Get PDF The formulation of the problem in the increase in cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover in pharmaceutical companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. The theoretical basic for this research is financial management which focuses on working capital which consists of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and liquidity ratio. the analytical tool used is cash turnover accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover and liquidity. The hypothesis in this study is an increase in cash turnover, inventory turnover and working capital turnover followed by an increase in liquidity (current ratio) in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2016. The results of this study stated that the increased in cash turnover was not accompanied by an increase in liquidity in pharmaceutical companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016 the hypothesis was rejected. The increase in receivable turnover is not accompanied by an increase in liquidity in pharmaceutical companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016 hypothesis was rejected. The increase in inventory turnover wasn’t accompanied by an increase in liquidity in pharmaceutical companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016 hypothesis was rejected. The research was conducted in a shop the craft of manic leni tenggarong, as many as 80 samples to be taken with the methods respondents simple random sampling. Data collection to the spread of the questionnaire by using likert scale for measuring a number of indicators. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression.The result of this research show that the economy and social and cultural factors significant together with the resolution of buy the craft of manic in a shop the craft of manic leni tenggarong. Significant cultural factors of the decision of buy the craft of manic in a shop the craft of manic leni tenggarong. Social factors has no significant impact on the decision buy the craft of manic in a shop the craft of manic leni tenggaron

The purpose of this study was to determine cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors on the decision to buy cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. The theory used in this study is consumer behavior, cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, psychological factors and purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Tix application users, id in Samarinda City, with a sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data collection by distributing questionnaires online using the Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that cultural factors have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Social factors have an effect not positive and not significant on the decision to buy cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Personal factors have an effect not positive and not significant on the decision to buy cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the Tix.id site. Cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors together have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the Tix.id site

The sample was 98 students with slovin formula and sample selection using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The findings of this study are tangible variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in TIKI Main Branch Samarinda, empathy variable does not have a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction in TIKI Main Branch Samarinda, reliability variables have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction on TIKI Main Branch Samarinda , the variable of responsiveness does not have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction in TIKI Main Branch of Samarinda, confidence variable has no positive and insignificant effect to customer satisfaction at TIKI Main Branch of Samarinda, trust variable has no positive and insignificant effect to customer satisfaction at TIKI Branch Main Samarinda, intangible variables, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, belief and trust simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at TIKI Main Branch of Samarind

Get PDFThe analytical tool in this study uses descriptive analysis methods and quantitative analysis, namely by multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study uses simple random sampling using the Slovin formula technique, so the sample taken is 266 samples of permanent employees in the production section of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarinda.The results showed that the F value calculated = 143.844, using a significance limit of 0.05, then obtained the significance value was less than 0.05, which is 0.000, this means that simultaneously the variables of work stress and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance . The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.522 or 52.2%, then the coefficient simultaneously in explaining the variation or change in the dependent variable (Y) found the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable 52.2%, while the rest is 47.8%.The results of testing the hypothesis (H1) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 15.444 with a significance level of 0.000 results is smaller than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This test statistically proves that job stress has a positive and dominant effect on employee performance. The results of testing the hypothesis (H2) through the calculation results obtained t count value of 3.215 with a significance level of 0.001 is less than 0.05, which means that the hypothesis in this study Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This test statistically proves that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Tirta Mahakam Resources Tbk Samarind

To find out and analyze information on operational costs of the contract / lease influence in decision making by the PT. Harmoni Panca Utama in Bontang in buying Dewatering Pumps. Data analysis used by the writer in this final project report is quantitative descriptive method. The method used by the author calculates with each of them based on the data that has been obtained. Steps - steps of calculation in making a decision to buy or lease with the calculation of PV, FV and NPV in buying and leasing a Dewatering Pump at PT Harmoni Panca Utama. And compare the calculation of the cost of buying or renting a Dewatering Pump for PT Harmoni Panca Utama. The results of the study revealed that the value of investment and renting had a very significant difference in procuring MF 385 dewatering pumps at PT. Harmoni Panca Utama in Bontang. The value of PV investment per unit is IDR 2,855,000,000 and the value of PV leasing per unit is IDR 6,219,630,709 while the value of FV investment is less than the FV value of lease which is IDR 3,305,019,375 for FV Investment and IDR 7,200,000,000 for FV leasing, as well as the investment NPV value is less than the NPV value of the lease, namely Rp. 450,019,375 for the NPV value of investment and Rp. 980,369,219 for the lease NPV value. Then in accordance with the results of the above calculations, the hypothesis is rejected, which means rent is more detrimental in the procurement of Dewatering Pumps at PT. The problem in this research is whether there is a difference between the implementation of the Fixed Asset Accounting Policy and the Government Accounting Standards for Fixed Assets Based on Accrual PP 71 of 2010 on the Government of Samarinda City. Is the difference detected by the External Examiner in this case the BPK? , and is there an Action Plan or Action Plan to resolve these differences?The theoretical basis of this study uses PP 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a difference between the implementation of Fixed Asset Accounting Policies and Government Accounting Standards for Fixed Assets Based on Accruals PP 71 of 2010 on Samarinda City Government, differences were not detected by External Examiners, there was an action plan to resolve these differences. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of field research and library research. The data used to find out and analyze the suitability between the implementation of fixed asset accounting policies and Government Accounting Standards based on Accruals based on PP 71 of 2010 are the 2015 Samarinda City Financial Statements, Samarinda City Government Accounting Policies, Samarinda City Government Accounting Systems and Procedures, Flowcharts / System Requirements for recording in SIMDA-Finance and SIMDA-BMD, and LHP BPK for the 2015 Samarinda City Government Financial Report. The analytical tool used is the comparative method and using the observation method.The results of the study were 13 differences in implementation, 8 differences were found from observations of the implementation of simda applications, and 5 differences were found from interviews with accounting fields, for 13 differences were juxtaposed with LHP BPK, there were 4 differences in implementation found by CPC, and 4 differences found by the CPC, 3 differences have been included in the action plan document

Get PDFABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the financial performance of the Sustainable Power Credit Union Cooperative for the period 2016-2018 with the application of operating cash flow ratios.The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis, which is the operating cash flow ratio in terms of the ratio of operating cash flows, interest, capital expenditure, total debt, and net income.The results of the study show the financial performance of the Daya Lestari Credit Union Cooperative in 2016, 2017, 2018, the operating cash flow ratio, current liabilities show a number of 0.0737, 0.0251, 0.0575 below 1 and financial performance is not good. Cash coverage against Interest 1.8936, 1.3219, 1.8355 financial performance above 1 is good. Capital Expenditures, 0.6337, 0.1124, 0.2429 Financial performance below 1 is not good. Total Debt, 0.0697, 0.0237, 0.0541 Financial performance below 1 is not good. Net Profit, 41,9027, 48,6474, 15,4912 financial performance above 1 Good. It can be concluded that the financial performance of the Cooperative Credit Union measured by the number of operating cash flow ratios during 2016-2018 is said to be poor.
