    Pengaruh Dosis Rhizobium dan Konsentrasi Pupuk MKP terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max L. Merill)

    Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis inokulasi rhizobium dan konsentrasi pupuk MKP terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Stasiun Penelitian Pertanian/University Farm Sub Stasiun Hortikultura Organik Universitas Syiah Kuala Darussalam Banda Aceh dan di Laboratorium fisiologi tumbuhan dari bulan November 2021 sampai dengan Januari 2022. Alat-alat yang digunakan adalah cangkul, pisau, meteran, gembor, timbangan analitik, sprayer dan alat-alat yang mendukung dalam penelitian. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah benih kedelai varietas Anjasmoro sebanyak 320 g yang diperoleh dari Balitkabi Malang, pupuk MKP sebanyak 1.296 g, rhizobium 3,24 g dan NPK mutiara sebanyak 432 g. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 4x4 dengan 3 kali ulangan sehingga terdapat 48 satuan percobaan. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu inokulasi rhizobium dan konsentrasi pupuk MKP. Faktor inokulasi rhizobium terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0 (kontrol), 7,5, 15 dan 22,5 g/kg benih, faktor konsentrasi pupuk MKP terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0 (kontrol), 4,5, 9 dan 13,5 g/liter air. Peubah yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah bintil akar, jumlah bintil akar efektif, jumlah polong bernas, jumlah polong tidak bernas, jumlah polang total, berat basah akar, berat kering akar, bobot biji per tanaman, bobot 100 butir, bobot biji per bedeng dan potensi hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis inokulasi rhizobium berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30 HST, jumlah polong tidak bernas, bobot biji per tanaman, potensi hasil dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap 100 butir. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan dosis inokulasi rhizobium 15 g/kg benih. Selanjutnya Konsentrasi pupuk MKP berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 30, 45 HST, jumlah cabang umur 45 HST, jumlah polong tidak bernas dan bobot 100 butir. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terbaik dijumpai pada perlakuan konsentrasi pupuk MKP 4,5 g/liter air. Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata terhadap bobot biji per tanaman, potensi hasil (ton/ha) dan terdapat interaksi yang nyata terhadap jumlah bintil akar, jumlah polong bernas dan bobot biji per bedeng. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai terbaik dijumpai pada kombinasi perlakuan dosis inokulasi rhizobium 15 g/kg benih dengan konsentrasi pupuk MKP 13,5 g/liter air.Effect of Rhizobium Doses and Concentration of MKP Fertilizer on Growth and Yield of Soybean (Glycine max L. merill)Abstract. This study aimed to determine the effect of rhizobium inoculation dose and concentration of MKP fertilizer on soybean growth and yield. This research was carried out at the Agricultural Research Station/University Farm Organic Horticulture Sub-station, Syiah Kuala Darussalam University Banda Aceh and at the plant physiology laboratory from November 2021 to January 2022. The tools used were hoe, knife, meter, gembor, analytical balance. sprayer and tools that support the research. The materials used in this study were 320 g of Anjasmoro soybean seed obtained from Balitkabi Malang, 1,296 g of MKP fertilizer, rhizobium as much as 3.24 g and pearl NPK as much as 432 g. This study used a 4x4 factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 3 replications so that there were 48 experimental units. The factors studied were rhizobium inoculation and concentration of MKP fertilizer. The rhizobium inoculation factor consisted of 4 levels, namely 0 (control), 7.5, 15 and 22.5 g/kg seed, the MKP fertilizer concentration factor consisted of 4 levels, namely 0 (control), 4.5, 9 and 13.5 g/liter of water. Variables observed included plant height, number of branches, number of root nodules, number of effective root nodules, number of pithy pods, number of unpeeled pods, total number of pods, root wet weight, root dry weight, seed weight per plant, weight of 100 grains, weight of seeds per bed and yield potential. The results showed that the dose of rhizobium inoculation had a very significant effect on plant height at 30 DAP, the number of unyielding pods, seed weight per plant, yield potential and significantly affected 100 grains. The best plant growth and yield was found in the treatment with 15 g/kg seed inoculation of rhizobium. Furthermore, the concentration of MKP fertilizer had a significant effect on plant height at 30, 45 DAP, the number of branches at 45 DAP, the number of unpeeled pods and the weight of 100 grains. The best plant growth and yield was found in the treatment with a concentration of 4.5 g/liter of MKP fertilizer. There was a very significant interaction on seed weight per plant, yield potential (tonnes/ha) and there was a significant interaction on the number of root nodules, number of pithy pods and seed weight per bed. The best growth and yield of soybean was found in the combination treatment with a dose of 15 g/kg of rhizobium inoculation of seeds with a concentration of MKP fertilizer of 13.5 g/liter of water

