ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN SERVICE QUALITY ANTARA JNE KCU A.W SYAHRANIE DAN TIKI KCU SLAMET RIYADI DI SAMARINDA
This study was conducted to find out whether or not there are differences that focus on the quality of service consists of five variable dimensions of service quality including Tangible, Assurance, Reability, Empathy, and Responsiveness.The research population used by researchers is all users of JNE and TIKI delivery services in Samarinda. This study sampled as many as 100 respondents and used nonprobably sampling is accidential sampling techniques. Analysis tool used to analyze the difference between JNE service quality and TIKI service quality is SPSS 25 program with different T-Test test.From the results of the study showed that: 1) Tangible variables have a calculated t value of 4,265 sig(2 tailed) 0.00 0.05 can be concluded that there is no difference, then the hypothesis is rejected. 5) Empathy t value count 2,656 sig(2 tailed) 0.009 < 0.05 can be concluded that there is a difference, then the hypothesis is accepted
ANALISIS PERSEDIAAN MATERIAL UNTUK KELANCARAN PASANG BARU PADA PT. PLN (Persero) UNIT LAYANAN PELANGGAN SAMARINDA ULU
Achmad Rizki Kurniawan,2023 : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis jumlah bahan baku yang efisien pada Unit Layanan Pelanggan PT. PLN (Persero) Samarinda Ulu. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Samarinda Ulu sendiri menjalankan peranan bisnis di bidang Retail/Penjualan Ketenagalistrikan kepada konsumen. Adapun di antara produk layanannya meliputi pasang baru, tambah daya dan sambung sementara. Dalam hal ini untuk menunjang produk layanan pasang baru diperlukan pengendalian persediaan material yang optimal.Dasar teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen persediaan, khususnya tentang pengendalian persediaan bahan baku. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Economic Order Quality (EOQ) yang digunakan untuk menghitung pemesanan ekonomis, frekuensi pembelian, ROP (Re-Order Point), dan total biaya persediaan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan menggunakan metode EOQ lebih efisien dan optimal dengan tingkat pemesanan sebanyak 320 buah dan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 9 kali dalam satu tahu dengan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 9.358.750 selama setahun. Maka metode EOQ lebih baik diterapkan guna mengurangi biaya persediaan dan meminimalisir terjadinya material Stock Out sehingga kelancaran proses layanan pasang baru menjadi meningkat
PENGARUH MARKETING MIX TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PAKAIAN DI TOKO HARAPAN BARU SAMARINDA
The success of the business depends on the management's ability to use marketing strategies. One of the marketing strategies used is the marketing mix. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the marketing mix has an effect on the decision to buy clothes at Harapan Baru Store Samarinda.The theory used in this study is marketing management, the 4p marketing mix, product, price, place, promotion and purchasing decisions.The method used in this study is a quantitative method, the population in this study are customers who have shopped at Harapan Baru Store Samarinda, the sampling technique is accidental sampling, namely 97 samples, the analytical tool used is data instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis multiple regression, partial test and simultaneous test.The results showed that the results of the t test for product and location variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the price variable had a negative but not significant effect and the promotion variable had a positive but not significant effect, the F test results showed that product, price, location and promotion variables were together - equally positive and significant effect on purchasing decision
ANALISIS PIUTANG PADA UD. TECHNIC PRECISION SAMARINDA
ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to identify and analyze receivables as measured by revenue growth in Receivable Turn Over / RTO, Average Collection Period / ACP, Arrears Ratio and Billing Ratio at UD. Technic Precision Samarinda whether in 2019/2020 there has been an increase or decrease compared to 2018/2019.The basic theory used in this research is Management Accounting. The analysis tool used is the formula for Accounts Receivable Turnover, Accounts Receivable Collection Period, Arrears Ratio, Billing Ratio and Revenue growth. The type of research used is qualitative data obtained from primary data. The data analysis technique in this research is using Field Work Research and Library Research.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the results of the Receivable Turn Over (RTO) research in 2018 - 2019 are -6.36% lower when compared to 2019 - 2020, which is 45.63% which in turn receivables increased in 2019 – 2020, in the Average Collection Period (ACP) of 2018 – 2019 which was 33.33% higher when compared to 2019 – 2020 which was -50 % which in the period of Receivables Collection decreased in 2019 - 2020, in the ratio of arrears in 2018 - 2019 which was 6891.87% higher than in 2019 - 2020 which was -38.37% which in arrears ratio decreased in 2019 - 2020 and the 2018 - 2019 billing ratio, which is 43.14% lower when compared to 2019 - 2020, which is 64.28% which in the billing ratio is experienced an increase in 2019-2020

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: Kep-100/MBU/2002 concerning Assessment of the Health Level of State-Owned Enterprises.The analytical tool used in this study is an assessment of the company's financial performance based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: Kep-100/MBU/2002 concerning Assessment of the Health Level of State-Owned Enterprises, including Return on equity (ROE), Return on investment (ROI) , Cash ratio, Current ratio, Collection periods, Inventory turnover, Total asset turnover, and Ratio of own capital to total assets. Furthermore, scoring or scoring is carried out on the results of calculations based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: Kep-100/MBU/2002.The results of the research conducted show that the financial performance as seen from the results of the assessment of the soundness level of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in 2019 entered a Healthy condition with category "A".The results of this study indicate that the company is in category A, but what should be the main concern is that in the future the company can obtain the AAA title or category so that it shows better financial performance indicators. The collection period of companies that have experienced a drastic increase in 2021 must be a concern of management in order to further improve the performance of receivables so that the length of time for receivables is lowe
PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, HARGA DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA NAGANO FITNESS CENTER
The purposes of this study are: 1.) To determine and analyze the effect of service quality on user satisfaction Nagano Fitness Center, 2.) To determine and analyze the effect of price on user satisfaction Nagano Fitness Center, 3.) To determine and analyze the effect of facilities on user satisfaction Nagano Fitness Center, 4.)To determine and analyze the effect of service quality, price and facilities on the `satisfaction of Nagano Fitness Center.The theoretical basis used is marketing management, especially regarding service quality, price, facilities and user satisfaction.This research was conducted in Samarinda. The samples taken were 80 respondents. Data collection by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that 1.) Service quality variable had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction, 2.) Price variable had no significant positive effect on user satisfaction, 3.) Under the guidance of Mr. H. Eddy Soegiarto as supervisor I and Mr. Sukirman as supervisor II.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand awareness and promotion on purchasing decisions for Suzuki GSX motorcycles at Suzuki Dealer PT. Samekarindo, the beautiful city of Samarinda.The theoretical basis of this research consists of marketing management, purchasing decisions, brand awareness and promotion. The population in this study is the people of the city of Samarinda who have bought/ are currently using a Suzuki GSX motorcycle. Determination of the number of samples using the Ferdinand formula, so the number of samples in this study was 50 people. The technique of taking respondents using accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is the method of analysis of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis method, and hypothesis testing consisting of a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test) with a significant level of 5%, and the coefficient of determination (R2) .The results of this study can be seen that the results of the F test (simultaneous), then Brand Awareness and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Suzuki GSX motorcycles at Suzuki Dealer PT. Samekarindo Beautiful city of Samarinda. The results of the t test (partial), then Brand Awareness and Promotion partially have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Suzuki GSX motorcycles in the city of Samarinda. The value of Adjusted R Square is known that the coefficient of determination is 2 = 0.873. This value means that all independent variables, namely brand awareness and promotion simultaneously affect the purchasing decision variables by 87.3%, the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other factors
Analisis Potensi Kebangkrutan Pada PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk
This research was conducted to find out and analyze the potential bankruptcy of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk in the period from the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2020 based on the Springate model.The analysis used in this study is the Springate prediction model formula, with its components consisting of Working Capital to Total Asset, Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Asset, Earning Before Tax to Current Liabilities, Sales to Total Asset.The results showed that PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk is included in the criteria for bankruptcy in the first quarter to fourth quarter of 2020 based on the Springate model, where is the comparison with the cut off value or benchmark score to determine the company's criteria, it can be seen that Springate's score during that period was below the cut off score of 0.842. Bankruptcy is generally defined as the company's failure to run the company's operations to generate profits. The initial symptoms of bankruptcy are marked by the presence of financial distress, which is defined as being in a stage close to bankruptcy. The conditions experienced by PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk cannot be separated from the Covid-19 pandemic conditions faced by the whole world, including in Indonesia which resulted in a decline in people's purchasing power
ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN MODAL KERJA PT SUMBER HARAPAN KARANGAN DI KABUPATEN KUTAI TIMUR
Analysis of Working Capital Needs of PT Sumber Harapan Karangan in East Kutai Regency (under the guidance of 1st Supervisor, Mrs. Elfreda Aplonia Lau and 2nd Supervisor Muhammad Maulana) Every company needs capital or funds to support business continuity and achieve company goals. Working capital is a source of funds which is essentially directed to finance daily operational activities, both in the short, medium and long term, so it is necessary to manage working capital. With regard to the management of working capital, this study aims to determine and analyze the working capital requirements of PT Sumber Harapan Karangan from 2020-2026. The theoretical basis used in this research is Financial Management, especially regarding the determination of working capital needs. The analytical technique used is the analysis of the speed of rotation of the elements of working capital and working capital requirements. The results of the study show that: First: working capital in 2020 is IDR 646,893,500 and working capital in 2021 is IDR 661,893,500 so that working capital in 2021 exceeds capital in 2020; Second: The projection of working capital needs in 2022 to 2026 shows that the need for working capital increases every year, namely in 2022 by Rp. in 2024 amounted to IDR 1,038,758,688,-, then increased in 2025 by IDR 1,246,510,426,-, and increased again in 2026 amounted to IDR 1,495,812,511,-
PENGARUH E MARKETING MIX TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN (STUDI PADA E COMMERCE TOKOPEDIA)
This study aims to determine the variables that influence consumer buying interest which consists of product, price, place and promotion on Tokopedia e-commerce.The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study are consumers of e-commerce Tokopedia in the city of Samarinda. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling using 97 respondents who live in the city of Samarinda. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The test is carried out using the SPSS version 25.0 for windows.The results showed that the results of the t test on the product and promotion variables had a significant effect on decision purchase. Meanwhile, price and place variables have no significant effect on decision purchase. The most dominant variable influencing decision purchase in this study is the product. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on decision purchase
