Learning is an activity carried out in two directions to achieve learning goals efficiently and effectively. Implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum in PJOK subjects at SMPIT Abdan Syakuro Lampu Iman has implemented the Independent Learning Curriculum in stages and has implemented Project Based Learning which is one of the learning activities in the Independent Learning Curriculum. The obstacle in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum in PJOK subjects at SMPIT Abdan Syakuro Lampu Iman is that teachers still find it difficult to instil the 6 Pancasila Student Profile characters in students with the various characteristics that each student has. Apart from that, from the observations made by researchers, it is also clear that teachers have not been able to get out of their comfort zone in teaching as it can be seen that in teaching they are still comfortable with using the same methods and there is still a lack of teacher ability in using learning media, this can be seen when teachers teach Most just explain the material and then give assignments to students. The solution used in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum in PJOK subjects at SMPIT Abdan Syakuro Lampu Iman is that teachers look for information or references about learning assessments and regularly participate in training on the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum which is held

Collecting the data under study was carried out according to the results of observations and findings of problems in the field in members of the extracurricular pencak silat at MI Assalam, North Sumedang District, Sumedang Regency. The problem found by researchers was the lack of speed in the sickle kick, so that extracurricular members lacked speed in performing the sickle kick which resulted in not being optimal in matches and movements. A sickle kick means doing a side kick with the body moving half a turn and kicking using the shin. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the use of hanging ball media accelerates the kick of the pencak silat sickle and the effect of using hanging ball media to accelerate the kick of the pencak silat sickle. Hanging ball media as a medium in right and left sickle kick exercises to make it easier for extracurricular members to do sickle kicks, because if you practice continuously using patching for a long period the legs of children aged 8-12 years are very vulnerable. This research method uses an experimental method with a pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest) and a relatively low pretest so that the practice is given 12 meetings and produces a posttest score that is obtained which results in a fairly good increase for the experimental group. After processing the data using the paired sample T-test, the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.000

The performance of athletes is not solely influenced by physical abilities but also by mental health, which plays a significant role in achieving optimal athletic performance. This research aimed to examine the impact of mental health on the performance of volleyball athletes at the Tiger Ball Club in East Bekasi District. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method, data were collected through two questionnaires: one measuring mental health (including anxiety, stress, and depression) and the other evaluating athletic performance based on achievements in competitions. A total of 20 male athletes participated in the study. The results revealed that the athletes exhibited moderate levels of anxiety and stress, which negatively impacted their performance. While depression was less prevalent, it still contributed to a decrease in motivation. On the other hand, athletes who reported higher levels of mental well-being were more likely to achieve better results in competitions. The findings suggest that mental health significantly affects athletic performance, with anxiety, stress, and depression serving as key factors. The study recommends that mental health support, stress management programs, and recognition of individual achievements be implemented to enhance the athletes’ performance and overall well-being

A survey is a research that attempts to collect data on one or several variables taken from members of the population in the research. Research design is all the processes required for planning and implementing research. The results of this research are in the form of a percentage analysis of the level of self-confidence in the high category of 66.66% (20 athletes) and the very high category of 33.33% (10 athletes) with an internal high category of 70% (21 athletes) and the very high category. 30% (9 athletes) and external factors in the medium category 3.33% (1 athlete), while for the high category, it was 70% (21 athletes), and in the very high category 26.66% (8 athletes). The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the intensity of playing PUBG games on verbal violence behaviour, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. These findings are in line with the General Aggression Model which states that the more often a person plays violent games, the higher the level of verbal aggression shown. This study concludes that parental supervision and social environment also play an important role in shaping adolescent behaviour. Therefore, prevention and education efforts are needed for the public to reduce the negative impact of online games

Data collection techniques from the pre-test sig normality test = 0.2 Sig value (0.2) > 0.05, the conclusion is that the pretest data is normally distributed. Post-test sig data = 0.11 Sig value (0.11) > 0.05, in conclusion the posttest data is normally distributed, homogeneity test Sig = 0.32 After carrying out a homogeneity test using SPSS, a sig value of (0.32) is obtained, meaning that the sig value (0.6) > 0.05 then the data The test is homogeneous, and the following is the T test H0: There is no result/influence. HI: There is a result/influence. If the sig value is > 0.05 then the HI is rejected. If the sig value is 0.05, so the data is homogeneous, and as for the T test, there is H0: None HI results/influence: There are results/influence If the sig value is > 0.05 then the HI is Rejected If the sig value is < 0.05 then the HI is Accepted
