Interior Design of Public and Accommodation Spaces for A 5000 GT Ferry Ro-Ro
Currently in Indonesia, the need for maximum service in terms of passenger transportation on ships needs to be increased in order to compete with other modes of transportation such as airplanes and trains. The lack of customer satisfaction is caused by several factors such as the condition of the facilities and the comfort of the passengers on the trip. The quality of the facilities and services of the passenger ship can be improved by redesigning the interior of the public facilities and accommodation space for the passengers of the ship. The interior design is carried out to increase public interest in using the services of the ferry. Based on the results of a survey of ship passengers' opinions, it is known that passenger comfort can be improved, especially on the factors of cleanliness, room arrangement, air circulation, rejuvenation of the room as well as interior visuals that are made more attractive. The result of conceptualizing and designing the interior of the ship is that it is necessary to have an interior design that is popular with the public, has its own characteristics, attracts public attention, and is simple and not shabby design. The design concept that fits the needs above is the Avant basic concept because this design theme is a translation of current design trends and presents its own characteristics for the ship. Interior rearrangements and furniture adjustments were made according to the activities on the ship and adjusted to the passenger comfort factor according to marine standards while taking into account the statutory regulations
Studi Kebutuhan Desain Tas Wanita Kustomisasi untuk Generasi Z sebagai Sarana Ekspresi Diri
Abstrak- Perkembangan produk kustomisasi seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan generasi Z untuk Mengekspresikan diri. Karakteristik Generasi Z ini berdampak pada berbagai sektor industri, salah satunya industri fesyen. Bagi Generasi Z, dengan mengenakan produk fesyen dapat memperlihatkan jati diri mereka pada orang lain. Bahkan, Generasi Z rela mengganti tas untuk menyesuaikan gaya dan kebutuhan mereka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, produk-produk existing masih kurang efisien, dan belum memenuhi kebutuhan Generasi Z dalam mengekspresikan diri. Karena itu, penelitian dilakukan untuk mempelajari aspek-aspek yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan produk tas wanita yang dapat disesuaikan dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat, penulis melakukan observasi lapangan, melakukan wawancara, dan pengumpulan data. Temuan-temuan tersebut dibandingkan dengan literatur untuk merumuskan DR&O (Design Requirements and Objectives), lalu dikembangkan menjadi konsep desain. Selanjutnya, penulis membuat sketsa ideasi dan desain alternatif, lalu melakukan pembuatan studi model untuk menguji desain. Desain final yang dibuat berupa tas yang dapat dikustomisasi menggunakan sistem interchangeable dengan mekanisme snap button. Komponen tas yang dapat dibongkar-pasang adalah base tas, flap dan strap, masing-masing komponen memiliki variasi yang dapat dikombinasikan sesuai citra yang diinginkan. Tas kustomisasi ini mewadahi kebutuhan Generasi Z untuk ekspresi diri. Ekspresi yang dapat ditonjolkan dari produk ini adalah minimalist preppy, girly feminine, casual boyish, elegant glamour dan retro indie.Abstract—The development of customized products is in line with the increasing need for Z Generation's self expression. Most characteristics of Z Generation have an impact on various industrial sectors, one of which is the fashion industry. For the Z Generation, wearing fashion products can show their identity to others. In fact, they are willing to change bags to suit their style. This shows that in general, existing bags products are still less efficient, and have not met the needs of Z Generation in expressing themselves. Therefore, this research is done to study the aspects needed to develop women's bag products that can be adapted depending on what the user wants. To obtain accurate data, the authors conducted field observations, conducted interviews, and collected data. These findings are compared with the literature to formulate DR&O (Design Requirements and Objectives), then developed into a design concept. Next, the author sketches ideation and alternative designs and made a model study to test the design. The final design is a bag that can be customized using an interchangeable system with a snap button mechanism. The components of the bag that can be disassembled are the base bag, flap and strap, each component has variations that can be combined according to the desired image. This customized bag caters to Generation Z's need for self-expression. Vanname Shrimp Health Monitoring System Using Internet of Things-based Image Processing Method
Viruses are known to have attacked vaname shrimp, shrimp infected with the virus showed several abnormal things, including the appearance of a reddish color on the shrimp's body, and redness on the shrimp's tail. In healthy Vannamei Shrimp, the shrimp body shows a brownish color, and there is no reddish color on the tail and body of the shrimp. Implementation of a prototype of a shrimp health monitoring system needs to be done to determine the health condition of shrimp. This final project will produce a prototype that can monitor shrimp health, by adopting Artificial Intelligent (AI) learning technology for image processing and recognition. Development of Optimum Design B-Series Propeller with Engine Propeller Matching, A Case Study 60-Meters Patrol Boat
in preliminary ship design and ship propulsion systems, it is important to have a simple method of determining the optimization of the propeller diameter and propeller efficiency, as the minimum input data to arrive at a rough estimate of performance. This problem can be solved using propeller diagrams of the open water test series or polynomial regression. This research will introduce an optimization method for the design of the B series. The propeller design process, which was carried out as a single objective function using the MatLab code numerical method, encountered problems due to cavitation, required propeller thrust and engine propeller matching. Engine propeller matching is the matching of engine power, the hull and the propeller to achieve design speed with optimal efficiency. This research focus on case study results of testing a patrol boat with a length of 60 m. By using a computer program, this 60m patrol boat is able to reach a speed of 23.5 knots using a B5-92 and an engine power of 2935 kW with an efficiency of 64.2%. Using the DESPPC program, the 60m patrol boat is able to reach a speed of 23.5 using a B5-989 and an engine power of 2927 kW with an ETA-O efficiency of 64.5%. It can be concluded that the small computer program can be used as a B-Series propeller optimization method. For future research, this method will be developed for the other series based on polynomial regression such as Gawn series and Kaplan series
