    Inovasi dalam Layanan Barbershop Melalui Implementasi Customer Relationship Management dengan Pendekatan Rapid Application Development

    [id] Persaingan yang ketat dalam industri barbershop mendorong pemilik bisnis untuk mencari inovasi dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Salah satu solusi yang ditemukan adalah dengan mengembangkan aplikasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang dapat membantu barbershop dalam mengelola dan memahami kebutuhan serta preferensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi aplikasi CRM dalam barbershop menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan pengujian system menggunakan black box testing dalam memastikan bahwa aplikasi tanpa masalah yang signifikan dan Acceptance Model dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi, Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi CRM dengan metode RAD dan pengujian black box testing dapat memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi barbershop dalam mengelola hubungan pelanggan. Selain itu, model penerimaan membantu dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat penerimaan aplikasi oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang bagaimana inovasi teknologi dapat membantu bisnis kecil seperti barbershop untuk bersaing dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif.[en] The intense competition in the barbershop industry has driven business owners to seek innovation in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. One solution that has been found is the development of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application that can assist barbershops in managing and understanding the needs and preferences of their customers. This research aims to investigate the implementation of a CRM application in barbershops using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with system testing conducted through black box testing to ensure that the application functions without significant issues. Acceptance Model data was collected through surveys and interviews to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of the application. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the CRM application using the RAD method and black box testing can provide significant benefits to barbershops in managing customer relationships. Additionally, the acceptance model aids in understanding the factors influencing the acceptance of the application by users. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of how technological innovation can assist small businesses like barbershops in competing in an increasingly competitive market

    Application of E-TRASH in Waste Bank Program to Support Household Economic Resilience - The development of the era towards the era of society 5.0, allows every human being in his life to using modern technology such as AI and robots to meet needs and make life easier. With technology, it will be easier, because all humans are aware that getting work done quickly and easily will be better. Technological development has advantages and disadvantages, but the weakness is that it will be a concern for every human being that in Society 5.0, machines will replace all human tasks easily and which can improve the quality of human life in general. Many problems arise in life, in the form of problems in the fields of education, culture, society, economy, and other issues. One of them is the problem of garbage or waste which is increasing at this time. Seeing this situation, we innovated to create the E-TRASH application, where the application In practice, allows the process of disposing of previously useless waste, to be converted into something that has economic value, namely money/balances. This study aims to create a design for the E-TRASH application system using an Android-based operating system, this is because the use of smartphones is growing rapidly. The design of the E-TRASH application system aims to facilitate the community in minimizing the use of waste in the surrounding environment. The design of this garbage bank program system will utilize a technology called E-TRASH which will later be used for a transaction system. This design process produces a UML design which will later be used as the basis for making which includes the design containing the menus in the application. The application of E-TRASH application uses smartphone technology for customers, namely the general public, the E-TRASH mobile application implements the M-BANKING system, in this application, customers can find out the balance of transactions made, not only obtain balance information, but customers can also see the total debit and credit when transacting, this application also implements a transfer system, where customers can transfer their money to other banks if they don't want to withdraw cash

    Decision Support System for Measuring Air Pollution in Pringsewu Regency using K-Means Method - The negative impact of residual combustion of motor vehicles or carbon dioxide gas on environmental conditions is causing noise and air pollution. This study aims to measure the level of air pollution caused by the residual combustion of motorized vehicles or carbon dioxide gas. The research data is secondary data obtained from DLH (Environmental Service) data for Pringsewu Regency in 2023 by measuring emission and noise tests on each motorized vehicle and comparing them with measurements taken in 2022. The data was analyzed using the K-Means method of nine Districts in Pringsewu Regency. The results of the calculation measuring air pollution in Pringsewu Regency using the K-Means method, obtained 2 clusters of the entire data, namely: cluster A, which is an area where it is polluted while B is not polluted. The meaning of number 1 is to focus on polluted areas and 0 is an unpolluted area. The sub-districts of Sukoharjo, Adiluwih, and Banyumas are not polluted and the sub-districts of Pringsewu, Pagelaran, Pardasuka, Gadingrejo, Ambarawa, and North Pagelaran are already polluted

