Measurement and Evaluation of the Online Marketing Training Results for Students at SMA Negeri 1 Bantur Malang
SMA Negeri 1 Bantur Malang is located in the southern area of Malang Regency. The demographic conditions and the Bantur community characteristics have caused many SMA Negeri 1 Bantur graduates to choose to work rather than continue their education to higher education. As a solution to this condition, the school has provided job training to students for one year as a provision for them after graduation. Apart from being in the form of student knowledge and skills, job training activities also produce goods and services that can be marketed to the public. Therefore, after participating in the training activities, SMA Negeri 1 Bantur students need to also be given training in marketing goods and services. This paper presents the results of online marketing training for goods and services at SMAN 1 Bantur. The method used in the training is tutorial and practice using text and video media. Measuring the success of training activities using the questionnaire method and assessment of the training participants' practice results. The results of measuring the success of training and their evaluation can measure the increase in knowledge and skills of each student who participates in the training
Development of magnetic functional materials based on carbon/manganite/ferrite composites for Microwave absorber materials applications
The synthesis of carbon/manganite/ferrite composite materials for microwave absorber applications has been successfully carried out with variations in the composition of 15:55:30 and 15:45:40 (wt%). This composition was successfully confirmed based on the analysis of the X-ray diffraction pattern using the GSAS program. The refinement results show that each phase of each composite has a good structure. Based on surface morphological observations, it is known that the composite samples have varying particle sizes of around 150-500 nm which are evenly distributed over the entire surface of the sample. The result of the microwave absorption analysis implies that the difference in composition results in a slight increase of the reflection loss and the presence of a new absorption peak at a frequency of 4.36 GHz. Our result underlines that the characteristic of microwave absorption in composites is insignificantly influenced by the composition of the material as the absorption properties are mainly affected by the respective phases that form it, not by the entire phase of the composite
Thrust and Torque Analysis on Propeller C4-40 with The Addition of Kort Nozzle to Pitch Variation
At this time there are various types of propellers, one of which is the CPP propeller (Controllable pitch propeller). The CPP propeller can change pitch angles, and at certain pitches it can pull the ship backwards without having to change the rotation. But keep in mind that the CPP has only one pitch design where changing the pitch position means reducing the efficiency of the propeller. So it takes a kort nozzle to increase efficiency. The addition of a kort nozzle is one of the developments of an Energy Saving Device (ESD) which in addition to increasing efficiency it is also able to increase the thrust. Problem formulation of this research is to find out changes in thrust, torque and efficiency on the propeller CPP C4-40 after the addition of kort nozzle 37. This research begins with determining the dimensions of the propeller, also the types and dimensions of the nozzle. Then the design and drawing of the propeller C4-40 with a kort nozzle 37 was carried out for pitch changes of 0°, 22.5° and 45°. The next step is a meshing process where each pitch the number of meshing ranges from 2.3 to 3.5 million cells. The last step is to simulate the performance of the propeller with the nozzle using software based on Computational Fluid Dynamic. From this research, it can be concluded that the addition of kort nozzle 37 on the propeller C4-40 changes the thrust, torque and efficiency values significantly. Thrust only increased at pitch 0° J 1.4 and pitch 22.5°. The greatest increase in thrust at pitch 22.5° J 0.6 is 88.74%. Torque is reduced except for pitch 0° J 0.8-1.4. The biggest decrease in torque at pitch 45° J 1.2 is 83%. Meanwhile efficiency has decreased at all pitch angles. Where the biggest decrease in pitch 45° J 1 is 99.83%
Penerapan Paduan Budaya Rumah Makan Taman Mangli Indah Jember
