Landslide Vulnerability Analysis Due to Earthquake Based on Seismic Vulnerability and Slope of the Slip Surface in Tritis, Yogyakarta
Tritis is a hamlet in Kulon Progo Regency, located in an area with steep slope topography making it vulnerable to landslides. Ground movement vulnerability due to earthquakes is controlled by several factors, one of which is the seismic vulnerability index whose value can be obtained through microtremor measurements by H/V analysis. In addition, the dynamic trigger factor for landslides is the slope. The slope of the surface is not always the same as the slope of the slip surface because it is observed from the surface, while the slip surface is under the soil layer and requires measurements using the geophysical method to determine the surfacemodel. For this reason, an analysis is needed to compare the landslide vulnerability between these two factors, the slope of the surface and the slope of the slip surface. From the measurement results, there is a significant difference between the slope and the slope of the slip surface at the same site in the north of the slope by 15.17 with a seismic vulnerability index (kg) of 2.5. The distribution of seismic vulnerability index in all slopes ranges from 0.075 to 7.33, dominated by areas with slopes > 18. High landslide vulnerability is in the southern and northern areas
Pergerakan Aliran MHD Ag-AIR Melewati Bola Pejal
Fluida merupakan zat yang dapat mengalir dan mengalami perubahan secara kontinu akibat adanya tegangan geser. Analisis pengukuran dari ketahanan fluida terhadap tegangan geser menggunakan viskositas. Berdasarkan viskositas, fluida dibagi menjadi dua yaitu fluida newtonian dan fluida non-newtonian. Fluida non-newtonian terdiri atas fluida viskos, fluida mikropolar dan fluida nano. Salah satu contoh fluida nano adalah Ag-Air. Fluida tersebut tersusun dari fluida dasar air dan partikel nano Ag yang memiliki daya hantar dan tingkat konduktivitas yang tinggi. Adanya pengaruh medan magnet pada Fluida nano Ag-Air, maka menjadi fluida tersebut dapat menghantarkan arus listrik (memiliki sifat magnetohidrodinamik/MHD). Merujuk pada hasil riset sebelumnya bahwa parameter magnetik dan konveksi dapat mempengaruhi profil kecepatan dan temperatur pada fluida. Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai model matematika dan penyelesaian numeriknya dari permasalahan pergerakan aliran MHD Ag-Air yang melewati bola pejal dengan pengaruh parameter magnetik dan konveksi. Diperoleh hasil bahwa variasi magnetik yang meningkat mengakibatkan pergerakan Ag-Air melambat dan temperatur Ag-Air meningkat. Dengan meningkatkan parameter konveksi diperoleh pergerakan Ag-Air lebih cepat dan temperatur Ag-Air mengalami penurunan
EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL ASPECT OF ISLAMIC RESIDENTIAL CONCEPTS IN THE SHARIA HOUSING PROJECT
The Republic of Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world. In this country the development of shari’a housing is rapidly increasing, this is due to the demand of the shari’a housing market. To meet the needs of consumers having a house with an ideal Islamic residential concept, some criteria can be applied in developing shari'a housing. Many developers have raised the concept of Islamic housing as a branding of developed housing products, but many housings with that concept have not met all the ideal criteria of the concept of Islamic housing. The ideal Islamic residential concept must meet the ideal criteria including there are two entrances, the separation between the service room and the main room, the separation between the family room and living room for the privacy of the occupants, there are parks and open spaces on the residential lots, there are Islamic-style ornaments or plants, there are shading devices, there are ornaments on the main entrance which are the focal points of the entrance design, natural light and ventilation must be able to reach the entire space, carry the concept of climate response, and meet all applicable housing standards. Based on the evaluation results according to investors and in-depth analysis qualitatively and quantitatively about the application of the concept of Islamic housing in the sharia housing case study shows that in the case of Medina Residence 1 it is sufficiently representative to show the application of the ideal Islamic residential concept criteria. Medina Residence 1 received an evaluation response with an average mean score of 5.381on a scale of 6 or it can be said that 89.68% of the criteria for the concept of Islamic housing have been applied well
