Analisis Stabilitas Timbunan Tinggi Pada Mortar Busa Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Baru Batas Kota Singaraja - Mengwitani
The new road construction of Bts. Singaraja City to Mengwitani has now carried out Phase I (SC 5-6) in 2019 there is a handling of high embankments using a geogrid, a slope of 1:2 at a height of ± 20 meters. At the construction site of this road there is limited land for Right Of Way (ROW) due to hilly area conditions. Perencanaan Bus Kawasan Pariwisata Kuta Selatan (Badung-Bali)
Daerah Kuta Selatan merupakan tempat kunjungan pariwisata dari mancanegara bahkan tujuan destinasi wisata dunia. Banyak bus pariwisata lewat atau simpang siur di jalan utama yang mengakibatkan kemacetan panjang 1 Km sampai dengan 2 Km. Jalan yang seharusnya ditempuh 15 menit menjadi 1 jam bahkan bisa lebih. Semakin banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung di Kawasan Kuta Selatan, maka semakin bertambah juga volume kendaraan yang melalui jalan raya Uluwatu. Hal ini mengakibatkan tundaan- tundaan yang berujung pada kemacetan panjang. Perencanaan bus kawasan pariwisata Membutuhkan data primer dan sekunder diperlukan untuk perencanaan bus di destinasi wisata Data diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Badung – Bali.Dua proyeksi rute yaitu 1 Garuda Wisnu Kencana – Pantai Pandawa – Pantai Melasti dan trayek 2 Garuda Wisnu Kencana – Pantai Labuan Sait – Uluwatu, diperoleh dari temuan analisis. Dengan kapasitas 20 tempat duduk, Isuzu NLR 55B LX menjadi jenis kendaraan yang digunakan dalam perencanaan bus angkutan pariwisata ini. Terdapat 22 bus pada rute 1 dan 41 bus pada rute 2. 3,6-dimethyl ester-α-mangostin Compound Modified from Isolate α-mangostin Garcinia Mangostana Linn
Isolate α-mangostin (1) is a phenolic compound derived from oxygenated and prenylated xanthones and major compounds obtained from the fruit peel of G. mangostana Linn., Which is stated to have inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase enzymes, serves to determine the antidiabetic activity resulting in IC50 value of 29,92 µM, is of the nature moderate to positive control (acarbose) with an IC50 value of 4.55 µM. A modified compound of α-mangostin (1) with acetic anhydride obtained by 3,6-di-methyl ester-α-mangostin (2) derivative showed the inhibitory value of α-glucosidase (IC50 13,89 μM), this value is better than the activity inhibition of α-mangostin (1), but not as active as the positive control value of the acarbose compound. The separation process to obtain α-mangostin isolates from the fruit peel of G. mangostana Linn was obtained by maceration method with ethyl acetate solvent, followed by refraction using a vacuum liquid chromatography (KCV) method over silica gel (Merck 60 G) and eluted using eluent (n-hexane: ethyl acetate) with increasing polarity, to produce as much pure crystal (21.66 g), yield (24%). While the structural characterization of the two compounds was carried out using UV-Vis, IR, HRESIMS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopic methods, the antidiabetic testing was carried out using the α-glucosidase enzyme inhibition method
Identification on Residential Park Facilities Criteria Based on Visitor’s Perception
The soaring number of urban population and the rising of it from time to time will implicate on the pressure of the utilization of city spaces especially residential area, public and social facility also public open spaces in the city. The elevating development of residential area is not only causing the widening of built up land but also decreasing the availability of open spaces. In eastern Surabaya as one of the residential area development location has variety of activity in utilizing a housing scale of green open spaces. Furthermore, the efforts in optimizing parks around eastern Surabaya that can be used as public and social spaces. Citizen’s participation to fulfill those efforts are crucial as the perception influence the need of residential parks as a facility. Therefore, concept of providing facilities on the residential parks through the citizen’s perception needs to be acknowledge. The purpose of this research is to identify the criteria of facility on the parks based on the citizen’s perception. The step in this research, is to identify the residential park facility’s criteria based on the visitor’s perception. To find the answer, quantitative methods is used in this research. Descriptive statistic is used to answer the target of the research. According to the analysis’s results, the criteria of the preferred facility on the residential parks around eastern Surabaya with the highest frequency are trash bin, lights, park benches, shades, pedestrians’ side, children’s playground, public toilet, security guards’ post, easy accessibility, sports field, jogging track, vegetation’s variety and parking spots. Meanwhile, the non-preferred facilities are the ornament for the aesthetic like statues, water fountains, internet access, ready to drink water stations, signs, and gazebos
Determining Constructions Phase Risk Mitigation of Shutdown Valve Control Panel Replacement Project West Madura Offshore