Analisis Pengaruh Covid-19 Dan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) Terhadap Fluktuasi IHSG
Covid-19 is a global disaster that affects various aspects, one of which has an impact on the economy. One of the indicators of economic stability is the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). During the Covid-19 pandemic, the JCI fluctuated because many investors withdrew their money and switched to safe heaven investment. One example of safe heaven investment is gold, so in this study, the prediktort variables used were the price of gold, the rupiah exchange rate, the number of Covid-19 patients, and the status of the PSBB. The PSBB status used is the implementation of PSBB in DKI Jakarta using three periods, namely, pre-PSBB, PSBB, and post-PSBB (new normal era). Based on the results of the analysis, the variables that significantly influence the fluctuation of the JCI are all prediktort variables with a R2 value of 71.1%. So it can be concluded that the model formed is suitable for predicting the JCI value, as well as the selected prediktort variables, can explain the variation of the JCI by 71.1%. From this significant variable, it can also be used as an alternative in investment during a pandemic like now
Factors Affecting the Covid-19 Risk in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia: A Bayesian Spatial Model
The transmission of Coronavirus diseases 2019 (Covid-19) grows continuously around the world. Although a number of researches of modelling Covid-19 cases have been conducted, there was limited research implementing the Bayesian Spatial Conditional Autoregressive (CAR) model. Factors affecting the Covid-19 risk especially population density and distance to the capital city have been studied, but the results are inconsistent and limited research has been done in Indonesia. This study aims to assess the most appropriate Bayesian spatial CAR Leroux models and examine factors that affect the risk of Covid-19 in South Sulawesi Province. Data on the number of Covid-19 cases (19 March 2020 - 31 January 2022), population density, and distance to the capital city were used for every 24 districts. Several criteria were used in choosing the most appropriate model. The results depict that Bayesian spatial CAR Leroux with hyperprior IG (1, 0.01) model with the inclusion of population density were preferred. It is concluded that a factor that significantly affects the number of Covid-19 cases is population density. There was a positive correlation between the population density and Covid-19 risk. Makassar city has the highest relative risk (RR) among other districts while Bone has the lowest RR of Covid-19
Analisis Penurunan Tanah dengan Perkuatan Water Cement Grouting Pada Proyek Preservasi Ruas Tuban – Babat – Lamongan – Gresik
Struktur lapisan tanah dasar pada ruas jalan Bts.Kab.Gresik – Bts.Kota Lamongan (Km.Sby.39+650 – 41+000) berupa tanah kohesif lempung kelanauan sampai kedalaman 10 meter dengan potensi mengembang tinggi dan daya dukung tanah dasar rendah. Perkuatan tanah dasar dengan metode water cement grouting diharapkan dapat memperkuat formasi lapisan tanah dan menjadikan lapisan tanah lebih padat sehingga mampu mendukung beban dengan maksimal dan penurunan (settlement) dapat diminimalkan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh effektifitas penggunaan water cement grouting pada badan jalan, ditinjau dari penyebaran dan besar penurunan akibat beban kendaraan dilakukan analisis permodelan pada aplikasi Plaxis. Analisis penurunan disimulasikan dengan variasi panjang sebaran grouting 0,5 m, 2,5 m, 5,5 m dan variasi komposisi campuran parameter tanah asli dengan material water cement grouting yaitu 10% dan 20% material grout. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai penurunan tanah pada jalan eksisting sebelum dilakukan perkuatan adalah sebesar 2,892 cm. Pada permodelan dengan variasi panjang sebaran grouting menunjukkan bahwa semakin panjang sebaran grouting maka penurunan yang terjadi semakin kecil. Pada panjang sebaran grouting 0,5 meter rata-rata penurunan semakin mengecil sebanyak 38% dari penurunan tanah asli, pada panjang sebaran grouting 2,5 meter rata-rata penurunan tanah mengecil 46% dan pada panjang sebaran 5,5 meter rata-rata penurunan mengecil 72% sedangkan pada permodelan dengan variasi komposisi campuran grouting dengan tanah asli menunjukkan bahwa penurunan tanah memiliki nilai yang hampir sama walaupun panjang sebaran bervariasi, namun cenderung meningkat jika komposisi campuran grouting semakin banyak. Secara keseluruhan variasi diatas, penurunan tanah dengan perkuatan water cement grouting cenderung mengecil jika dibandingkan dengan penurunan tanah pada kondisi eksisting sehingga perkuatan tanah dengan water cement grouting ditinjau efektif dalam mereduksi penurunan tanah
Hybrid Analysis of Marriage Information System Using Webqual 4.0, EUCS, and Importance-Performance Matrix Method
Electronic-based governance is a way for Central and Regional Government Agencies to utilize information technology. Ministry of religion created SIMKAH WEB as one of the forms of E-government. This application helps administer marriages and is integrated with other applications by sector. The primary purpose of this application is to improve services and digital data presentation. This study analyzes the quality of SIMKAH WEB based on user perceptions, namely employees of the Ministry of Religion and prospective brides. The method used in this research is Webqual 4.0, EUCS, and Importance Performance Analysis Matrix. We combined the two approaches, Webqual and EUCS, and then analyzed them with the IPA Matrix. The result was compared against the results given by each method when it was carried out separately. Another benefit is providing recommendations for improvement based on each technique. Several methods will show which way has the highest suitability level and provide suggestions for improving the SIMKAH application. Based on the suitability level analysis results, the combined Method obtained a value of 92.85%, EUCS 92.64%, and Webqual 90.13
