Fuzzy Graphs With Equal Fuzzy Domination And Independent Domination Numbers
The basic definitions of fuzzy independent set, fuzzy dominating set,and fuzzy independent dominating sets are discussed. The aim of this paper is to find on what conditions the fuzzy graph has equal domination number and independent domination number. It is discussed briefly and also when the fuzzy graph is domination perfect is proved. Finally, the independent domination number for a connected fuzzy graph is obtained
Recent Advances in Biofuel Cell and Emerging Hybrid System
The present paper reviews the recent development of biofuel cell. Due to its renewable nature and milder operating conditions compared to conventional fuel cell, the electrochemical system has been extensively studied. However, major problems associated with this type of electrochemical system remain an intimidating challenge, the utmost being the low power output and stability of biocatalyst being used. Various attempts have been made to overcome these problems, some are reviewed here. The authors suggest a new direction in solving these problems by using hybrid system i.e. metal biofuel cell. The new hybrid system developed is of lower cost, less complex, higher OCV and greater power output
Microstructure Alterations of Ti-6Al-4V ELI during Turning by Using Tungsten Carbide Inserts under Dry Cutting Condition
Titanium alloys possesses a hexagonal close packed(h.c.p) structure, called phase to ambient temperature. Thisstructure changes to body center cubic (b.c.c), called phase tothe temperature of 882 C. Machining process that generates hightemperature during machining can affect on microstructures ofmachined surface, which represents as a quality of components. The turning parameters evaluated are cutting speed (55 - 95m/min), feed rate (0.15 - 0.35 mm/rev), depth of cut (0.10 - 0.20mm) and tool grade (uncoated, CVD and PVD). The aims of thispaper are to investigate the effects of machining process onmicrostructures of machined surface and chip were machinedusing tungsten carbide inserts under dry cutting condition. Theresults show that machining at high cutting speed (95 m/min)affected on the microstructure significantly at the end ofmachining. The temperature is the most significant factoraffected on microstructure of the machined surface and chip atshear zone. The changes of microstructure were also affected bythe tool pressure during cutting
Analysis Web-Education Based on ISO/IEC 9126-4 for The Measurement Quality of Use
FIK UBL Website is the website of the Faculty of Computer Science education at the University of Bandar Lampung. Domain name is www.fik.ubl.ac.id. This website is a subdomain of the University website www.ubl.ac.id. website uses ac.id as Country Code Top level domains, domain primarily UBL, and Third-level domain taken Website Hosting Server at Nusanet provider. In terms of design websites using CMS, the CMS Lokomedia. Scientific Writing will specifically focus on the analysis of UBL-based FIK website ISO / IEC 9126-4 for the use of quality measurement. In this regard, in ISO / IEC 9126-4, there are 4 metrics used to measure, among other effectiveness metrics, productivity metrics, security metrics, and Satisfaction Metrics. More specific explanation will describe in Chapter IV the author of scientific writing is about the quality of the use of UBL FIK website
Model Development of Children Under Mortality Rate With Group Method of Data Handling
in this research we examine aspects of the interdependence between economic development and the use of environmental and natural resources assets from global data published by united nations. for that purpose, we use data mining techniques.data mining techniques applied in this paper were: 1) group method of data handling (gmdh), originally from engineering, introducing principles of evolution - inheritance, mutation and selection - for generating a network structure systematically to develop the automatic model, synthesis, and its validation; 2) step wise regression were also applied for some cases.data sets for this research consist of one sets integration data of air quality data and macroeconomic data of the cross-country data of world development indicator 2003 (wdi 2003). the result shows that the mortality rate of children under five years old is dependent on sanitation and water facilities obtained from gmdh results. however, the results from step-wise regression shows that mortality rate was dependent on annual deforestation, particulate matter, nationally protected area, with the big contribution was from annual deforestation.
The E-internal audit iso 9001:2008 based on accreditation form assessment matrix in study program for effectiveness of monitoring accreditation
Accreditation is one of the forms of external quality guarantee system; it is a process that used in authorized institution in giving formal recognition that an institution has an ability to do certain activity. On the preparation process there are many things have to be done by study program by using internal audit in periodic time. Internal audit is an independence activity, objectivity, and consultatively which is designed to increase the organization’s operation. This study will specifically focus on internal process audits in preparation for accreditation of Study Program of Information Engineering at Bandar Lampung University, through conducting monitoring directly that can be accessed by some units in a management system. The guidelines and standards for internal audit issued by one of several organizations ISO, the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008, one of the requirements must be fulfilled is conducting periodic internal audits. This standard is good when applied in the preparation for the accreditation process, and accreditation assessment matrix as a guide in conducting internal audits
Zinc-Air Battery – Powering Electric Vehicles to Smart Active Labels
The present paper reviews the development of zinc-air battery. Due to its high energy density advantage, the electrochemical system has been extensively studied and developed. However, major problems associated with the electrochemical system remain a formidable challenge, the utmost being to develop an electrically rechargeable zinc-air battery. Efforts made to overcome or mitigate the limitations concerned can be conceptually classified either as solving problems or seeking solutions. The changing paradigm from the electrically rechargeable system to the mechanically rechargeable system is illustrated as an example. Emerging innovations in smart active labels - flat, flexible and functional devices, particularly in healthcare industry, instigated the authors to develop zinc-air battery as a prospective micro-power source for smart active labels. The thin battery technology developed, in collaboration between IIUM and BPPT, is of low cost, comprises of green electro active materials, and able to operate in quasi-neutral electrolyte. These features fulfil the criteria for the battery to be incorporated into disposable smart active labels
