap addition. The various distances of the disruptive cylinder used is S/d = 1.4; S/d = 1.7 ; S/d = 2 and S/d = 2.3. The final result shows that the visualization at a distance of S/d = 1.7 is the most optimal wake distance to cover the overall returning blade side so that the performance of the Savonius wind turbine at that distance is highest compared to other variations