Jaringan Jemaat dan Lokasi sebagai Basis Eksistensi Tempat Pembinaan Iman (Gereja) di Mall Kota Bekasi
Pertumbuhan eksistensi tempat pembinaan iman di mall sering dijumpai di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia dan salah satunya adalah di kota Bekasi. Perkumpulan jemaat Kristen yang berlokasi di mall disebut sebagai tempat pembinaan iman. Tempat pembinaan iman yang diadakan oleh organisasi Kristen di mall merupakan ide baru dari aliran Kharismatik dalam pemilihan preferensi lokasi. Sifat dari ruang tersebut adalah semi permanen sehingga jika sewaktu-waktu dapat berpindah lagi. Aliran Kharismatik lebih modern dan lebih fleksibel dalam beribadah dengan menggunakan musik yang lebih kharismatik. Bagi umat Kristen, tempat peribadatan seperti gereja maupun tempat pembinaan iman dapat berada dimanapun tanpa harus menghadap ke suatu kiblat tertentu. Tempat pembinaan iman di Kota Bekasi biasanya berada di pusat kota dan bercampur dengan fasilitas lain seperti hotel, MICE, dan apartemen. Pemanfaatan zona ruang campuran dalam pemilihan lokasi sarana peribadatan menjadikan mall saat ini berkembang tidak hanya lagi sebagai ruang komersial tetapi juga menjadi ruang peribadatan. Mulanya sempat terjadi pro dan kontra diantara masyarakat dengan kehadirannya di mall namun dengan langkah yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat melalui merangkul dan melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat untuk dapat menghargai dan hidup berdampingan dengan umat beragama lain maka pada tahun 2018 Kota Bekasi mendapatkan peringkat ke-6 dalam Indeks Kota Toleran (IKT) sebagai kota paling toleran. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis ingin mengidentifikasi fenomena eksistensi tempat pembinaan iman umat Kristen di mall dalam konteks spasial Kota Bekasi. Pemilihan lokasinya berada di pusat pelayanan Kota Bekasi tepat di sepanjang Jalan Ahmad Yani. Jalan tersebut merupakan jantung kota bagi warga Bekasi dengan ketersediaan layanan publik yang lengkap dan memiliki akses yang mudah bagi para penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, dari proses induksi dapat disimpulkan bahwa basis eksistensi tempat pembinaan iman (gereja) di mall sejak awal tahun 2000-an sampai saat ini tidak dapat terlepas dari jaringan lokasi dan jaringan jemaatnya
Tingkat Ketahanan Kawasan Informal Terhadap Dampak Perubahan Iklim di Pesisir Kota Bandar Lampung
Kawasan informal di pesisir Kota Bandar Lampung memiliki resiko tinggi terhadap perubahan iklim sehingga perlu adanya riset mengenai ketahaan kawasan informal terhadap dampak perubahan iklim yang terjadi. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan questionnaire-based interview. Metode analisis data terdiri dari scoring dan pembobotan serta penentuan dimensi prioritas dengan metode analisis kuadran utama. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat 8 dimensi ketahanan yang tergolong rendah (0–40%) dan 1 dimensi ketahanan tergolong sedang (41–60%), dengan tingkat ketahanan dari yang paling rendah berdasarkan pembagian tiga daerah studi kawasan informal di Kelurahan Kota Karang dan Kelurahan Kangkung. Secara keseluruhan, tingkat ketahanan kawasan informal berada di tingkat ketahanan rendah (0–40%) dengan persentase ketahanan 27,7%. Peningkatan ketahanan dapat dilakukan dengan intervensi pada dimensi-dimensi kuadran I dan III yaitu infrastruktur dan lingkungan alam (infrastruktur bencana), pengetahuan risiko (pelatihan dan sosialisasi), peringatan dini dan evakuasi (rencana dan prosedur evakuasi), tanggap darurat (simulasi), dan manajemen sumber daya pesisir (pengelolaan sumber daya pesisir, konservasi mangrove, dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat)
Planning and Cost Analysis of Washing Porang Subber on Combination Machine for Washing and Cutting Porang Tuber
