PENGARUH KEMUDAHAN, KEPERCAYAAN DAN KUALITAS INFORMASI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA E – COMMERCE SHOPEE DI KOTA SAMARINDA
Study aims to determine and analyze the factors of convenience, trustworthiness and quality of information on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee in the Samarinda City Community.Grand theory basis used is Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Ease, Trust, Information Quality and Purchase Decision.Data collection used is pre-research and research by distributing questionnaires to several respondents or the public who use the Shopee application in Samarinda City. The population in this study is known by the number of samples totaling 30 respondents, the sampling method using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique or simple random. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression.Results of the study state that partially, convenience has a negative and insignificant effect, trust has a positive and significant effect and the quality of information has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee in Samarinda City. Meanwhile, simultaneously (simultaneously) the ease, trustworthiness and quality of information have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee in Samarinda City
Analisis Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK ETAP) Pada Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan CV. Mitra Jaya Teknik
The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze: The level of conformity of the preparation of the financial statements for the CV. Mitra Jaya Teknik based on Entities Without Public Accountability Financial Accounting Standards (SAK ETAP). The analytical tool used is the Comparative Method. The comparative method is a method of comparison of Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) with the Financial Statements of CV. Mitra Jaya Teknik in 2022.Based on the results of the research that researchers has done on the CV. Mitra Jaya Teknik shows that the CV. Mitra Jaya Teknik has implemented SAK ETAP in the preparation of financial reports. However, reports on changes in equity, cash flow statements and notes to financial statements have not been applied.The results of the study concluded that the preparation of financial reports on CV. Mitra Jaya Teknik is in the category in accordance with the provisions of SAK ETA
PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN HANDPHONE MERK OPPO DI KOTA SAMARINDA
The purpose of this study are : 1) To find out and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Oppo products in Samarinda City. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions for Oppo products in Samarinda City. 3) To find out and analyze the influence of product quality and price together on purchasing decisions for Oppo products in Samarinda City.This research was conducted only on the people of Samarinda city and consumers of Oppo products in Samarinda city. Samples taken as many as 96 respondents with the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using field research and library research. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that 1) Product quality variable had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. 2) The price variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Product quality and price variables together have a significant effect on purchasing decision
Audit Manajemen Fungsi Keuangan Terhadap Kas Pada PT Jasa Mutu Mineral Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the implementation of management audits of the financial function of cash at PT Jasa Mutu Mineral Indonesia. This research is a comparative qualitative research by comparing the conditions that occur related to the company's cash management using the analysis tool list of program questions internal control elements of cash receipts and disbursements. The results of the research analysis show that the implementation of a management audit of the financial function on cash at PT Jasa Mutu Mineral Indonesia is not effective, so it requires improvements to the organizational structure, authorization system and procedures, as well as good cash management practices to increase the effectiveness of the company
PENGARUH HARGA, PRODUK DAN WORD OF MOUTH TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN HELM MEREK GM EVOLUTION DI KOTA SAMARINDA
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for Gm Evolution brand helmets in Samarinda city. The theory used in this study is marketing management, consumer behavior, price, product quality, word of mouth, and the buying decision process. This research was conducted on the general public in Samarinda who shopped for GM Evolution helmets at the Samarinda Helmet Kiosk with a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, using hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of price, product, and word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to purchase GM Evolution helmets at the Samarinda Helmet Kiosk. From the results of multiple regression, the following equation is obtained Y = -6.715 + 0.355X1 + 0.019X2 + 0.667X3 + ε which means that the variables of price, product, and word of mouth have a significant effect on the decision to buy GM Evolution helmets at the Samarinda Helmet Kios
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan pada Sekolah Dasar X di Samarinda
The aim of study is to determine whether: 1). Leadership affects employee work discipline of Sekolah Dasar X in Samarinda. 2). Motivation affects employee work discipline of Sekolah Dasar X in Samarinda. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression with the indicator X1 = Leadership, and X2 = Motivation.The grand theories used is Human Resource Management, especially about leadership, motivation, and work discipline.The population in this study were employees of Sekolah Dasar X Samarinda, totaling 15 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is saturation sampling, which take all of the population as the sample. In collecting data, the researcher distributed questionnaires to the employees through the Google Form.The result of this research shows that 1) the leadership affect the employees work discipline significantly. 2) the motivation affect the employees work discipline significantly.

