Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to know and analyze the value of the Health Level with the RGEC Method of PT. Bank Jago, Tbk in 2021 in terms of NPL, LDR, GCG, ROA, NIM, dan CAR. The analyzer for this study are Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return On Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The required data is the data from 2021, resources by the official website of PT. Bank Jago, Tbk. The result of this study : 1) NPL in 2021 obtained a very healthy category. 2) LDR in 2021 obtained a quite healthy category. 3) GCG in 2021 obtained a healthy category. 4) ROA in 2021 obtained an unhealthy category. 5) NIM in 2021 obtained a very healthy category. 6) BOPO in 2021 obtained a not healthy category. 7) CAR 2021 obtained a very healthy category.The hypothesis result of Analyze the Health Level of PT. Bank Jago, Tbk with the RGEC Method in 2021 based on : 1) Risk Profile in 2021 obtained by NPL ratio is a very healthy category and by LDR is a quite healthy category, hypothesis accepted. 2) GCG in 2021 obtained a healthy category, hypothesis accepted. 3) Earnings in 2021 obtained by ROA ratio is an unhealthy category and by NIM ratio is a very healthy category, hypothesis accepted. 4) BOPO in 2021 obtained a not healthy category, hypothesis accepted. 5) Capital in 2021 obtained by CAR is a very healthy category

Get PDFThis research is motivated by the condition of the buildings and venues at the Utama Stadium and Madya Stadium which are abandoned or not maintained, such as the buildings in the Utama Stadium and the athlete hotel in the Madya Stadium which is the responsibility of UPTD Pengelolaan Prasarana Olahraga Dispora of East Kalimantan Province. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the suitability of the management of regional property (fixed assets) at the UPTD Pengelolaan Prasarana Olahraga Dispora of East Kalimantan Province to Minister of Home Affairs regulations number 19 of 2016.The method used is the comparative research. The analytical tool used is the regulation of The Minister of Home Affairs Number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property. Management of regional property (fixed assets) in UPTD PPO is adjusted to Minister of Home Affairs regulations number 19 of 2016 then the calculation of the results of the comparison with the champion formula is carried out.The results showed that the Management of Regional Property (Fixed Assets) in UPTD Pengelolaan Prasarana Olahraga Dispora of East Kalimantan Province was very compatible with Minister of Home Affairs regulations number 19 of 2016 by obtaining a percentage of 81,18 % which was categorized as very suitable.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that The Management of Regional Property (Fixed Assets) at the UPTD Pengelolaan Prasarana Olahraga Dispora of East Kalimantan Province is very appropriate to Minister of Home Affairs regulations number 19 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for The Management of Regional Property

The purpose of this study is: 1.) to find out the effect of the Promotion on purchasing decisions at “Makanenak” restaurant Samarinda. 2.) To find out the effect of Location on purchasing decisions at “Makanenak” restaurant Samarinda. 3.) To find out the effect of Promotion and Location together with the purchasing decision at “Makanenak” restaurant Samarinda.This research was conducted at “MakanEnak” restaurant Samarinda on Jl. Siti Aisyah Samarinda. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents with the incidental sampling technique. Data collection by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each indicator. The analytical tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS v16 program tools. Research Instrument Test which includes: Validity Test and Reliability Test. Classical Assumption Test which includes: Validity Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Determination Coefficient (R2). As well as testing the hypothesis using the T Test (Partial) and F Test (Simultaneous).The results showed that 1) Promotion Variables significantly influence Purchasing Decision at “Makanenak” restaurant Samarinda, 2) LocationVariable does’nt significantly influence Purchasing Decision at “Makanenak” restaurant Samarinda , 3) Promotion and Location together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions “Makanenak” restaurant Samarinda

The analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that 1) Work safety variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. 2) Occupational health variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. 3) Sidak fatigue variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. 4) Variables of Occupational Safety, Occupational Health and Sidak Fatigue simultaneously have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance

The data collection technique was carried out using secondary data taken from financial statement data at the pharmaceutical industry company PT Kimia Farma Tbk. The analysis tool of this study used profitability financial ratio analysis which included Net profit margin, Return on assets and Return on equity.The results of this study can be concluded that the pharmaceutical industry company PT Kimia Farma Tbk seen from the Net Profit Margin ratio, during the Covid-19 pandemic has increased. This increase was due to an increase in net profit after tax and was followed by an increase in sales every year. Then the results of this study can be concluded that the pharmaceutical industry company PT Kimia Farma Tbk seen from the ratio of Return on assets, during the Covid-19 pandemic has increased. This happened due to an increase in net profit after tax and a decrease in total assets in 2020 again increasing in 2021. The results of this study can be concluded that the pharmaceutical industry company PT Kimia Farma Tbk is seen from the ratio of Return on equity during the Covid-19 pandemic. increased. Alat analisis yang di gunakan adalah pelaksanaan pencatatan, pembentukan, pengelolaan, pertanggung, pembentukan dana kas kecil, pengeluaran dana kas kecil, dan pengisian kembali dana kas kecil. Pengelolaan petty cash CV Rendra Tama Karya dengan metode atau sistem dana tetap (imperst system), dengan kebijakan pengisian kembali kas kecil dengan saldo awal Rp 1.000.000,00. Jika saldo pettycash menipis, itu akan diisi ulang sesuai dengan dengan kwitansi penarikan pettycash sejumlah nominal saldo petty cash awal yaitu sebesar Rp 1.000.000,-. Adanya penyimpangan yang signifikan dalam pengawasan secara langsung mengenai penggunaan dana petty cash oleh karyawan CV Rendra Tama Karya yang tidak terlalu penting sehingga membuat perusahaan harus mengeluarkan dana petty cash yang sebenarnya tidak perlu dikeluarka