The cleaning process plays an important role in producing hygienic porang tubers, so that later chips and porang flour have good quality. Currently, the home industry for processing porang tubers still uses a simple method, namely using a manual washing machine so that it requires a lot of energy and a long time. One alternative to increase efficiency and productivity is to make a porang tuber washing machine.In planning this machine, it begins with field studies and literature. Planning in designing this machine includes planning for motor power, shaft, bearing, pulley-belt, sprocket-chain and budget design, after calculating and getting results it is necessary to conduct experiments to get conclusions from this machine.In planning the calculation of the machine, it requires a motor power of 2.2 HP with a motor rotation of 1400 rpm and a shaft rotation of 35 rpm, a force of 25.6 N, a torque of 1.920 N.mm, the selling price of the tool is Rp. 15,970,000 and the payback period is achieved in 228.4 days or 28.5 weeks or 7.1 month
Modeling Priority Maintenance Cost Based on Top-Down and Bottom-Up Approach with Reconciliation of Forum Group Discussion
PT XYZ engaged in the electricity industry, which has a strategic issue that’s reduction of BPP (Cost of Providing) electricity as one step in supporting the holding company policy. With the target of reduction BPP, where one component of the BPP is maintenance costs. This research shows the priority of maintenance costs of each Units that can be used in the drafting of the RKAP. In order to prioritize maintenance costs, it is necessary to compile an analysis of the cost, start from the proposed maintenance costs of each unit (using the bottom-up method) until evaluating cost from management (using the top-down method). This top-down method is strengthened by the analysis of priority maintenance costs from the expert's view using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the Expert Choice V-11 Software tool. Then the results of prioritizing maintenance costs from the bottom-up and top-down methods are carried out reconciliation through Forum Group Discussion (FGD). Based on the results, that the highest weighting factor was Productivity (0.616), followed by Area (0.320), Specifications (0.064). Whereas the sub factor that is very dominant globally is having low production costs and the highest priority Unit for maintenance costs is Unit E
Building Social Welfare Through Social Security Based on The Socio-Economic Justice During COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis
The purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze based on the principles of social and economic justice on how to grow prosperity during a recession in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic as it is today through the strategy of providing social security to affected communities. By involving literature review or normative research methods along with a qualitative approach and legislation, this study found that the law on the security system stipulates that social security includes six forms of social security, including health security, work accident security, old-age security, pension security, death security, and job loss security. it's just that the problem is for those who do not pay dues or participate in the government's social security program. Their welfare must also be considered as mandated by the constitution of the 1945 Constitution. And in the principle of socio-economic justice, social security must be prioritized for the poor and underprivileged who are felt to be in more social need to achieve equity and social welfar

VIBRATION ANALYSIS OF SINGLE LAP JOINT OF COMPOSITE PLATES BASED ON VARIATIONS OF PLATE THICKNESS AND OVERLAP LENGTH
Adhesive bonding is widely used for joining metals or composites in marine, aircraft, automotive, railroad, and civil construction industries. Adhesive single lap joint offers many advantages in terms of time and cost savings, has good damping characteristics, and provides high joint strength compared to another conventional joint. In this study, an analysis of free vibration of composite single lap joint has been carried out using by modal analysis solver i.e. ANSYS. Optimization study is then carried out to obtain the optimal design for vibration resistance. The simulation results of the natural frequency for each variation of joint thickness and overlap length are obtained through this study. The results show that increasing thickness and overlap length will increase the value of natural frequency as well, thus giving better vibration resistance. It is found that the optimum thickness and overlap length are 2.54 mm and 70 mm, respectively. The results point out the importance of joint thickness and overlap length for the vibration resistance of single lap joint of composite plates
