Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the growth of the financial performance of PT. PLN (Persero) in the period 2015 – 2020 in terms of the liquidity ratio using indicators (current ratio and quick ratio), solvency ratio using indicators (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total asset ratio), and profitability ratios using indicators (return on equity, net profit margin, and return on assets.The theoretical basis used in this research is financial management, which includes the understanding and functions of financial management, financial statement analysis, financial performance, financial ratios, and financial ratio analysis.The analytical tool used in this research is the liquidity ratio, namely the current ratio and the quick ratio. The solvency ratio is the total debt to equity ratio and the total debt to total asset ratio. Profitability ratios are return on equity, net profit margin, and return on assets.The results of this study indicate the financial performance of PT. PLN (Persero) for the period 2015 - 2020 for the liquidity ratio, the current ratio did not experience growth because it had a fluctuating value which tends to decrease, slightly different from the Quick Ratio which experienced growth despite fluctuating but at the end of 2020 it had a slightly higher value than the period start of calculation. The solvency ratio calculated by the total debt to equity ratio and the total debt to asset ratio grew even though it had experienced a drastic decline in 2016 but after that it increased from 2017 to 2019 although in the end it decreased in 2020. The profitability ratio calculated by return on equity, net profit margin, return on assets did not experience growth, indicated by a decrease in net profit due to the company's increased financial burde

Samples taken as many as 30 respondents with saturated sample method. Data collection techniques using field research and library research. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale to measure each indicator. To describe the effectiveness of service costs in the use of E-samsat as a medium of information services for the community in the city of Samarinda. 4). To describe the effectiveness of service products in the use of E-samsat as a medium of information services for the community in the city of Samarinda. 5). To describe the effectiveness of facilities and infrastructure in the use of E-samsat as a medium of information services for the community in the city of Samarinda. 6). The sample in this study was 90 people using e-samsat service using a convinence sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests.The results showed that the use of e-samsat as an information service medium was felt to be effective for the community in terms of service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure as well as the competence of service providers

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment on employee productivity at PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta. The research problems are as follows: Does the physical work environment affect the work productivity of employees at PT Altrak 1978 Sangatta. Hypothesis is based on the problem formulation and background, then the physical work environment (X) has a significant effect on work productivity (Y) employees at PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta. Basic theory used in this research is operational management, physical work environment and work productivity. The research method used in data collection is by using library research to obtain secondary data obtained from data from employees of PT. Altrak 1978 Sangatta. Results showed that the research hypothesis was accepted, meaning that there was a positive and significant effect of the physical work environment on employee work productivity. This means that the physical work environment in a company can affect employee work productivity, if the company has a conducive environment then employee productivity increase

The analytical tool used is Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio). The data required is 4 years, namely from 2018 to 2021 obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The grand theories used are management accounting, financial statements, financial performance, financial ratios, liquidity ratios (current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio).This research was conducted using the documentation method, namely collecting secondary data and the necessary reports, in the form of company financial reports on PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk for 2018-2021 which were accessed through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and the analytical tool used is Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio). Full text linkThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on consumer Purchasing Decisions at coffee toffee shops in samarinda city, both partially and simultaneously. The analysis tools used in this study consisted of test instruments consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test consisting of normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis consisting of regression equations, t test, f test and coefficient of determination analysis with SPSS v26 statistical program tools. The results showed that : 1). Product Quality variables partially positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Coffee Toffee shop in Samarinda City. 2). Service Quality variables partially positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at Coffee Toffee shop in Samarinda City. 3). Full text linkThis research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of price, location, and service quality factor on consumer satisfaction shopping at Traditional Markets (Rahmat Market) and Modern Markets (Hypermart Plaza Mulia in Samarinda) and differences in factors (price, location, and service quality) which affects consumer satisfaction shopping at Traditional Markets (Rahmat Market) and Modern Markets (Hypermart Plaza Mulia in Samarinda).Theories used in this study include marketing management, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, marketing mix, price, location, service quality, and customer satisfaction.The analysis tools in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, determination coefficient test (R2), and t-test difference test.Based on the analysis, the factor of price, location, and service quality have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction shopping at Traditional Markets (Rahmat Market) and Modern Markets (Hypermart Plaza Mulia in Samarinda). These results indicate that the better the consumer's perception of the price offered, the location of the market, and the quality of services provided, the higher the level of customer satisfaction

The theoretical basis of this research consists of financial management, financial statements and ratio analysis of financial statements. Techniques Data collection was carried out using secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id.The analytical tool used is the profitability ratio as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE), the solvency ratio as measured by the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) compared to industry standards. The data required is 4 years, namely in 2017 to 2020 data obtained from PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk.The results of this study include 1) Return On Assets has decreased compared to industry standards in 2017-2020 (unhealthy). 2) Return On Equity has decreased compared to industry standards in 2017-2020 (unhealthy). 3) The Debt to Assets Ratio has decreased compared to the industry standard in 2017-2020 (unhealthy). 4) The Debt To Equity Ratio has decreased compared to the industry standard in 2017-2020 (healthy)

Agung Podomoroland Tbk from 2018 to 2021 based on the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability. The data collection technique used was library research, namely obtaining secondary data from www.idx.co.id and www.agungpodomoroland.com. The data analysis performed is based on financial performance Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt To Total Asset (DAR),Debt To Total Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM).The population in this study are property and real estate companies which are one of the industrial sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The property and real estate industry is an industry engaged in the development of services by facilitating the development of integrated and dynamic areas.The results of this study indicate that the company's performance PT. Agung Podomoroland,Tbk based on the calculation of the liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) in good condition, based on the calculation of the liquidity ratio (Quick Ratio) in good conditions, the company's performance PT.