Indonesia, negara dengan kekayaan budayanya yang sangat besar dari segala penjuru dan pelosok negeri. Beberapa turis mancanegara yang kerap berkunjung ke Indonesia pun turut mengakui keanekaragaman Budaya Indonesia yang unik dan kaya. Saat ini, beberapa keanekaragaman Budaya Indonesia telah mendunia dan diakui oleh organisasi – organisasi dunia. Namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, Budaya Indonesia hampir punah karena ketidakpedulian bangsa dengan warisan budayanya. Mayoritas generasi muda zaman sekarang lebih mencintai budaya asing yang dianggap jauh lebih menarik, modern dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Di tengah ketidakpedulian generasi muda saat ini, Rumah Makan Taman Mangli Indah Jember justru tampil dengan memadukan ragam Budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kembali rasa cinta budaya sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini dapat memberikan rasa percaya diri kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia bahwa di era modern, kita juga dapat melestarikan dan mengangkat budaya tradisional namun tetap mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitia kualitatif-deskriptif. Dalam Rumah Makan Taman Mangli Indah Jember tampak perpaduan antara bentuk rumah tradisional Bali, Minangkabau, dan Jawa. Perpaduan ketiga budaya dalam sebuah bangunan ini ingin menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia juga terdiri atas beragam suku, bangsa, budaya namun tetap satu Indonesia. Terdapat keharmonian antara satu sama lainnya, sehingga tercipta Indonesia yang satu. Pada rumah makan ini juga menampilkan kesan tradisional yang diangkat ke budaya yang lebih modern, sehingga terjadi akulturasi budaya tradisional dan budaya modern. Rumah makan ini muncul atas keinginan pemilik untuk menumbuhkan dan mengingatkan kecintaan masyarakat lokal akan budaya yang harus kita jaga di era modern saat ini
Effect Analysis on Coating Methods and Corrosive Media Variations toward Adhesion Strength, Corrosion Rate, and Metallography of ASTM A36 Steel with Polyurethane Coating
Corrosion can cause material damage due to the material’s reaction with the environment. Corrosion will affect materials on construction, including metal material, thereby reducing the strength and the construction life, especially in a corrosive environment. The most effective and economical corrosion control is coating. The right coating application method will result in good bonding of the paint with the material, so that the corrosion protection will be better. This research used the ASTM A36 carbon steel material and polyurethane coatings. The purpose of this study is to determine the adhesion strength and corrosion rate by varying the application methods, namely brush, roll, and spray. In the pull-off test, the highest value of adhesion strength was obtained in the spray coating method with an average value of 20,82 MPa. Whereas in the three-electrode cell testing, the lowest corrosion rate using NaCl corrosive media was found in the spray coating method with a value of 0.000025402 mmpy and the lowest corrosion rate using FeCl3 corrosive media was found in the spray coating method with a value of 0.00182 mmpy
Pengaruh Pelanggaran Marka Jalan Terhadap Kinerja Simpang Bersinyal (Studi Kasus : Simpang Gayam dan Simpang Wirobrajan Yogyakarta)
Tingginya tundaan dan panjang antrian dapat mengakibatkan pelanggaran marka jalan untuk mengambil waktu awal hijau sinyal lalu lintas tanpa menghiraukan peraturan garis marka di simpang. Penelitian ini membedakan antara simpang tidak mempunyai median jalan di Simpang Gayam dan simpang mempunyai median jalan di Simpang Wirobrajan. Pelanggaran marka jalan yang menjadi tujuan penelitian tentang bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja Simpang Gayam dan Simpang Wirobrajan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan mikrosimulasi lalu lintas dengan Vissim untuk didapatkan analisis kinerja simpang yang berupa tundaan dan panjang antrian akibat pelanggaran marka jalan. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan melakukan survei langsung di lapangan untuk mendapatkan volume kondisi eksisting periode jam puncak yang akan menjadi acuan analisis kinerja simpang. Dari analisis kinerja tundaan antara Simpang Gayam dan Simpang Wirobrajan, didapatkan selisih waktu di lengan selatan sebesar 51,52 detik, lengan barat 16,54 detik, lengan utara 107,14 detik, lengan timur 72,66 detik. Kemudian dari analisis panjang antrian antara Simpang Gayam dan Simpang Wirobrajan, didapatkan selisih panjang antrian di lengan selatan sebesar 19,25 meter, lengan barat 55,34 meter, lengan utara 34,60 meter, lengan timur 16,30 meter
Pemodelan Jumlah Kasus Kusta di Kabupaten Mojokerto dan Kabupaten Jombang Tahun 2019 Menggunakan Regresi Zero-Inflated Poisson Inverse Gaussian
