    Evaluasi Kinerja Aset Bangunan Gedung Kantor Cabang Utama Bandung PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)

    PT Pos Indonesia merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). Salah satu aset bangunan milik PT Pos Indonesia adalah Gedung Kantor Cabang Utama Bandung yang memiliki luas lahan 6.005 m2 dan bangunan 8.528 m2. Permasalahan pada gedung kantor ini yaitu terdapat kerusakan pada bagian gedung antara lain cat dinding yang mengelupas serta atap, lantai, pintu, jendela yang tidak terawat dan memadai. Dalam pengoperasiannya, tingkat penggunaan bangunan gedung hanya 35% untuk kegiatan operasional, sebanyak 65% dalam kondisi kosong tidak digunakan sehingga tersisa kapasitas mengganggur (idle capacity). Permasalahan kondisi fisik dan fungsional aset bangunan gedung Kantor Cabang Utama Bandung dapat meningkatkan beban keuangan (financial burden) yang timbul akibat pemeliharaan dan perbaikan pada komponen aset bangunan gedung yang tidak secara optimum difungsikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja aset yang meliputi kinerja fisik (physical), fungsional (functional), dan finansial (financial). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif (kualitatif dan kuantitatif). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja aset Gedung Kantor Cabang Utama Bandung belum optimal ditandai dengan pencapaian kinerja fisik 46,15% (kurang baik), kinerja fungsional 53,75% (buruk/tidak layak), dan kinerja finansial yang telah memenuhi standar tetapi hanya diperoleh dari perhitungan aset produktif perusahaan sebesar 35%

    The role of light has been studied, examined, and analyzed for the built environment from ancient times. The methodology was conducted by literature review and precedents study to determine shifts in viewpoints that become the basis of architectural lighting design practice. This paper will discuss four evolution viewpoints but understanding the sky with its properties is the first step before moving forward. The first evolution will focus on light's role from perception to narration; the second one will examine light from the point of development of aperture to performance; the third will investigate light from material to immaterial with a particular focus on light's immateriality from the point of view of J.J. Gibson, and the last part will have an overview of light's purpose from quantitative value to its contemplative tranquillity. All four evolutions will provide broad strokes from one extreme to the other to highlight the shift of lighting knowledge and applications

    Analisis Pengaruh Kedalaman Saluran Pengarah Aliran Pada Pelimpah (Spillway) Dengan Pemodelan Numerik

    Desain pelimpah samping berpotensi menimbulkan aliran helicoidal. Aliran tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan beban hidrodinamis pada struktur pelimpah. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut maka saluran pengarah aliran harus didesain kecepatan alirannya maksimal 4 meter/detik. Pemodelan numerik dilakukan dengan program OpenFOAM. Data yang dibutuhkan yaitu dimensi, debit, dan tinggi muka air penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh parameter sensitivitas model, menganalisis model numerik terhadap model eksperimen berdasarkan profil muka air, menganalisis hubungan antara rasio kedalaman bendungan dan kedalaman saluran pengarah aliran terhadap parameter hidraulikanya. Didapatkan hasil bahwa model numerik dengan OpenFOAM memiliki performa yang baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh rata-rata nilai RMSE untuk setiap simulasi yaitu 0,996 dan nilai koefisien NASH yaitu 0,074. Parameter yang paling sensitif yaitu kerapatan mesh. Rasio (H/P) berpengaruh terhadap profil muka air diatas mercu. Semakin kecil rasio (H/P) maka, semakin besar penurunan muka air yang terjadi.     Pola simetri p2mm adalah wallpaper group yang mempunyai simetri rotasi , refleksi terhadap sumbu-x dan sumbu-y, dan translasi terhadap sumbu-x dan sumbu-y. Dalam artikel ini, pola simetri p2mm berwarna dibangkitkan melalui sebuah simulasi sistem dinamik diskrit menggunakan aplikasi Matlab, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan analisis terhadap syarat dan pemilihan pada fungsi dinamiknya. Dalam pembangkitan pola p2mm ini, setiap titik pada bidang dijadikan sebagai titik awal pada iterasi sistem dinamik diskrit, dan jumlah iterasi yang dihasilkan menentukan warna pada titik tersebut. Dengan menggunakan beberapa kombinasi nilai-nilai parameter pada fungsi dinamik, diperoleh variasi pola-pola p2mm yang menarik dan estetis

    Each settlement has specific characteristics and characteristics based on their respective backgrounds. Gang Nibung Samarinda is an urban kampong settlement on the banks of the Karang Mumus River of Samarinda City. Characteristics of riverside settlements are different from settlements that do not have rivers, these characteristics can be reviewed from how the community adapts to be able to use space on housing and environment in riverside city villages. The community adapts to be able to meet its needs causing changes in residential space and environmental space. Characteristics of the condition of the Gang nibung settlement site, which is mainly surrounded by rivers, make the orientation of occupancy facing towards the river makes the space on the riverbank becomes used space for its people. This study uses field study methods in reviewing space adaptation activities in riverside villages.     Electrical energy has become a significant need to run the country's economy. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities were in the main realized at home. As a result, the national electricity demand has increased significantly. The solar power plant in the marine is also a good alternative in areas that are constrained by the lack of land as a Solar Power Plant development site. This research is motivated by the need for solar power plants using sustainable photovoltaic (PV) technology, aiming to accelerate the improvement of the quality and competence of lecturers and students in carrying out sustainable Renewable Energy (REY) research by applying the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) model. The research method begins by conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which can support the relevance of sustainable REY research. The result of this research is a literature review of solar canopy PV, which is modified to be valuable in courses in the form of a sustainable REY Semester Learning Plan for one semester. From our current research, we hope that in future research, solar panel technology can not only be applied on land but also more broadly. For example, it can be applied in marine waters so that the use of solar panels can be used in many places

    Numerical Analysis on Flexibility of Unexpanded Balloon-Expandable Stent

    A stent is a mesh of micro metal tube commonly used to provide support to an enlarged blood vessels that are narrowed due to plaque growth. To function correctly, a stent must have specific characteristics, which includes good flexibility. The flexibility of the stent can be predicted using the finite element method simulation. The type of stent studied are the sinusoidal and spiral type balloon-expandable stent. The 3D model is created in Solidworks 2016, while the structural analysis is performed with ANSYS Workbench Student R18. The simulation carried out is a four-point bending test. The analyzed parameters are the von Mises stress and the flexibility value of the stent. The material model for the stent is isotropic SS 316 L, while the balloon was polyurethane which is modeled as hyper-elastic material. The results obtained from this study are sinusoidal type stents can be deflected up to 0.221 mm to remain in the elastic area, while spiral type stents can be deflected up to 0.109 mm. The maximum flexibility value of the sinusoidal type stent is 0.003526 N-1.mm-2 while the spiral type stent is 0.002478 N-1.mm-2

    Ruang guru merupakan tempat guru untuk bekerja melakukan aktivitasnya yaitu kegiatan administrasi guru. Sistem bekerja pada ruang guru berkembang sesuai dengan pola aktivitas dan kebutuhan penggunanya sehingga kebutuhan ruang kerja juga mengikuti kebutuhan aktivitas penggunanya. Beberapa masalah seperti, perubahan sistem bekerja saat pandemi, sirkulasi yang kurang nyaman, kebutuhan storage yang belum mencukupi, dan citra dari ruang guru belum menonjol menjadi masalah yang dihadapi penggunanya. Re-desain interior bangunan cagar budaya pada ruang guru SMAK St. Louis 1 kali ini bertujuan, agar masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pengguna dapat diatasi dan menjamin kenyamanan guru dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya pada pasca COVID-19 atau New Normal. Yang menjadi tantangan berikutnya adalah, bangunan ini merupakan bangunan cagar budaya yaitu, peninggalan dari kolonial Belanda dengan gaya arsitekturnya Art Nouveau dan Art Deco yang menjadi acuan untuk gaya desain interiornya. Batasan atau peraturan dalam revitalisasi bangunan cagar budaya juga menjadi tantangan dalam perancangan kali ini.     Analysis of Thrust & Torque B-Series Propeller using CFD: Variation of Blade and nProp

    The propeller is an important part of determining the ship's maneuverability. The propeller itself is a tool to produce thrust that comes from engine power which is transmitted through the shaft. At their defined radial position, Propeller thrust (N) and torque (Nm) are formed from propeller blade foil sections at the local lift and drag. Particularly, the total propeller thrust will be integrated into an axial lift vector for the sections from root to tip. The selection of a good propulsion device will affect the force of the ship. One way to choose the propulsion of the ship is the selection the type of propeller and the provision of new propeller variations to produce maximum thrust. For that reason, this study aims to analyze of thrust and torque of B-series propellers using CFD by varying the number of blades: 3, 4, and 5 blades; and the propeller speed (nProp) i.e., 325, 525, and 725 rpm. The numerical analysis using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was conducted to identify the thrust (N) and force (Nm) of the propeller. The CFD simulation consists of three main steps: pre-processor, solver manager, and post-processor.     Experimental Study on Destroy of Dolos Armored Breakwater, Pacitan in Indonesia

    The breakwater armored with 15 T Dolos block had destroyed several times during constructing even the section verified by experiment study in wave flume, and it was destroyed again after the repair design and test verification. The damage phenomena were compared between on site and in the lab. In the third model test study, it proposed the problems of rod broken caused by block shaking and rolling impact, as well as overall sliding caused by small block supporting the big block. The stability of the repair plan was verified again by increasing the block weight, and the section was verified under the wave impact after on-site implementation. The study also revealed the fact that shaking led to the broken of the rod and the breakwater failure