    [id] Pencatatan keuangan pribadi dirasa masih jarang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Meskipun pencatatan keuangan ini sangat penting untuk bisa mengatur dan mengelola keuangan yang bertujuan agar bisa terpenuhinya semua kebutuhan sebagai seorang mahasiswa. Solusi dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih mudah yaitu dengan adanya aplikasi berbasis mobile untuk pencatatan keuangan pribadi khusus mahasiswa dengan tampilan yang menarik dan mudah digunakan untuk mahasiswa. Sistem pencatatan keuangan pribadi ini menampilkan data total pemasukkan dan total pengeluaran tiap bulan di menu transaksi sesuai dengan data yang telah di inputkan sebelumnya pada menu pemasukkan dan pengeluaran. Sistem pencatatan keuangan pribadi ini juga fokus pada desain User Interface (UI) dan aspek kenyamanan pengguna atau User Experience (UX). Penelitian ini merancang menggunakan metode Human Centered Design (HCD) pada perancangan UI/UX agar bisa mencapai tujuan pengguna dan aspek kenyamanan dengan melakukan pendekatan terhadap mahasiswa di Universitas Bandar Lampung. Pada pengujian dilakukan usability testing kepada lima calon pengguna dan dua Expert UI/UX Design. Untuk usability testing, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Single Ease Question dan mendapatkan nilai 78% dan pengujian kepada dua Expert UI/UX Design mendapatkan nilai 65% yang artinya sistem ini mudah dipahami dan digunakan saat pengujian kepada calon pengguna. Sistem ini menampilkan data total pemasukkan dan total pengeluaran tiap bulan di menu transaksi sesuai dengan data yang telah di inputkan sebelumnya pada menu pemasukkan dan pengeluaran.[en] Personal financial records are still rarely done by students. Although this financial record is very important to be able to organize and manage finances in order to fulfill all the needs as a student. An easier solution in financial management is the existence of a personal financial recording application with mobile based specifically for students with an attractive appearance and easy to use for students. This personal financial recording system displays data on total income and total expenses each month in the transaction menu according to the data previously inputted on the income and expenditure menu. This personal financial recording system also focuses on User Interface (UI) design and aspects of user convenience or User Experience (UX). This system is designed by the author using the Human Centered Design (HCD) method in UI/UX design in order to achieve user goals and comfort aspects by approaching students at Bandar Lampung University. In the test, usability testing was carried out on five potential users and two UI/UX Design Experts. For usability testing, the author uses the Single Ease Question method and gets a score of 78%, which means this system is easy to understand and use when testing potential users. Design gets a score of 65% which means this system is easy to understand and use when testing prospective users.     [id] Proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan, terutama untuk posisi Digital Marketing Specialist, yang saat ini berlangsung, dinilai kurang efisien karena masih mengandalkan metode konvensional dengan pengisian formulir penilaian manual. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa kendala, termasuk kesalahan dalam penilaian yang disebabkan oleh perhitungan manual dan memerlukan waktu yang lebih lama. Selain itu, belum ada pemahaman tentang alternatif terbaik yang direkomendasikan. Oleh karena itu, sebuah model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) telah dikembangkan untuk menciptakan keputusan yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam proses seleksi. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat enam kriteria yang digunakan, yaitu penampilan, sikap, ekspresi, pengetahuan pekerjaan, motivasi, dan kepribadian, yang diperoleh dari wawancara dengan calon karyawan di perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah SPK yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan hasil seleksi penerimaan karyawan Digital Marketing Specialist di perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menghitung bobot kriteria. Selain itu, metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) digunakan untuk menentukan peringkat prioritas alternatif karyawan yang terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan terpilih dapat diperoleh dengan mengurutkan nilai alternatif dari yang tertinggi hingga terendah. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, dapat dilakukan metode yang berbeda, atau membangun implementasi sistem yang berbasis mobile.[en] The employee selection process, especially for the Digital Marketing Specialist position, which is currently underway, is considered less efficient because it still relies on conventional methods of filling out manual assessment forms. This causes several obstacles, including errors in assessment caused by manual calculations and requiring longer time. Additionally, there is no understanding of the best recommended alternative. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) model has been developed to create more effective and efficient decisions in the selection process. In this research, there are six criteria used, namely appearance, attitude, expression, job knowledge, motivation, and personality, which were obtained from interviews with prospective employees at the company. This research aims to design a SPK that can be used to determine the selection results for hiring Digital Marketing Specialist employees in companies. The method used is Hierarchy Process (AHP) Analysis to calculate the criteria weights. In addition, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to determine the priority ranking of selected employee alternatives. The research results show that selected employees can be obtained by sorting the alternative values from highest to lowest. As for suggestions for further research, different methods could be used, or building a mobile-based system implementation

    Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan dan Penerimaan Jaringan 5G: Aplikasi Model UTAUT

    Factors Affecting the Use and Acceptance of 5G Networks: UTAUT Model Applications - Internet technology never stops making the development of the digital era enter the 5G technology stage. However, the market for 5G technology is still relatively small in Indonesia due to several factors, one of which is the uneven demand for communication technology in Indonesia. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the behavior of internet users toward the 5G network by looking at what factors influence the community towards using the 5G network as a UTAUT approach. In analyzing the data, researchers used the SEM-GSCA method with 202 samples of 5G users in Indonesia. This study concludes that there are significant factors that influence people's interest in using the 5G network, including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating condition variables, while the social influence variable does not have a significant effect on interest in using the 5G network. In addition, it was found that there was a significant influence between the intention to use the 5G network and the intention to buy a subscription to the 5G network