Kusta atau lepra adalah penyakit yang menyerang berbagai bagian tubuh diantaranya saraf dan kulit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi bakteri Mycobacterium leprae. Jawa Timur merupakan provinsi dengan jumlah penderita kusta tertinggi di Indonesia hingga tahun 2019 sebanyak 3.306 kasus. Stigma negatif masyarakat terhadap penderita kusta menyebabkan munculnya perkampungan kusta di dusun Sumberglagah, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Selain adanya kampung kusta, pada Kabupaten Mojokerto juga terdapat rumah sakit kusta terbesar di Jawa Timur yang menjadi pusat pengobatan kusta baik di Kabupaten Mojokerto maupun di daerah sekitarnya seperti Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data jumlah kasus kusta di Kabupaten Mojokerto dan Kabupaten Jombang tahun 2019 sebagai variabel respon dan enam variabel lainnya sebagai variabel prediktor. Data jumlah kasus kusta tersebut memiliki proporsi nilai nol sebesar 30,77%, lalu nilai mean sebesar 2,179 serta varians sebesar 6,625. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa adanya extra zeros serta terdapat pelanggaran asumsi equidispersi. Regresi Zero Inflated-Poisson Inverse Gaussian (ZIPIG) merupakan metode pengembangan regresi yang mampu menangani overdispersi serta extra zeros pada variabel respon data observasi. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah kasus kusta berdasarkan hasil pemodelan regresi ZIPIG yaitu persentase pelayanan kesehatan untuk penduduk usia lanjut (X6)
Biogas Production from Water Spinach and Banana Peel Waste Using Plug Flow Reactor
Biofuel is one of the promising energy in the future that can play an essential role in maintaining energy security in Indonesia Biogas, which is only one of many types of biofuels is considered a renewable energy source that does not contribute to the impact of greenhouse gases. The main composition of the gas consists mainly of methane (CH4), and carbon dioxide (CO2) and resembles commonly used fossil fuels such as natural gas. This study aimed to determine the method of making biogas using water spinach and banana peel waste. The process of making biogas begins with preparing the materials to be fed to the bioreactor daily. The prepared material is put into the bioreactor continuously every 24 hours. The results obtained are the C/N content of water spinach 10 while the banana peel is 42. The C/N ratio affects biogas production. The maximum production of biogas accumulation is in water spinach as raw material. On water spinach, the yield was 287.825 l/kg substrate and the average volume per day was 17.989 l/kg substrate. The banana peel yields 46,184 l/kg of the substrate and the average volume per day is 2,887 l/kg of the substrate. Based on the flame test conducted at the beginning of the week the gas produced can be burned, this occurs in all raw materials
The Application of Electrocoagulation to Treat Meatball Wastewater with Aluminium Electrode
The meatball factory in the Keputih, Surabaya produce meatball liquid waste with a COD value of 11,072 mg/L so it requires special treatment before being discharged into the environment. This research was conducted to treat that meatball liquid waste by electrocoagulation method using aluminum electrodes. The variables were arranged using completely randomized design at pH variations of 5.5 and 9, residence time of 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, number of plates of 4 and 8, and current density of 312.5; 375; 156.25; 187.5 A/m2 in batches then will be analyzed for COD, TDS and Turbidity. This research has obtained results that optimal time for electrocoagulation varies from 15-45 minutes then current density of 187.5 and 375 A/m2 are slightly better than 156,25 and 312,5 A/m2 then pH 8 had better treatment results than pH 5.5 especially in turbidity then the use of 8 aluminum plates at the same electric current had far more better results than 4 plates. So that the best efficiency in this wastewater treatment is obtained by removal of COD value up to 94.78%, Turbidity up to 98.68% and TDS up to 76.63% at a current density of 187.5 A/m2 and pH 8 for 30 minutes
Enabling Inclusive Development Concept in Marginalized Settlement Community (Case Study: Kampung Jodipan, Kota Malang)
The era of democratization requires city leaders to change the development paradigm to be inclusive. This is stated in goal number 11 of the SDGs document, "making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable", so this study tries to look at the concept of inclusiveness in the scope of settlements, especially in marginal settlements. This study takes place in marginal settlements in the Brantas watershed as Kampung Jodipan which was once a slum settlement but now has been transformed into a Kampung tourism. This openness applies the principle of inclusiveness of the Kampung Jodipan. The data of this research were analyzed with descriptive statistics using Factor Analysis and Cross Tabulation, then the data was validated using triangulation analysis. This study aims to highlight the experience of Kampung Jodipan as a marginal settlement that has succeeded in improving Kampung. It was found that the inclusiveness dimensions in Kampung Jodipan were social inclusion and physical inclusion. Socially, the embodiment of the inclusiveness can be seen through the trust of the community and involving the residents in various activities. Meanwhile, the concept of spatial inclusiveness is manifested with the inclusion of basic infrastructure as a means of meeting the daily needs of citizens
