             This study aims to determine financial performance in terms of liquidity based on Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, solvency based on Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio, profitability based on Net Profit margin and Return On EquityAnalysis tools used are liquidity based on Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, solvency based on Debt to Equity Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio, profitability based on Net Profit margin and Return On Equity. The data required is 3 years, namely in 2017 to 2019 data obtained from the Indonesian stock exchange.The results showed that the Current Ratio fluctuated in 2017-2019. Quick Ratio fluctuated in 2017-2019. Debt to Equity Ratio decreased in 2017-2019, Debt to Asset Ratio decreased in 2017-2019. Net Profit Margin decreased in 2017-2019, Return On Assets decreased in 2017-201

Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku konsumen, motivasi, Value, Adventure Shopping, Social Shopping, Gratification Shopping, Idea Shopping, Role Shopping, Value Shopping dan Kepuasan Konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pembeli di Giant Alaya, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara offline dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur setiap indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Adventure Shopping, Social Shopping, Gratification Shopping, Role Shopping, Value Shopping, dan Efficiency berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Giant Alaya. Idea Shopping dan Achievement berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Giant Alaya

Under the guidance of Mr. Robin Jonathan as the first supervisor and Mrs. Adisthy Shabrina Nurqamarani as the second supervisor.This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix which includes Product, Price, Promotion, Place on purchasing Decision of the Vos Notebook’s at Gramedia Lembuswana.The basic theory used in this research is Marketing Management. This research was conducted for consumers who buy Vos notebook’s at Gramedia Lembuswana. The population in this study is all consumers that buy notebook’s at Gramedia Lembuswana. Samples are 96 respondents from unknown population and sample selection using Incidental Sampling technique. Data collection was collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers that buy Vos notebook’s at Gramedia Lembuswana. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with test instrument, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.The results of the research on the t test shows that the independent variables; product and price have significant effect on purchasing decision of Vos notebook’s at Gramedia Lembuswana, while the variables of promotion and place do not have significant effect towards the purchasing decision of Vos notebook’s at Gramedia Lembuswana. The F test show that Product, Price, Promotion, Place have significant effect on purchasing decision simultaneously of Vos notebooks at Gramedia Lembuswana.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Gain and Dividend Distribution on Stock Trading Volume in Financial Companies during the 2016- 2020 period, as well as to determine the effect of Capital Gain and Dividend Distribution together (simultaneously) on Stock Trading Volume in Financial Companies during the period. 2016-2020. The theoretical basis of this research consists of financial management, financial statements and ratio analysis of financial statements. Techniques Data collection is carried out using secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. This research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study include 1).variable Capital Gain significant effect on stock trading volume. 2). Dividend variable has no significant effect on stock prices. 3). The variables of Capital Gain and Dividend together (simultaneously) have no significant effect on the Volume of Stock Trading in Financial Companies during the 2016- 2020 period

    The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the determination of the Mesra Hotel room rental rate determined by the Mesra Hotel management based on the cost plus pricing method.Descriptive qualitative method which is carried out by means of library research and field studies. The results obtained will then be analyzed using the cost plus pricing method and comparative analysis of the calculation results.The rental price for 4 types of rooms is higher, while 1 types of rooms have a lower rental price than the price set by the hotel management. The calculation results explain that the room rent using the cost plus pricing method for a suit room type is Rp. 1,387,580 and friendly hotel management Rp. 1,500,000, cottage room type is Rp. 1,421,000 and the hotel management Rp. 1,200,000, for a deluxe room type of Rp. 551,000 and the hotel management is Rp. 569,000, standard room type Rp. 326,000 and the hotel management is Rp. 399.000 and for superior room type Rp. 170,000 and the hotel management Rp. 455,000. Based on the calculations above, the hypothesis for the type of suite room, deluxe, standard and superior is accepted, while the cottage room type is rejected.     This study aims to determine and analyze knowing and analyzing the effect of products, prices, and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at Best Fried Chicken in Samarinda, either partially or simultaneously.The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This research was conducted by conducting validity tests and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests consisting of normality test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination (R2), the t statistical test, and the F statistical testThe results of the research conducted indicate that the product variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Best Fried Chicken in Samarinda, meanwhile the price and word of mouth variables partially have a negative and insignificant effect on the purchasing decision of Best Fried Chicken in Samarinda. Based on the results of the F statistical test, the independent variable consisting of product, price, and word of mouth variables simultaneously has a significant effect on the purchasing decision (Y) of Best Fried Chicken in Samarinda.These findings indicate that the product variable is a variable that motivates consumers to choose to buy Best Fried Chicken, where the better the product, both in terms of quality and quantity, the more demanded by consumers, while consumers are not affected by price factors and that how the assessment or information from word of mouth by consumers does not affect the decisions of other consumers to make purchases at Best Fried Chicken

    This study aims to determine and analyze the liquidity, profitability and solvability ratio in terms of current ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin, debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio on the financial performance of Tirta Kencana Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Samarinda City in the 2016 period. - 2020.The theoretical basis used in this research is financial management, financial reports, financial liquidity ratio, profitability and solvability in terms of current ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio and financial performance.This research was conducted on the object of the Tirta Kencana Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Samarinda and focuses on the financial statements for the period 2016-2020. The analytical tools used are liquidity, profitability and solvability in terms of current ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin, debt to asset ratio, debt to equity ratio.            The results of the study stated that the liquidity ratio in terms of the current ratio, the cash ratio was above the industry standard, namely 2 times and 50%. Meanwhile, the profitability ratio in terms of net profit margin is below the industry standard of 20% and the solvency ratio in terms of debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio is below the industry standard of 35% and 90%

The price has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3). The promotion has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction, 4). The service has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. 5). Physical facilities has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction 6). Product, price, promotion, service and physical facilities together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Oelangan Karya Etam often occurs delays during the VAT Period in 2019 which is caused by late payment of invoices from vendors who cooperate with PT.
