    Problems related to facilities and infrastructure management strategies are quite extensive, so it is impossible to resolve them considering the limited time that researchers have. Therefore, it is necessary to limit the problem to further focus this research, namely on the scope facilities and infrastructure management strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely research in order to reveal facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occur when the research is running and present it according to research in the field. The research used in this research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive research type because the data collected is in the form of words or images (narrative) so the data is not in the form of numbers. The main activity in every research is data collection. The data collection technique in this research aims to obtain accurate and valid data. In implementing the management strategy for facilities and infrastructure towards achieving accreditation which is expressed in the form of recognition. The accreditation scale is prepared based on the school accreditation guidebook, an activity of assessing the suitability of a school based on criteria that have been determined and carried out by the School Accreditation Body (BAS), the results of which are realized in the form of a ranking. feasibility which includes: a) Curriculum and learning process, b) School administration and management, c) School organization and institutions, d) Facilities and infrastructure, e) Students. f) (school accreditation guidebook)

    Teacher success is closely related to school success. A good school principal can influence and encourage teachers to actively participate in all school activities so that the school can achieve its vision and mission. This can be achieved by involving teachers more frequently in school decision-making processes. This quantitative research uses the correlation method. The goal is to create and use mathematical models, theories, and hypotheses about natural phenomena. The results of this research show that the principal\u27s decision making variable and the teacher\u27s work motivation variable at Sinar Husni Private High School have a significant correlation. The research results show that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable (41.914 is greater than 4.28) and the significance level is 0.00 greater than 0.05

    Penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan permainan berjudul Hanzi Bihua menggunakan prosedur penelitian milik Borg and Gall dengan metode pengembangan produk ADDIE oleh Molenda. Data penelitian pengembangan media ini adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan instrumen angket. Pengembangan media ini telah divalidasi layak oleh ahli desain, ahli materi, dan ahli media. Subjek penelitian adalah 66 peserta didik kelas 2 SD JAC Surabaya yang dibagi dalam tiga kelompok ujicoba: kelompok kecil, sedang, dan besar. Hasil uji coba media pada kelompok kecil dan sedang adalah layak dengan revisi. Sedangkan hasil uji coba kelompok besar adalah layak tanpa revisi. Sehingga media ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran

    Airport management is very important and plays a very important role in increasing the growth of the aviation sector and the economy, because every time there is movement of aircraft traffic carrying out arrival and departure activities from an airport, both domestic and international. The aim of this research is to find out (1) the role of an airport, (2) how an airport is managed, (3) the difference between commercial airports and airports managed by the Air Force. This research method is a literature study and an exploratory descriptive approach. It can be concluded that: the important role of airports, namely as a node of the air transportation network, a door to economic sustainability, a place for activities to change modes of transportation, opening regional isolation, handling disasters, and infrastructure to strengthen state sovereignty. The private sector needs to be involved in the form of cooperative operations and management contracts with major capital expenditure, which is mostly realized in government-private cooperation in airport management

    Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan temuan mengenai rendahnya keterampilan menulis narasi peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh model pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi peserta didik kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental  dengan menggunakan pretest-posttest nonequivalent multiple-group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V yang berada di SDN Wilayah Binaan II Kecamatan Cipayung Jakarta Timur. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bambu Apus 03 Pagi Kecamatan Cipayung, yang mana penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pretest, posttest dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan model pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data penelitian diambil dari tes keterampilan menulis narasi dan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi model pembelajaran bamboo dancing dan CIRC terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi peserta didik secara signifikan (2) implementasi model pembelajaran bamboo dancing terbukti lebih baik dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi peserta didik dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran  CIRC (3) kemampuan berpikir kritis terbukti dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan menulis narasi peserta didik. Abstract This research was motivated by findings regarding the low narrative writing skills of students. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of learning models and critical thinking skills on the narrative writing skills of fifth grade elementary school students. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research using a nonequivalent multiple-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were fifth grade elementary school students in the Wilayah Binaan II Kecamatan Cipayung, East Jakarta. The sample in this study was 5th grade elementary school students in SDN Bambu Apus 03 Pagi. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instruments used in this research are pretest, posttest and observation sheet on the implementation of the learning model. Research data collection was taken from tests of students\u27 narrative writing skills and critical thinking abilities. Based on data analysis, research results were obtained which showed that (1) the application of the bamboo dancing and CIRC learning models was proven to be able to significantly improve students\u27 narrative writing skills (2) the application of the bamboo dancing learning model was proven to be better in improving students\u27 narrative writing skills compared to the CIRC learning (3) critical thinking skills are proven to influence students\u27 narrative writing skills

    Dengan bertambahnya jumlah sekolah, sekolah dasar swasta sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan dihadapkan pada persaingan yang semakin kompleks. Oleh karena itu sekolah harus memiliki keunggulan bersaing agar tetap sustainable. Implementasi manajemen strategik dalam pendidikan dirasa penting untuk menumbuhkan keunggulan bersaing setiap lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategi keunggulan bersaing di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zahra 2 Sragen. Sekolah baru yang mampu eksis di tengah kompetisi dengan sekolah lain yang sudah ada maupun yang berdiri setelahnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zahra 2 Sragen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi yaitu triangulasi sumber, teknik pengumpulan informasi, dan waktu. Analisis data dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periode tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zahra 2 Sragen menerapkan manajemen strategi keunggulan bersaing. Diawali dengan pengamatan lingkungan, perumusan strategi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Dari proses manajemen strategi ini, ditetapkan beberapa strategi yang menunjang keunggulan bersaing sekolah, yang berfokus pada strategi diferensiasi. Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Az Zahra 2 Sragen mendiferensiasikan dirinya dengan cara memakai kurikulum khas, menjaga kualifikasi dan mutu Sumber Daya Manusia yang mereka miliki, prestasi yang dihasilkan, penetapan biaya pendidikan yang lebih layak, serta kemudahan dalam aturan pembiayaan

    The Role of Islamic Principles in EFL Teaching Strategies within the Merdeka Curriculum

    This study investigates the integration of Islamic principles into English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching strategies within the Merdeka Curriculum, a student-centered educational framework in Indonesia. Recognizing the global importance of English and the ethical foundation of Islamic values, the research explores how values such as honesty, discipline, and respect can enhance EFL teaching practices. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, and literature review. The findings show that integrating Islamic principles with the Merdeka Curriculum fosters a balanced educational environment that prioritizes both academic success and character development. Strategies like reflective practices, collaborative learning, and ethical discussions were found to effectively incorporate these values into teaching, promoting student engagement and enhancing critical thinking, moral reasoning, and language skills.The study also highlights the flexibility of the Merdeka Curriculum in embedding moral considerations into teaching, preparing students for academic and personal challenges. The implications suggest the need for a values-based approach to language education, with recommendations for teacher training and development of materials reflecting both linguistic and ethical goals. Future research could examine the long-term impact on students\u27 holistic development and explore broader applications in education

    Peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi merupakan keniscayaan untuk menghadapi persaingan dan meraih kepercayaan masyarakat. Eksistensi Perguruan Tinggi Islam (PTI) di Indonesia sangat urgen, terutama sebagai pilar pendidikan Islam secara keseluruhan. PTI memiliki misi sebagai center of excellence untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang unggul dan bermanfaat bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna: Menganalisis kebijakan pengembangan mutu PTI berbasis pesantren di Kabupaten Jombang. Mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen pengembangan mutu PTI berbasis pesantren di Kabupaten Jombang. Mengidentifikasi model evaluasi manajemen pengembangan mutu PTI berbasis pesantren di Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini memetakan kerangka konseptual strategi pengembangan mutu PTI sebagai salah satu model peningkatan kualitas. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam dan menyeluruh. Pilihan pendekatan fenomenologis didasarkan pada dua alasan: pertama, fenomena di lokasi penelitian bersifat holistik dan tidak terfragmentasi; kedua, penelitian ini bersifat naturalistik, deskriptif, dan induktif, bertujuan menemukan makna di balik fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengembangan mutu PTI berbasis pesantren di Kabupaten Jombang meliputi perencanaan program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta tindak lanjut, yang berfokus pada pembinaan serta peningkatan mutu dosen serta tenaga kependidikan. Implementasi manajemen pengembangan mutu telah memenuhi beberapa kriteria pengembangan sumber daya manusia berbasis pesantren, dengan memperhatikan kesesuaian antara kebutuhan dosen dan staf akademik serta dinamika dunia pendidikan masa depan. Model evaluasi yang diterapkan lebih mengutamakan proses implementasi.     Methods of Anti-Corruption Education According to Sheikh Al-Usaimin\u27s Perspective

    Corruption has become a common thing we hear everyday, as if it has become a culture that will continue to exist in society. Various efforts have been made by the government to eliminate this disease, but it seems that the drugs given are only painkillers, not disease removers, that\u27s why the disease has not disappeared until now, even tends to get bigger. This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of library research, the data comes from related literature that is relevant to the anti-corruption education method in the perspective of Sheikh Al-Usaimin. The results of this study indicate that Sheikh Al-Usaimin\u27s concept includes direction to school principals, teachers and students. The three of them must go hand in hand together. Leaders and teachers provide examples and role models to students, namely in practicing Islamic teachings, including in terms of devotion, being qanaah and staying away from extravagant attitudes or hedonism styles. Leaders apply rules, control and supervise as well as provide guidance and direction. Teachers instill noble values in learners. Learners follow the direction of the school, namely increasing devotion, always feeling with Allah and the Prophet, always being qanaah, maintaining authority and honor, staying away from a luxurious lifestyle, inviting people to practice Islamic teachings

    Peran OSIM dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Ibadah Siswa di MAN 2 Labuhanbatu Utara

    This study aims to describe the role of OSIM in improving student worship discipline at MAN 2 Labuhanbatu Utara. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The sources of informants are the principal, supervising teacher, OSIM chairman and students. The data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and document studies. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the strategic role in improving student discipline through programs such as congregational Dhuhur prayers, Yasin memorization programs and prayers every Saturday, Islamic studies or lectures, Alms every Friday. OSIM also acts as a role model for students in carrying out religious values. Supporting factors for the role of OSIM include support from the school and teachers, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of student awareness in worshiping regularly
