Target Baru Pengobatan Meningitis berdasarkan Centrality Measure jaringan protein dan Self Oganizing Map.
Meningitis is a serious threat to health with potentially fatal consequences. Understanding protein interactions related to chronic conditions is crucial for the development of effective treatments. In silico analysis is considered to have greater effectiveness because it simulates through computation and tries various possibilities at a lower cost. This study aims to analyze protein-protein interactions related to Meningitis with cluster analysis techniques on undirected graphs. The proposed method is the Self Organizing Map (SOM) algorithm as a cluster. This algorithm can cluster undirected graph-based protein interaction data. Protein data involved in Meningitis disease comes from OMIM. From this data, proteins belonging to the gene locus are explored for their interactions, resulting in interaction data in the form of an undirected graph. The combination of centrality measure is used for feature engineering on undirected graph data. The main protein candidates are potentially located in the Cluster 1 model with the largest silhouette score (0.359) and Davies-Bouldin Index (1.667). The cluster has 18 proteins with the highest significance to Meningitis. From the overall centrality ranking results, the three highest significance proteins are CISH (3.921222), TNFSF10 (3.403541), and ICAM3 (2.623702) which have the potential to become Meningitis target proteins. CISH protein has the highest overall centrality score value compared to the others, so CISH protein may be a new alternative in the treatment of Meningitis
Factors that Influence Performance Assessment of the Number of Seafarer Requests in the Manning Agency
Manning Agency, better known as the Barombong Maritime Polytechnic, founded BMP Manning Agency as a forum for producing reliable and professional sailors in the global maritime industry. Based on the results of social and stakeholder studies as well as several literature reviews, it is known that prospective ship crews who will be transferred to Manning agency partner companies set several quality standards apart from the administration and expertise that prospective crew members have because the Manning agency's task is to prepare ship crews, so this aspect is also a significant concern in addition to the theory of expertise required. For this reason, this research covers the problem of assessing the self-quality of seafarers, which indicates a problem and challenge that seafarers must resolve. The Manning agency and Borombong Maritime Polytechnic need to improve the image and quality, especially the number of seafarers transferred to the Company, so that they not only fulfil the requirements at the beginning but still maintain self-quality until going into the field to work. The method used is multiple linear regression, where it is known that the variables that influence the number of sailors transferred are the Discipline Level Variable (X1), the Responsibility Level Variable (X3) and the Team Cooperation Level Variable (X4) with model goodness of 74.41%. Therefore, the Manning Agency must pay more attention to these three variables

Evaluasi Maturitas Manajemen Keberlanjutan Bisnis pada Perusahaan Konstruksi Besar di Indonesia
The construction industry in Indonesia faces numerous disruptions, such as supply chain issues, regulatory changes, and natural disasters. Understanding the sector's preparedness for these disruptions is vital for economic and industrial resilience. This research assesses the Business Continuity Management (BCM) maturity of large Indonesian state-owned (BUMN) and private (BUMS) construction companies using an empirical model based on ISO 22301 and NFPA 1600, combined with the pairwise comparison of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting factors. The maturity value is derived from the ratio of the maximum achievable score “4” to the sum product of the weighting and scores for the relevant criteria, where scores range from "0" indicating the lowest level of effort or no effort, to "4" indicating the highest level of compliance. The focus on large companies is due to their capacity to implement BCM initiatives. The analysis reveals that the effectiveness of Business Continuity Management (BCM) is driven by several key attributes. Prioritizing efforts on "Risk Assessment," "Top Management Commitment," "Performance Objectives," and "Business Impact Analysis" enables organizations to achieve a substantial level of maturity. Findings show that Indonesian large construction companies have improved their BCM maturity, scoring 66.16% (moderate progress)

Determinan Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Perempuan: Studi Kasus Kepulauan Riau 2019- 2023
Comparing the Performance of Multivariate Hotelling’s T2 Control Chart and Naive Bayes Classifier for Credit Card Fraud Detection