Under the guidance of Mrs. Mardiana as supervisor I and Mrs. Rina Masithoh Haryadi as supervisor II.The objectives of this research are: 1). To find out and analyze the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision of the Samarinda woven sarong. 2). To find out and analyze the influence of brand image on the purchasing decision of Samarinda woven sarongs. 3). To find out and analyze the influence of product quality and brand image on the purchasing decision of Samarinda woven sarongs.The theoretical basis used is marketing management, especially about product quality, brand image and purchasing decisions.This research was conducted in Samarinda. The samples taken were 97 respondents. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires through a goggle form. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that 1). Product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2). Brand Image variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 3). Product quality and brand image variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Nur Litasari Hasibuan, The Impact of Brand Awareness and Brand Image on the Purchase of Aqua Bottled Water by Residents of Bukit Indah Permai Housing in Samarinda. Mr. Heriyanto served as supervisor I, and Mr. Daury Rahardian Sriandanda served as supervisor II. This study seeks to determine and analyze the impact of brand awareness and brand image on the purchasing decisions of bottled drinking water packaged under the Aqua brand. This study includes three variables: brand awareness, brand image, and purchasing decision. This study was conducted on residents of Bukit Indah Permai Housing Samarinda who consume Aqua bottled water. All of the family heads residing at Bukit Indah Permai Housing Samarinda comprised the study population. Using the Probability Sampling technique with Simple Random Sampling, the research sample consisted of 134 individuals. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. In this study, instruments are evaluated using validity and reliability tests. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 24 program tools constituted the data analysis method. First, brand awareness variables have a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqua bottled water for residents of Bukit Indah Permai Housing Samarinda. Second, brand image variables have a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqua bottled water for residents of Bukit Indah Permai Housing Samarinda. Third, brand awareness and brand image variables, both have a positive significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqua bottled water for residents of Bukit Indah Permai Housing Samarinda.
Pengaruh Kualitas Laba, Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Textile & Garment Tbk. Periode 2018-2021
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of earnings quality, profitability and liquidity on firm value in textile & garment companies, Tbk. Period 2018-2021. The theory used in this study is financial management, earnings quality, profitability, liquidity, company value, and stocks. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 16 companies. The analytical tool used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the earnings quality and liquidity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, while the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value. For every 1% increase in NPM, it will result in a decrease in company value by 62.74%. The conclusion in this study is that the earnings quality and liquidity variables have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value while the profitability variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Earnings quality, profitability and liquidity variables together have a significant effect on firm value variables. Variations in earnings quality, profitability and liquidity variables can explain variations in firm value variables of 54.86%
Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Dasar Pengambilan Keputusan Investasi Pada Hotel Pinang Sangatta
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan Hotel Pinang Sangatta yang diukur dengan rasio efisiensi dan efektifitas sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan investasi pada tahun 2021. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan rasio efisiensi dan efektivitas untuk menilai kinerja keuangannya kemudian diklasifikasikan menurut standarnya. Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Hotel Pinang Sangatta, salah satu hotel yang terletak di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Kabupaten Kutai Timur, Sangatta Utara, Jalan Ahmad Yani. Hotel Pinang adalah hotel yang berdiri sejak 2000 dengan jumlah kamar sebanyak 25 kamar. Pada tahun 2005 Hotel Pinang Sangatta menambah jumlah kamar menjadi 30 kamar dan sebuah restoran. Hasil Analisis menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan Hotel Pinang Sangatta dilihat dari rasio efisiensi dan efektifitass selama tahun 2021 berada pada kriteria efisien dan dapat meningkatkan keputusan investasi pada Hotel Pinang Sangatta pada tahun 202