PHA is an oil and gas Cooperation Contract Contractor (KKKS) in Indonesia, playing an important role in achieving the national oil and gas production target. To maintain operational and production continuity, a replacements shutdown valve control panel project performs at the production facility of West Madura offshore field. It was the first control panel replacement project carried out at the live production facility. Project team identify some high risk activity through process and occupational safety. Research needs in order to determine construction phase project risk mitigation, by hazard identification, risk analysis, classification and proposed preventive actions as necessary. Proposed analysis and risk management determined by Focus Group Discussion and House of Risk modeling methods, research identified 23 risk events, 23 risk agents, risk mitigation defined by aggregate risk potential and its prioritie. Aiming on reducing risk occurrence and improving positive impact for sustainability and objectives of the project. 24 preventive actions are selected with 5 top priority preventive action proposed
Transformation of Cultural Identity of the Okokan Tradition in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali
Nowadays, the aesthetic value of Okokan performing art has shifted from the sign values replaced by exchange values. This shift is called as a phenomenon of transformation or change that occurs in the Okokan performing art. This study aims to examine the transformation that occurs in the Okokan Traditional Performing Art in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali. Qualitative method is used in solving the problems by taking data through observation, interview, verbal and visual documentation. Based on the findings, the process of the cultural identity transformation of the Okokan performing art includes the transformation of ritual values into profane values. In 1960, the Okokan tradition was carried out only when residents of Kediri had disease outbreak. Year after year, the function of Okokan performing art is shifted to commercialization. Beside of the function, there are changes in the music accompaniment. The existence of popular culture has led the Okokan Tradition being played with modifications of modern musical instruments and dances. The shift also occurs in the use of attributes and dance movements that have followed the current concept
Religious Populism and Public Sphere in Indonesia
Religious populism has strong and profound influence in Indonesia. It challenges the rational foundation of the democratic structure of the Indonesian Politics. This populist political movement utilizes religious language and symbols as their language of political articulation, negotiation, and contestation, which then occupies the real and virtual public sphere of the politics of Indonesia. Therefore, this use of religious language and symbols has placed democratic system in a serious risk. This critical study is intended to investigate the disadvantages of the use of religious language and symbols in the political arena in Indonesia. I will employ Paul Ricour’s thoughts in his writing, The Fragility of Political Language, as a lens of analysis for that phenomenon. Through that analysis I argue that the use of religious language and symbols in political discourse contradicts the provisional character of political language in democratic political settings. I suggest, therefore, the reenactment of the constitutional and rational foundation of democratic structure of Politics in Indonesia is seriously required

EFEKTIVITAS ANTIBAKTERI SALEP DARI GETAH BONGGOL PISANG TERHADAP BAKTERI Staphylococcus aureus
Getah pisang mengandung beberapa senyawa yang dapat menjadi obat luka, antiradang, dan antibiotik alami seperti senyawa turunan keton seperti muskin dan tetrasiklin. Staphylococcus aureus merupakan bakteri gram positif berbentuk cocus yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi pada kulit. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis ekstrak bonggol pisang dari pisang ambon dan kepok dengan konsentrasi 20% dan 25% dalam menghambat bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Berdasarkan data dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil ekstraksi dari bonggol buah pisang ambon (Musa paradisiaca L.var. Sapientum) 70,03g (14%) dan ekstrak dari bonggol buah pisang kapok (Musa acuminata × balbisiana) 68,90g (13,78%). Formulasi salep yang berasal dari ekstrak getah dari bonggol pisang ambon dan kepok menggunakan bahan basis salep yang berlemak yaitu campuran antara vaselin album (yang merupakan dasar dari salep hidrokarbon) dan adeps lanae (yang merupakan dasar dari salep absorpsi) sehingga menghasilkan suatu sediaan salep yang telah memenuhi standar salep. Salep dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi F1 (Ambon 20%), F2 (Ambon 25%), F3 (Kepok 20%), dan F4 (Kepok 25%). Uji pH menghasilkan pH F1 4,52 dan F2 4,48, Viskositas F1 15400 cp dan F2 15400 cp, uji daya sebar bobot batu timbang 50g F1 4,9 cm, F2 4,5 cm dan bobot batu timbang F1 7,0 cm, F2 7,1 . Pada uji antimikroba, salep dari ekstrak getah bonggol pisang ambon efektif dalam memberi hambatan pertumbuhan baketri Staphylococcus aureus. Sedangkan pada salep ekstrak getah bonggol pisang kepok menunjukkan hasil pengujian pH F3.3,00, F4. 3,05, Uji Viskositas F3. 14500cp, F4.14300cp, uji daya sebar bobot batu timbang 50g F3. 4,4cm, F4. 4,8cm, bobot batu timbang 100 g F3. 7,0cm F4. 6,9 cm. Pada uji antinbakteri Staphylococcus aureus salep getah bonggol pisang kepok efektif menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Berdasarkan data yang ada, disimpulkan bahwa salep dari ekstrak bonggol buah pisang ambon dan kepok dapat digunakan sebagai penghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus
