    Analisis Akurasi Sistem sensor DHT22 berbasis Arduino terhadap Thermohygrometer Standar

    The research of temperature and humidity comparison test using DHT22 sensor instrument based on Arduino Uno by Thermohigrometer. The background of this research problem is the development of increasingly advanced technology to facilitate measurement of temperature and humidity using DHT22 sensor based on Arduino. The aims of this tesearch was to knowing the sensor performance and comparing measurement result between DHT 22 sensor and standard thermohygrometer. The experiment was done using 5 times repeatability method at each room temperature variation. Comparison of the results of the average error value in the measurement of temperature and humidity between the DHT22 sensor with a standard Thermohygrometer obtained a value of 2.99% for humidity and -2.31% for temperature

    Investigasi Difusi pada Sistem Urinari untuk Gangguan Fungsi Ginjal Model Empat Kompartemen menggunakan Metode Monte Carlo

    Kidney is a pair of organ in our urinary system that function to filter blood and urine establishment through filtration, reabsorption and secretion process.Formation of urine is done through one of processes, named tubular reabsorption. This process is a process of diffusion, passively and facilitated. The process happens in tubular reabsorption in kidney can be simulated by using Monte Carlo Cell simulation. Making model of 4 compartments consist of blood vessel, 2 kidneys with one kidney experiencing decreased function of kidney and bladder. Two kidney compartments with one of it experiencing decreased function affect the diffusion process that happens in substance reabsorption process in kidney.The purpose of this research is to study the diffusion process which happens in kidney by selecting several fixed variable and indicators which will be inspected by using Monte Carlo Cell simulation. The use of Monte Carlo Cell simulation enable to try any probabilities that occur in diffusion process of filtration, reabsorption and secretion process in kidney. The result of this research shows that the fewer number of molecules, the slower the molecular displacement and also the fewer number of surface molecules, the slower the molecular displacements

    Kecamatan Topoyo merupakan satu dari lima kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah dengan luas sebesar 884,80 km2. Kecamatan ini memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah dari segi perkebunan yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi kawasan industi perkebunan, hal ini dilakukan agar masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Topoyo dan sekitarnya tidak sepenuhnya bergantung pada kota besar dan dapat mengubah fungsinya sebagai daerah penyangga di Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Keterkaitan Hubungan Fungsional dan Analisis Skala Likert dengan variabel yang diteliti meliputi kebijakan pemerintah, potensi wilayah, dan industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah, sumber daya alam, sosial ekonomi, dan industri secara umum melihat nilai peluangnya berada pada angka 84 %  secara keseluruhan sangat mendukung untuk dikembangkan menjadi kawasan industri. Konsep yang ditawarkan adalah konsep Ecology Industrial Parks (EIP) adalah  sebuah komunitas industri dan bisnis yang terletak dalam satu kawasan yang saling terintegrasi membentuk komunitas

    Environmental Pollution Impact Analysis on Faecal Sludge Process Using Life Cycle Assessment and Analytic Hierarchy Process

    The processing of fecal sludge in the IPLT is an advanced processing activity because the sludge in the septic tank has not been properly disposed of into the environment. After all, it still contains high organic loads. IPLT Kota Batu is the object of research. It aims to determine the environmental impact caused by the treatment of sludge in the IPLT Kota Batu with the Life Cycle Assessment Method then provide an alternative in reducing the impact with the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. Life Cycle Assessment is a method for analyzing the environmental impact of a product throughout the life cycle. Stages of life cycle assessment (LCA) are goals and scope, life cycle inventory, life cycle impact assessment, and interpretation data. An alternative selection is then made to reduce the environmental impact using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method. AHP is describing a complex problem into a result that is represented in a multi-level structure. AHP stages are input goals, criteria, alternatives, weighting, and priority scale, producing the recommended answer or decision. From the LCA method, it was found that the emission load released into the environment in the treatment of sludge was in the form of CO2 emissions, energy emissions, and potentially disappearing species fractions of 3.948,935 kg CO2/year, 1.100.334,84 MJ, and 3.624,647 PDF.m2.y. The use of this method can find out that the treatment of sludge in the IPLT Kota Batu has an environmental burden and impacts the phenomenon of global warming, non-renewable energy, and aquatic eutrophication. The best alternative to reduce emissions in the treatment process of sludge in the IPLT Kota Batu is to perform maintenance treatment on a scheduled basis

    HOUSE DESIGN VARIABLES IN PROVIDING INDOOR THERMAL COMFORT IN WARM HUMID CLIMATE

    Building design variables in warm-humid tropics have been widely studied using various approaches. In the climate, achieving low inside air temperature is challenged by high relative humidity for providing comfort. Therefore, this study aims at finding various ways in house design to achieve naturally indoor thermal comfort. In this case, house design variables were analyzed by using  TAS (Thermal Analysis Software) building simulation software as well as supported by literature reviews. The simulations undertaken in this research used simple models to which are applied some house design variables to determine the best way to reduce inside air temperature. The simulation used the weather data of Banda Aceh city as the case study. In this article the house design variables are discussed in the following aspects: shape, house orientation, ventilation, shading, building materials, and environmental aspect.

    Waterfront area is a special place in major cities around the world. Place to work, play or fulfilling a sense of curiosity. The old Kalimas Port is also no exception. As well as waterfront areas in other major cities, as a place for change (transition), with so many maritime facilities and a few new activities to attract people to the waterfront. When future generations are look back on this transition as historical moment of Kalimas River, they who are live today would feel that too many waterfront areas are separated from the public for a long time. The challenge of the waterfront development area is not only to help change the Kalimas riverfront as far as 2.5 km, to be a place to reflect modern traditions and a sense of place, but also take into account the history as an important role.By using a qualitative and descriptive method, the study aims to make a comparative analysis from some of the successful waterfront development concepts with the same character of the region, the old industrial riverfront area.The results are the waterfront development strategy, particularly in the Old Kalimas Port which is also part of the Tanjung Perak Port in Surabaya. It requires some special criteria, the vision and missions of the waterfront planning and development concepts. While in the old Port development strategy, in terms of the physical condition of the area and the Port authority policies, formulate zoning strategies as a macro strategy in the future sustainability of the region. The zoning strategy develop three micro zones; the old Port zone, recreational zone and commercial zone. The three zones have their own strategies which will be mutually support the sustainability of economic, social and cultural sector

    Preliminary Study of Using KY-038 Sensor Based on Arduino UNO and LabView to Determine the Pulse Rate

    The KY-038 sensor module is designed using Arduino UNO and LabView to allow human pulses. The experiment was carried out by making a design consisting of the KY-038 sensor module, Arduino UNO and LabView on a computer. LabView software is used to display pulse wave patterns. Measurement of the pulse will involve human objects with variations 3 namely relax (sit), sit and after running in place. The experimental results show that the different activities affect the voltage released on a chart that has a rating of 3 - 3.5 V. The more activities that are carried out before retrieving the pulse data, the greater the voltage that is read on the LabView results graph. After running in place, the value of the voltage and pulse are 3.5 V and 97 beats per minute, respectivel

    Pengaruh Parameter Track Quality Indeks (Tqi) Terhadap Perilaku Bantalan Beton

    Perhitungan kualitas geometri jalan rel dapat diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus standar perkeretaapian Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan untuk KA.Galunggung tahun 2018 memperoleh nilai maksimum sebesar 37,44. Sedangkan untuk KA.EM-120 pada tahun 2019 memperoleh nilai maksimum sebesar 40,75. Dari hasil perhitungan kedua kualitas geometri tersebut memiliki perbedaan nilai yang selanjutnya dijadikan tolak ukur untuk pengukuran yang dilakukan secara manual. Nilai geometri aktual selanjutnya di modelkan dengan progam bantu ABAQUS. Dimensi serta propeti material sesuai dengan keadaan yang ada di lokasi penelitian, dimensi bantalan beton tipe N-67 = 2000 x 250 x 215 mm, properti material (Fc’) = 54 Mpa dengan kuat tarik wire prestressed = 1400 Mpa, tipe rel 54 dan material balas yang digunakan sesuai dengan PM.60 tahun 2012. Beban aksial dengan kombinasi  7% Pd, 23% Pd, 40%, serta lateral displacement 0,1 Pd dan 0,2 Pd. Hasil dari analisa adalah tegangan tarik, tegangan tekan serta perpindahan pada struktur atas jalan rel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh letak geometri jalan rel terhadap perilaku struktural bantalan beton. Hasil korelasi FEA pada kondisi normal dan perhitungan manual mempunyai perbedaan 4,055 % maka korelasi input material sudah baik. Hasil dari variasi letak geometri menunjukan perbedaan perilaku struktural pada bantalan beton, wire prestressed serta Rel. Pada nilai penyimpangan geometri terbesar (TQI > 40). Hasil tegangan tarik beton 2,878 Mpa, tengangan tekan beton 8,192 Mpa serta perpindahan terbesar 0.00124 mm, sedangkan tegangan tarik rel type 54 adalah 366,814 Mpa. Dari hasil tersebut maka sampai batas penyimpangan geometri yang dipakai di Indonesia, struktur atas jalan rel masih dapat menumpu beban yang bekerja secara optimal