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis pupuk KNO3 putih dan kompos jerami padi, serta interaksi antara kedua perlakuan tersebut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di kampung Persiapan Aih Sejuk Kecamatan Blangkejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2021. penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 4 dengan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 36 satuan percobaan. Ada dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu dosis pupuk KNO3 putih dan dosis pupuk kompos jerami padi. Faktor pertama dosis pupuk KNO3 putih terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 400, 450 dan 500 kg ha-1dan faktor kedua kompos jerami padi terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 10, 20 30 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk KNO3 putih berpengaruh sanggat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 45 HST, bobot berangkasan basah per rumpun, bobot umbi basah per rumpun, bobot berangkasan kering per rumpun, bobot umbi kering per rumpun, bobot umbi per plot netto dan potensi hasil namun, berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 15 dan 30 HST, jumlah umbi per rumpun dan diameter umbi. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah terbaik dijumpai pada dosis pupuk KNO3 putih 500 kg ha-1. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompos jerami padi. Berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bobot berangkasan basah per rumpun, bobot umbi basah per rumpun, bobot berangkasan kering per rumpun, bobot umbi kering per rumpun, diameter umbi, bobot umbi per plot netto dan potensi hasil namun, berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 15 HST dan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 30, 45 HST dan jumlah umbi per rumpun. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah terbaik dijumpai pada kompos jerami padi 30 ton ha-1.Terdapat interaksi yang sangat nyata antara dosis pupuk KNO3 putih dengan kompos jerami padi terhadap bobot berangkasan basah per rumpun, bobot umbi basah per rumpun, bobot berangkasan kering per rumpun, bobot umbi kering per rumpun, bobot umbi per plot netto dan potensi hasil, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman 15, 30, 45 HST, jumlah umbi per rumpun dan diameter umbi. Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) is one of the horticultural crop commodities which has a high economic value and is widely consumed as a mixture of cooking spices. This study aims to determine the dose of white KNO3 fertilizer and rice straw compost, as well as the interaction between the two treatments on the growth and yield of shallots. This research was carried out in the Preparation village of Aih Sejuk, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency, which was carried out from January 2021 to March 2021. This study used a 3 x 4 factorial randomized block design (RAK) with 3 replications, so there were 36 experimental units. . There are two factors studied, namely the dose of white KNO3 fertilizer and the dose of rice straw compost. The first factor was the dose of white KNO3 fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely 400, 450 and 500 kg ha-1 and the second factor was rice straw compost consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 10, 20 30 tons ha-1. The results showed that the dose of white KNO3 fertilizer had a very significant effect on plant height at 45 DAP, wet tuber weight per clump, wet tuber weight per clump, dry tuber weight per clump, dry tuber weight per clump, tuber weight per net plot and yield potential. However, it had no significant effect on plant height at 15 and 30 DAP, number of tubers per clump and tuber diameter. The best growth and yield of shallots was found at a dose of white KNO3 fertilizer of 500 kg ha-1. Furthermore, the results showed that rice straw compost. had a very significant effect on the weight of wet tuber per clump, weight of wet tuber per clump, weight of dry tuber per clump, weight of dry tuber per clump, tuber diameter, tuber weight per net plot and yield potential, however, had a significant effect on plant height 15 DAP and had an effect on not significant for plant height 30, 45 DAP and number of tubers per clump. Growth and the best yield of shallots was found in rice straw compost of 30 tons ha-1. There was a very significant interaction between the dose of white KNO3 fertilizer and rice straw compost on the growth of wet tuber weight per clump, wet tuber weight per clump, dry root weight per clump , dry tuber weight per clump, tuber weight per net plot and yield potential, but had no significant effect on plant height 15, 30, 45 DAP, number of tubers per clump and tuber diameter. The best growth and yield of shallots was found in the combination dose of white KNO3 fertilizer 500 kg ha-1 with rice straw compost 30 tons ha-1.Keywords : White KNO3 Fertilizer, Rice Straw Compost, Shallots

    This study aims to determine the effect of Aceh soybean and national varieties to different levels of light intensity. The soybean varieties were used two Aceh soybean varieties (Bener Meriah and Kipas Merah varieties) and two national varieties (Anjasmoro and Dering varieties). The percentage of light intensity tested includes a light intensity of 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%. The study was conducted using a split plot design with three replications. The parameters were including plant height, seed weight of 100 grains and results, as well as the microclimate observations included temperature and humidity. The results showed that the best soybean growth rate obtained on the level of light intensity of 40%. As for the treatment of soybean varieties, in fact showed a growth rate of Bener Meriah varieties, Dering and Anjasmoro better than Kipas Merah. On production parameters, varieties of Bener Meriah and Dering showed better productivity levels than Kipas Merah and Anjasmoro