Credit card is a transaction tool using a card which is a substitute for legitimate cash in transactions. The use of computer technology is needed for various kinds of electronic transactions. In the world of technology, the term machine learning is not new and technological developments are increasingly rapid in recent years. Statistical process control method (SPC) is one of the measuring instruments used to improve the performance of public services. Hotelling T^2 control chart is a method in SPC that can be used to control the process. Methods that are widely used in the detection and classification of documents one of them is Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) which has several advantages, among others, simple, fast and high accuracy. Those two methods will be used to detecting o2utlier of this dataset. The study used the credit card fraud registry with some PCA as independent variables. The size of fraud transaction is very small which represented only 0.172% of the 284,807 transactions. This research will use Area Under Curve (AUC) as the performance goodness test. A comparison of the accuracy of NBC and Hotelling's T2 predictions shows that the performance of the T2 Hotelling method is better in detecting outliers than the NBC metho
The Effect of Houseplant Ratio in Residential Interior on Human Positive Emotions
Urban populations worldwide have reached half of the global population. The increasing dominance of urban human civilization is closely tied to the changing lifestyles of individuals. Present generations spend 90 percent of their time indoors, impacting the intensity of human interaction with the external environment. These lifestyle changes have engendered negative emotional effects on inhabitants, thereby driving the trend of incorporating plants into interior spaces to evoke positive emotions, particularly within residential settings. This research aims to ascertain: 1) the optimal ratio of plants used in residential interiors to evoke the best positive emotional effects for users, and 2) how the selection of plants in residential interiors influences users' positive emotions. A qualitative approach was employed in this study, utilizing questionnaire surveys and interviews to gather preferences, which were subsequently utilized in simulated room experiments. The research findings revealed that the smallest ratio of plants in simulated rooms, considering the proportion of space and volume among rooms, furniture, and human circulation, yielded the most significant positive emotional effects. These findings contribute to understanding the proportion of plant additions in residential interiors to maximize positive emotional effects for the 17-35 age group
Determination of the Percentage Ca(OH)2 Lime Stabilization Material for Weathered Clay Shale as Road Subgrade on Serang – Panimbang Toll Road Section III STA 57+200
Clay shale consists of thin, layered formations with irregular fractions, highly smooth, and easily separable along the layer planes. If Clay shale is exposed to sunlight, air, and water for a relatively short period, it will undergo weathering. The construction of the Serang - Panimbang Toll Road Section III is carried out by cutting the soil according to the planned contours. After the cutting process, the subgrade material undergoes a change in its characteristic properties and mechanics because the subgrade soil is Clay shale material that has weathered, commonly referred to as "Weathered Clay Shale." To transform this soil into a subgrade layer that meets the requirements, stabilization with Ca(OH)2 lime is necessary; in this case, the percentage of lime and the duration of curing need to be determined to achieve optimum lime content. The soil material used is Weathered Clay Shale obtained from the Serang - Panimbang Toll Road Section III STA 57+200. The research involves identifying the initial soil properties, conducting standard proctor tests on soil mixtures with lime variations of 4%, 7%, and 10% to determine the most optimum soil-lime mixture with Ca(OH)2. Subsequently, soil properties are identified with the most optimum lime mixture, and soaked CBR tests are conducted on the optimum lime-soil mixture with curing time variations of 0, 7, and 14 days. The 7% Ca(OH)2 lime mixture with weathered clay shale soil at STA 57+200 in the construction of the Serang-Panimbang Toll Road Section III has achieved sufficiently good bearing strength. The bearing capacity attained has exceeded the requirements of the Bina Marga Specifications Revision II, especially during the 14-day curing period, where the achieved bearing capacity significantly surpasses the specified standards
Dampak Ekonomi Makro terhadap Inward Forect Direct Investment (FDI) di Indonesia
This paper investigates the country-specific risks associated with inward foreign direct investment (FDI) in Indonesia and analyzes the broader macroeconomic consequences. The study utilizes the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to examine both the short-term and long-term cointegration between macroeconomic factors and foreign investment inflows. The research is based on secondary annual time series data from 1984 to 2015. In the short term, the exchange rate has a crucial impact, as depreciation of the Indonesian Rupiah leads to a higher inflow of FDI. However, while financial variables do not significantly affect the dependent variable in the long term, independent variables such as inflation, GDP growth risk, and economic and political risks do have a considerable effect. Rational foreign investors prioritize maximizing returns on their investments by closely monitoring the volatility of macroeconomic conditions. Thus, it is imperative for the government to regulate these aspects to enhance the inflow of foreign investments
