The need for qualified and competitive human resources in this era of globalization requires the government to be more serious in recruiting prospective civil servants so that the realization of good service and organizational needs for existing position qualifications can be met. The implementation of the 2021 civil servant candidate selection at Pattimura University is carried out based on the regulations of the State Civil Service Agency with several stages of selection, one of which is the Basic Competence Selection with a predetermined value standard. This study aims to classify the test results of Candidates for Civil Servants at Pattimura University. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the State Civil Service Agency in 2021. The method used in this study is the Decision Tree method. The results show that there are 4 classes (classification) with an Accuracy value of 75%, Classification Error of 25%, Kappa of 0.947, Recall of 97.14%, and Precision of 93.94%
Strategic Planning Customer Experience using Predictive Analysis Indihome PT Telkom
Telkom transformation paradigm by Innovating and disrupting the fast-changing industry is the main challenge right now. There is external challenging such as changing customer behavior and high performing Customer Experience (CX) focused industries that seeing customer and business growth. In PT Telkom itself, internal challenges there is a financial performance on a decreasing trend and for Net Promoter Score (NPS) is below best in class benchmark globally. The objective is elevating CX as a corporate strategic priority, engaging all stakeholders to achieve CX transformation. PT Telkom every year doing Net Promoter Score and Net Emotional Value (NEV) to measuring the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships and customer satisfaction that correlated with revenue growth. The author takes the model from secondary data from NPS and NEV Report from 2014 – 2018 of PT Telkom Indonesia, focused in Telkom Regional 3 West Java and assign relationship and satisfaction dimension and attribute. Using predictive analytics is a method that analyzing current and historical facts to make predictions about the future to determine an accurate strategy and can improve customer experience based on the appropriate level of correlation. From NPS and NEV report the dimensions and attributes are processed by predictive analysis using correlation and regression. The fact-finding that based on that analytics will be a strong correlation attributes that would become the key to strategic planning for a customer experience that in a lining with corporate strategy. The strong correlation attribute from this statistical processing is the installation process is long, friendliness of the technician, and ease of accessing points. Then the strategic planning for customer experience is from the result from predictive analytics combine with benchmarking with other telco’s company to propose strategic program end-to-end customer journey and integrated to back end system, digitalization and digital ecosystem will be impacted and gave a result business and revenue
Feature Selection Using Hybrid Binary Grey Wolf Optimizer for Arabic Text Classification
Feature selection in Arabic text is a challenging task due to the complex and rich nature of Arabic. The feature selection requires solution quality, stability, conver- gence speed, and the ability to find the global optimal. This study proposes a feature selection method using the Hybrid Binary Gray Wolf Optimizer (HBGWO) for Ara- bic text classification. The HBGWO method combines the local search capabilities or exploratory of the BGWO and the search capabilities around the best solutions or exploits of the PSO. HBGWO method also combines SCA’s capabilities in finding global solutions. The data set used Arabic text from islambook.com, which consists of five Hadith books. The books selected five classes: Tauhid, Prayer, Zakat, Fasting, and Hajj. The results showed that the BGWO-PSO-SCA feature selection method with the fitness function search and classification method using SVM could per- form better on Arabic text classification problems. BGWO-PSO with fitness function and the classification method using SVM (C=1.0) gives a high accuracy value of 76.37% compared to without feature selection. The BGWO-PSO-SCA feature selec- tion method provides an accuracy value of 88.08%. This accuracy value is higher than the BGWO-PSO feature selection and other feature selection methods
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PARAMETRIC DESIGN PRACTICE IN ARCHITECTURE TEACHING – HOW IT CAN BE IMPLEMENTED IN INDONESIA?