    Nilam dibudidayakan untuk produksi minyak atsirinya, namun masih terdapat kendala terkait lahan yang tersedia yang merupakan tanah ultisol. Tanah Ultisol banyak mengandung Al dan Fe yang dapat mengikat P sehingga menghambat pertumbuhan tanaman. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini digunakan pupuk kandang dan pupuk organik cair berbahan dasar urin sapi untuk menurunkan pengaruh buruk tanah ultisol. Unit-unit penelitian disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial 4 x 4. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis pupuk kandang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu setara 0, 50, 60 dan 70 ton Ha-1. Faktor kedua yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu 0, 10, 20 dan 30%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bila digunakan secara terpisah maka dosis pupuk kandang terbaik adalah setara 70 Ton Ha1, dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin sapi terbaik adalah 20%. Kombinasi perlakuan untuk mendapatkan pertumbuhan stek nilam terbaik adalah dosis pupuk kandang 70 Ton Ha-1 dan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin sapi 20 %, namun akan lebih efisien bila menggunakan dosis pupuk kandang 50 Ton Ha-1 yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk organik cair urin sapi 20%.Kata kunci : Nilam, pupuk kandang, pupuk organik cair, urin sapi

    ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi beberapa varietas tanaman cabai besar (Capsicum annuum L.) dengan aplikasi pemupukan mikro Boron dan pengayaan Trichoderma. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin, Makassar dan berlangsung dari bulan Juni-September 2017 dalam bentuk percobaan rancangan petak terpisah (RPT) faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Sebagai petak utama adalah varietas cabai besar yang terdiri dari varietas Karina (V1), varietas Tombak (V2), dan varietas Panex 100 F1(V3). Anak petak adalah kombinasi pengayaan Trichoderma dan pemupukan mikro Boron yang terdiri dari 6 kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan varietas secara nyata menunjukkan perbedaan pertumbuhan yakni pada jumlah cabang produktif dengan jumlah terbanyak ditunjukkan oleh varietas Karina (58,54 buah) dan bobot basah dan bobot kering akar tertinggi oleh varietas Panex 100 yakni masing-masing 6,67 g dan 4,83 g. Pada komponen produksi, varietas Karina secara nyata menunjukkan hasil tertinggi pada jumlah buah per tanaman (51,09 buah) dan panjang buah per tanaman pada umur panen 90 HST (10,69 cm) dan 100 HST (10,68 cm). Kombinasi aplikasi pupuk Boron-Trichoderma secara nyata meningkatkan panjang buah per tanaman pada umur panen 110 HST (9,93 cm) dengan perlakuan terbaik diperoleh oleh aplikasi Trichoderma asperellum 4 g tan-1 + Boron 1 mg L-1.     In an attempt to obtain a cost-effective and a simpler way of growing Dendrobium seedling in vitro, this study was conducted to investigate effects of basal media and organic additives on in vitro growth of Dendrobium seedlings. The basal media used were that of half strength Murashige and Skoog ( MS medium) and that containing foliar fertililizer 32:10:10 and trace elements (FT medium). Treatments were combinations of basal media (1/2 MS medium and FT medium) and different kinds of organic additive (tomato, potato, and mungbean sprout juice and banana homogenate). The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replicates, 5 culture vessels per replicate and 4 seedlings ca. 1.5 cm per vessel. The experiment showed that FT medium resulted in significantly higher growth than MS medium as indicated by seedling fresh weight. The media containing tomato juice led to highest growth of seedling as shown by seedling fresh weight and seedling height. Since FT medium caused better growth than MS medium, the FT medium could be used as a substitute for MS medium for growing Dendrobium hybrid seedlings. The seedlings were successfully acclimatized in a shaded green house environment with 100% survival rate