    Implementasi Algoritma K-Means dan C-Means untuk Clustering Angka Kemiskinan

    Implementation of K-Means and C-Means Algorithms for Clustering Poverty Numbers - Poverty is one of the problems that must be faced by developing countries, including Indonesia and especially the province of West Java. This problem is exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Poverty can also have other consequences, such as increased crime and death. To facilitate government programs and support, it is necessary to group cities/districts according to the poverty level. The analysis was carried out using the K-Means and Fuzzy C-Means algorithms with the Silhouette method to obtain the optimal number of clusters using RStudio tools. The purpose of this study is to compare which algorithm is based on the Davis-Bouldin Index validation test. Three of the five data generated, the K-Means and C-Means algorithms give the same results. Only poverty data and education data give different results. Based on the results of the Davies-Bouldin Index validation test, the fuzzy c-means and k-means algorithms show that the k-means algorithm is better at clustering with an average of 4.084271. Meanwhile, fuzzy c-means has an average validation score of 4.111375. The smaller the Davies-Bouldin Index value or the closer to 0 shows how good the cluster is

    [id] Bidang industri adalah salah satu yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi. peranan teknologi di PT. GISTEX Tekstil perannanya sejauh ini sangat bermanfaat bagi Karyawan, PT. GISTEX memiliki aplikasi yang digunakan untuk kepentingan pabrik dan karyawan yang memudahkan untuk melakukan pengajuan. Namun karyawan dengan rentang usia 40-50 tahun kurang mengerti cara menggunakan aplikasi seperti beberapa kata dengan Bahasa inggris, kendala saat approval, dan beberapa fitur yang tidak dimengerti karyawan seperti pada fitur surat keterangn aktif kerja. Dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model,  Tujuannya yaitu untuk menyelidiki faktor yang mempenggaruhi diterimanya sebuah Aplikasi GISTEX.dengan 5 Konstruk TAM dan 1 Eksternal Variabel yaitu PU, PEOU, ATU, BITU, ATUT, dan PE. Selain itu, untuk menguji hipotesis, Model Equation Struktural (SEM) digunakan. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 5 Hipotesis diterima, 3 hipotesis ditolak Kesimpulannya bahwa Aplikasi GISTEX masih belum sepenuhnya diterima kemungkinan dari karyawan yang belum bisa menggunakan teknologi karna faktor usia.[en] The industrial sector is one that has utilized technology. The role of technology at PT. GISTEX Textiles has so far been very beneficial for employees, PT. GISTEX has an application that is used for the benefit of factories and employees which makes it easier to make submissions. However, employees with an age range of 40-50 years do not understand how to use the application, such as some English words, problems with approval, and several features that employees do not understand, such as the active work certificate feature. By using the Technology Acceptance Model, the aim is to investigate the factors that influence the acceptance of a GISTEX application with 5 TAM constructs and 1 external variable, namely PU, PEOU, ATU, BITU, ATUT, and PE. In addition, to test the hypothesis, Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used. The results of this research show that 5 hypotheses were accepted, 3 hypotheses were rejected. The conclusion is that the GISTEX application is still not fully accepted, possibly from employees who cannot use technology due to age

    Pemetaan Desa-desa di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara Menggunakan Leaflet API Berbasis WEB

    [id] Pemetaan Desa merupakan elemen penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya dan perencanaan pembangunan di tingkat lokal. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Pemetaan Desa menggunakan Leaflet API berbasis web di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengumpulan data spasial dari berbagai sumber, pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak Geographic Information System (GIS), serta pengembangan antarmuka web menggunakan Leaflet API. Penggunaan Leaflet API memungkinkan informasi spasial tentang setiap desa di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara dapat diakses secara mudah melalui internet. Melalui antarmuka web ini, pengguna dapat mengeksplorasi berbagai informasi penting seperti batas administratif desa, potensi sumber daya alam, dan data demografi. Selain itu, peta interaktif ini juga memberikan kemampuan untuk menampilkan data tambahan seperti infrastruktur, fasilitas publik, dan proyek pembangunan yang sedang berjalan. Hasil dari studi ini akan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam perencanaan pembangunan, pengambilan keputusan, serta pemantauan perkembangan di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara. Pemetaan Desa berbasis web dengan Leaflet API memberikan akses yang lebih mudah dan cepat terhadap informasi geospasial yang relevan, dan dapat menjadi alat yang berharga bagi pemerintah daerah, lembaga non-pemerintah, dan masyarakat umum dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan pembangunan berkelanjutan di wilayah tersebut.[en] Village mapping is an important element in resource management and development planning at the local level. This study aims to develop Village Mapping using web-based Leaflet API in North Labuhan Batu Regency. The methods used in this research include collecting spatial data from various sources, data processing using Geographic Information System (GIS) software, and developing a web interface using the Leaflet API. Using the Leaflet API allows spatial information about each village in North Labuhan Batu Regency to be easily accessed via the internet. Through this web interface, users can explore various important information such as village administrative boundaries, natural resource potential, and demographic data. In addition, this interactive map also provides the ability to display additional data such as infrastructure, public facilities and ongoing development projects. The results of this study will provide significant benefits in development planning, decision making, and monitoring developments in North Labuhan Batu Regency. Web-based Village Mapping with Leaflet API provides easier and faster access to relevant geospatial information, and can be a valuable tool for local governments, non-governmental organizations, and the general public in efforts to improve the quality of life and sustainable development in the region