Parametric design practice is thriving in the realm of architecture for the last decade. This development is caused by the dynamic progress of computational design technology allowing the designer to engage in complex geometry generation and parametric optimization in the design process. The interoperability of parametric design tool with building simulation software is the key in the parametric design trend that enables designers to solve different socio-environmental problems. Considering of its potencies and development, this study investigates how parametric design practice should be implemented in architecture education, especially in the context of Indonesia university. Reflecting on the teaching case studies in different universities, parametric design should be implemented in architecture teaching, starting from advanced 3D modelling and design fabrication practices. A framework of parametric design teaching is proposed, which can be feasibly implemented in the context of Indonesia university where the awareness of parametric design trend is just growing
Elementary Analysis of the Communication Complexity of Divide-and-Conquer Diffie-Hellman Key Agreement Protocol
We present a rigorous elementary analysis of the communication complexity of the Divide-and-Conquer Diffie-Hellman Key Agreement Protocol (DC-DHKA). The analysis is conducted by first determining the number of transmissions in DC-DHKA and then comparing the resulting communication complexity of this protocol with other variants of Diffie-Hellman key agreement protocols that utilize regular Diffie-Hellman key, namely the ING, GDH.1, GDH.2, and GDH.3 protocols. The mathematical and numerical analyses show that the total number of bits transmitted in the DC-DHKA protocol is always fewer than those of ING, GDH.1, and GDH.2 protocols for a group of N >= 19 participants. In addition, we also prove that the total number of bits required for the entire messages’ transmissions in DC-DHKA protocol for N participants that uses the multiplicative group Fq* is log2(q) 2^(log2(N)) (log2(N) + 1) - 2
Effect of loading type on RC T-Beam sections involving construction errors
The paper presents the effect of loading type on RC T-beam sections involving construction errors. This study involved 12 RC T- beams specimens divided into two main categories according to loading method. First category were loaded with uniformly distributed load at two-edges of slab while the second, were loaded with two-point concentrated loads at the middle length of beam specimen. The aim of this study is to evaluate, the effect of malposition of slab reinforcement, unequal configuration of slab reinforcement and change in bar diameter of slab reinforcement on the structural behavior of T-beam sections. The results indicated that malposition of slab reinforcement leads to a lower bending moment capacity of the slab. Flexural capacity of T-beams were higher than the rectangular beams where part of slab contributes to the resistance of the loads. Well-arranged distribution of reinforcement improves the ductile behavior of the slab and reduces the corresponding deflections
Tension Leg Rectangular Fish Cage Motion Analysis in Regular and Random Waves
This paper uses an analytical method to examine the motion of a Tension Leg Fish Cage (TLFC) in regular and random waves. TLFC is a conceptual design of a fish cage based on the Tension Leg Platform (TLP) working principle that is usually used in deep water offshore oil and gas exploration. The idea of providing a safe environment to combine ecotourism and fish farming in a single platform led us to perform an analytical calculation to assess the possibility of using the TLP concept in fish farming. A preliminary conceptual design of TLFC using an HDPE floater with steel cable tendon is presented. The analytical calculation of the response amplitude operator for surge and heave motion is presented using linear airy wave theory with head seas encountering angle. This paper also presents the calculation of TLFC surge and heave motion under random wave loads. The random wave spectra used in this paper are JONSWAP and ISSC spectra. The result shows that the surge and heave motion response of TLFC is relatively smalland, therefore, can be analyzed further with more detailed consideration. It is admitted that HDPE is a brittle material that cannot sustain any long period of constant tension. Hence the optimum tendon-floater connection for the structure is subject to further research

Investigation Potential of Ship Recycling Model: Literature Research
Ship recycling pays attention globally as it becomes a need for sustainable development. Industrialized countries begin to move ship recycling activities to develop nations where labor is paid cheaply, and safety and environmental issues are not as strictly enforced. This challenge is mostly the effect of high costs as it occurs in a standardized process. This paper aims to identify a design of a cleaner production concept to improve the ship recycling model, where the negative impact caused by ship recycling needs to be minimized immediately through a sustainable approach. In order to convert ship dismantling into Green Ship Recycling, there are several ship recycling regulations that can be used as standardization and development that must be carried out based on guidelines related to technology and facilities, material handling, worker and environment safety, ship recycling plans, and the layout