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian stimulan etefon dan dosis pemupukan terhadap hasil lateks tanaman karet (Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg) Klon PB 260. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun masyarakat yang berlokasi di Jl. Tri Brata Km 14. Desa Pondok Meja, Kecamatan Mestong, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini mengunakan rancangan lapangan dengan meletakan perlakuan secara acak dalam satu-satuan percobaan, terdapat 9 perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu P1 = etefon 2,0% + pupuk 152 g, P2 = etefon 2,0% + PUPUK 220 g, P3 = etefon 2,0% + pupuk 302 g, P4 = etefon 2,5% + pupuk 152 g, P5 =etefon 2,5% + pupuk 220 g, P6 = etefon 2,5% + pupuk 302 g, P7 = etefon 3,0% + pupuk 152 g, P8 = etefon 3,0% + pupuk 220 g, P9 = etefon 3,0% + PUPUK 302 g. Variabel yang diamati meliputi berat lateks, volume lateks dan kadar karet kering (KKK) olahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian etefon dan pupuk menunjukan intraksi terhadap hasil lateks. Pemberian etefon 3,0% + pupuk 152 g, etefon 3,0% + pupuk 220 g, etefon 3,0% + pupuk 302 g menunjukan berat lateks dan volume lateks tertinggi dibandingankan dengan perlakuan lainnya namun berbanding terbalik terhadap kadar karet kering (KKK) olahan. Kadar karet kering (KKK) olahan terbaik ditunjukan oleh perlakuan etefon 2,0% + pupuk 220 g. Pemberian etefon menunjukan pengaruh nyata terhadap hasil lateks, sedangkan pemberian pupuk tidak menunjukan pengaruh terhadap hasil lateks

    The use of superior seeds and certified hybrids is one of the efforts to increase the productivity of chili. Absorption of nutrients and water is strongly supported by root growth, with the administration of Trichoderma sp. hence root growth becomes better so that the process of absorption of nutrients and water will also be optimal which also results in the growth and production of chili plants. This study aims to determine the effect of varieties and dosages of T. harzianum pellets as well as their interactions with the growth and production of chili. The design used in this study was a factorial randomized block design (RBD) with 3 replications. The results showed that the treatment of varieties had a very significant effect on the average plant height and canopy width at 20, 40, and 60 DAP, wet stover weight, dry stover weight, fruit length and fruit diameter. Varieties have a significant effect on leaf length, and root length. The growth and production of chili plants is better found in the Lado variety. The dose of T. harzianum has a very significant effect on the average root length and has a significant effect on the average weight of dry stover. The better growth and production of chili plants is found in the administration of 20 g of T. harzianum / plant

    Karakteristik Tanah Inceptisol yang Disawahkan di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar

    ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the soil characteristics of the Inceptisols which has been converted to paddy soils in Indrapuri Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District, using quantitative descriptive survey method. The results showed the morphological properties of rainfed rice fields and irrigated rice fields characterized by mottles Fe and Mn, in pedon BI1 found in all horizons (Ap, Bdg, Bg, Cg), in BI2 found in the horizon of Bdg, Bg, and BCg, while in the mixed garden (BI3) mottles is found only on the BCx horizon. In the plow pan layer (Bdg) rainfed rice fields and irrigated rice fields have a firm moist consistency, the wet is very sticky, while in the mixed garden is loose and rather sticky. The physical properties of soil at BI1, BI2 are characterized by the highest bulk density in the plow pan layer/Bdg (1.34 and 1.24 g.cm-3), slow and rather slow permeability (0.40 and 1.02 cm.jam-1), with lower porosity (38.01 and 42.15%) than BI3 horizon Bw1 (52.22%). Whereas at BI3 in the Bw1 horizon the lowest bulk density (1.18 g.cm-3), with moderate permeability (4.17 cm.hour-1). Soil chemical properties in BI1, BI2, and BI3 are classified as fertile with pH on Ap horizon 6.33 - 6.89 rather acid - neutral), Al dd is not measurable (very low), and CEC 24 - 36 cmol (+) kg-1 (medium - high).Keywords: soil characteristics, Inceptisols, irrigated paddy soils, paddy soils, mixed garde

    DISSIPASI -SIFLUTRIN PADA LAHAN KANGKUNG (Ipomoea reptans)

    b-cyfluthrin has been in agricultural use in the recent years for controlling Lepidopteran pest affecting leafy vegetables crops. The extensive use of synthetic pyrethroids like b-cyfluthrin has resulted in wide spread environmental contamination. A study on residue dynamic of b-cyfluthrin applied to kangkong-land has been conducted. Buldock 25 EC with maximum recommended dose was used. The analysis was performed on kangkong land while land without kangkong used as control. Extraction was carried out with the soxhlet method, while the cleaning up process was carried out with carbon-and-florisil-double-layered column. High resolution gas chromatography with Electron Capture Detector (ECD) was used to determine the concentration. On kangkong-land with 14,52% organic matter, sorption of b-cyfluthrin was observed. Residue of b-cyfluhtrin on soil increased to 16th days. The dissipation rate on land without kangkong and kangkong-land are fast with dissipation rate 2,5 x 10-1 day-1 and 5,76 x10-1 day-1respectively. Organic matter play an important role in the dissipation rate of b-cyfluthrin residue in the tropical farmland of Indonesia
